Kernel 0.3.0 används som capability, inte som paket-dekor: - lib/order-notes-store.ts: varje note ÄR en CollaborationOperation; nextLamportClock för nya klockor, mergeOperationLog/compareOperations för deterministisk listning; optimistisk version -> 409 vid stale skrivning. - lib/order-notes-client.ts: kernel-CollaborationTransport över host-API; offline = medvetet no-op + varning (ingen tyst förlust), 409 -> ConflictError. - app/api/admin/order-notes: requireRouteAuth (fail-closed 401), server-authoritative tenant-guard (403), AUD0-audit via hostens klient. - app/admin/notes: admin-yta med offline-växel, konflikt-banner + reload. - sql/016_order_notes.sql: persistens (DB-tabell, version + Lamport-klocka). Tester: API (happy/conflict 409/empty/400/401/403/404), klient-adapter (offline no-op utan fetch, 409-mappning, presence), SSR-render. 18 nya test. |

Servern projicerar öppna ordrar (draft/quoted/in_production/review) på universal-inbox-konvolverna via createInboxItem (buildOrderInboxItem i lib/order-flow, ADR-0001-mönstret: policy/resolution i serverlagret). Admin renderar InboxList (@siax/ui 0.11.1) ovanpå orderkön — resolve- aktionen gateras genom advance_action-state (available krävs). Terminala statusar ger ingen post. tests/order-flow 6/6; full svit 1144/1144; build ✓. |

Mätt live 2026-09-25 mot produktionsdeployen (0pt.app / api.0pt.app,
container shxd6lepxuxfsjsp0ath3z1g-172514162615 på server6, uppe 17,9 h,
Docker-status "healthy" hela tiden):
GET /api/health -> HTTP/1.1 200 OK
{"ok":false,"service":"0pt-web","db":"ok","queue":"not_configured",
"engine":"error","stripe":"not_configured",
"detail":{"engine":"This operation was aborted"}}
GET /api/ready -> HTTP/1.1 200 OK
{"ready":true,"service":"0pt-web","db":"ok","engine":"error",...}
Ingenting i kedjan läser
kroppar; allt läser statuskoder och exitkoder.
isReady skilde tidigare bara på "db ok". Den skillnad som saknades är inte
konfigurerad-vs-ej-konfigurerad utan FRÅNVARANDE-vs-TRASIG:
* not_configured / not_integrated -> fortsatt ready. 0pt är byggt för att
kunna köra utan motor, Stripe och kö (se .env.example).
* error -> INTE ready. Statusen "error" betyder att någon medvetet
konfigurerade beroendet och att en riktig round trip mot det just
misslyckades.
health-checks/ready/health).

The `resolveStoreMode` kill switch (Master-DoD §3/§10) covered the newer `src/repositories/*` stores but not two older paths, both of which are live production execution paths today. 1. LEGACY NEXT.JS STORES. `lib/orders-store.ts` and `lib/subscriptions-store.ts` predate `src/platform/dependency-mode.ts` and called `getSql()` directly, silently falling back to module-global `Map`s when no database is configured. For orders, payments and subscriptions that is not a degraded mode, it is invisible loss of money-bearing state: the API returns 201 and the row evaporates on the next restart or on any other replica. The live 0pt deployment (Coolify app 54) runs NODE_ENV=production with DATABASE_URL, POSTGRES_URL and POSTGRES_PRISMA_URL all unset — so this is the behavior in production right now, across 7 API routes. These now go through `getSqlForDurableStore()`, which reuses the SAME `resolveStoreMode` decision every `src/repositories/*` store already uses rather than re-implementing a second production check. The reuse is load-bearing: `isProductionRuntime` deliberately exempts `NEXT_PHASE=phase-production-build`, because `next build` runs page-data collection under NODE_ENV=production while serving nothing. A naive `process.env.NODE_ENV === "production"` test here would have failed the BUILD instead of protecting a request path. 2. LOCALBLOBSTORE. It writes document bytes to a container-local disk while `document-capture-service` registers an artifact pointer claiming the bytes are stored — durable object storage silently swapped for ephemeral disk. It is the default blob store for both the capture and extraction services. In production it now raises DEPENDENCY_UNAVAILABLE (capability blocked: no ST0RE bytes path exists yet) instead of fabricating success. Asserted per-operation, not in the constructor, so merely wiring the services is not fatal — only actually persisting or reading bytes is. Evidence: full suite 956 passed / 184 skipped, typecheck clean, dependency-cruiser 0 errors, lint identical to main's pre-existing baseline (17 problems, none in changed files). Both guards asserted in both directions and mutation-tested: bypassing resolveStoreMode -> 2 failed; dropping the write assert -> 2 failed; dropping the read assert -> 1 failed; all restored -> 8 passed. 7 non-test call sites. DEPLOYMENT NOTE: merging changes no runtime (no Gitea webhook exists on any repo; deploys are manual). Deploying this build REQUIRES provisioning DATABASE_URL for 0pt first, or the order/subscription routes will correctly return DEPENDENCY_UNAVAILABLE instead of silently accepting orders into memory. That provisioning is a Simon action. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(data-os): P014 — close tenant-isolation + idempotency gaps, execute real restore drill

CI (SIAX Cloud) / integration (push) Successful in 1m1s

CI (SIAX Cloud) / quality (pull_request) Successful in 48s
Security Scan (SIAX Cloud) / security (pull_request) Successful in 22s
Tenant isolation (security-critical): every app/api/0pt/** route reading
tenant_id from client-controlled query/body never cross-checked it against
the token middleware.ts already verified (x-0pt-verified-tenant). Adds a
shared assertTenantMatchesVerified guard and wires it into all 20+ affected
routes. Also closes two full-leak-by-omission bugs found in this pass
(documents/capture and lakehouse/mappings GETs returned every tenant's rows
when tenant_id was simply omitted) and two "no tenant check at all" reads
(rate-policies/[id], lakehouse/mappings/[id]) reachable by ID alone.
Duplicate-delivery idempotency (correctness-critical): POST /api/orders now
honors Idempotency-Key (sql/006, replay-or-409-on-conflict, Postgres +
in-memory); the Python orchestrator's POST /orders/{id}/run — the actual
delivery trigger — is now idempotent under an asyncio lock, closing a real
concurrent-request race, not just the sequential-retry case.
Engine-duplication resolution: adaptive_router.py's docstring wrongly
invited a bypass ("see b0ts for scraping") contradicting the product's own
compliance stance; corrected, and given real (additive, not escalating)
block-signal tracking so a rate-limited/blocked source is excluded from the
plan instead of hammered. Also fixes a previously-undiscovered production
bug: the Python engine's only call into the TS quality bridge
(X-Internal-Token) was unconditionally 401'd by middleware.ts, which never
checked that credential — the advisory quality bridge was unreachable in any
environment enforcing auth.
Restore drill: executed for real against throwaway Docker Postgres
containers (not simulated). Found and fixed two real blockers along the way:
sql/004 referenced opt_datasets, which no migration ever created (chain was
never actually runnable end to end); lib/db.ts hardcoded ssl:"require",
making any non-TLS Postgres (incl. compose.dev.yaml's own local-dev
container) unreachable. After both fixes: full migration chain applies
cleanly, pg_dump/pg_restore round-trip is byte-identical (row counts +
content checksums), and real application code (lib/orders-store.ts,
SourceRegistryService's Postgres repository) reads the restored data back
correctly, including cross-tenant isolation still holding.
82 new tests (55 TS + 27 Python), all passing; full existing suite (291 TS +
55 Python) still green; typecheck clean on every changed/added file.

BACKLOG P0-3: /api/health only ever checked *presence* of DATABASE_URL/
REDIS_URL and always returned ok:true regardless of whether anything was
reachable -- ARCHITECTURE.md's own words, "an uptime monitor watching HTTP
200 would show green for a dying instance".
lib/health-checks.ts adds real dependency probes:
- db: a live `select 1` round trip (not just DATABASE_URL presence)
- engine: a real HTTP call to the FastAPI engine's own GET /health
- stripe: Stripe's documented lightweight balance.retrieve() liveness call
- queue: honestly reports "not_integrated" when REDIS_URL is set but
unused -- no Redis client is wired anywhere in this repo, so reporting
"ok" would fabricate a check that doesn't exist
/api/health stays a liveness check (always 200 while the process can
respond; the body's `ok` field is the honest signal). New GET /api/ready
fails closed with 503 when the load-bearing dependency (db) isn't both
configured and reachable -- the "no /ready route" gap.
contracts/openapi.yaml, docs/architecture/ARCHITECTURE.md, and docs/slo.md
updated to match. 17 new unit tests (dependency-injected fakes, no real
network/DB) + 5 route-level tests.

fix: 17 confirmed bugs from full-repo audit (edge + Python engine) (#5)
* docs: correct stale quality-check-service.ts comment references
Two source comments still cited src/services/quality-check-service.ts as an
existing precedent. It doesn't exist anywhere in this repo's history (git
log --all: zero commits, any branch, ever) -- confirmed during the earlier
full-doc-corpus accuracy pass. Points each comment at the real precedent
instead (document-extraction-service.ts / iceberg-write-service.ts).
Applied from task_05ec36aa, spun off during that pass.
* fix: 17 confirmed bugs from full-repo audit (edge + Python engine)
Found by an 8-finder bug hunt across app/api, src/services, src/clients,
frontend, the Python engine, the data layer, config/infra, and tests, then
independently adversarially verified per finding (32 raw findings -> 27
confirmed real bugs; 5 refuted). This commit applies the 17 confirmed as
safe, mechanical fixes -- no architecture/design decision required. The
other 10 need a decision and are reported separately, not touched here.
Most consequential, app/api/payments/[order_id]/deposit/route.ts:
the client-supplied Origin request header was trusted unsanitized both as
a server-side fetch target (SSRF) and as Stripe Checkout success/cancel
redirect URLs (open redirect tied to a real payment flow), and a failed
order lookup silently fell through to a hardcoded deposit amount instead
of 404. Fixed by reading the order directly via lib/orders-store.ts
(mirroring the sibling release/route.ts, which already did this correctly)
instead of both trusting the Origin header and self-issuing an HTTP fetch.
Also fixed:
- 5 routes (orders, orders/[id], estimates, subscriptions, ai/parse) that
500'd instead of 400ing on a literal JSON `null` body, since req.json()
resolves (not rejects) for that input and bypasses the try/catch guard.
- app/api/0pt/lakehouse/mappings/{,[mappingId]/{,writes/}}route.ts each
instantiated their own private service instances, so a mapping created
via POST was invisible to the sibling GET and writes routes even before
the separately-tracked dataset-registration gap. Extracted a shared
singleton module, src/services/lakehouse-mapping-registry.ts.
- app/api/0pt/documents/[documentId]/extraction/route.ts collapsed every
error (not-configured, policy-denied, policy-approval-required,
not-found) into a blanket 400; now status-mapped like the sibling
sources/[sourceId]/query route.
- app/api/vehicles/route.ts: plate query param wasn't URL-encoded before
being concatenated into the outbound RDW request, allowing extra query
parameters to be injected; added a strict allowlist + encodeURIComponent.
- app/api/uploads/route.ts: POST returned a fake 200 success with
put_url: null even when "configured", instead of continuing to report
501 until presign generation is actually implemented.
- src/adapters/document-intelligence-adapter.ts: the result-polling loop
never checked response.ok, so a non-2xx poll response (auth expiry,
429, 5xx) was silently retried until a generic timeout masked the real
error.
- app/order/[id]/page.tsx: finish() never cleared the production-simulation
setInterval, so it kept firing (and re-rendering) forever after delivery.
- app/admin/page.tsx: the metrics fetch had no response/shape validation
(unlike the adjacent orders fetch), rendering literal "undefined" stat
tiles on a malformed response instead of falling back to <ErrorState/>.
- services/api/workers/pipeline.py: `config.get("seeds") or DEMO_SEEDS`
used truthy-or, so an explicit empty seeds dict was silently replaced
with hardcoded demo org numbers instead of being respected as empty.
- services/api/workers/resolve.py: corroboration (confidence/agreed_sources
bump) no longer fires for two hits from the same source under fuzzy
match -- only a genuinely independent source now counts, per docs/06's
own ">=2 independent sources agree" definition -- and a merged record's
provenance array now actually includes the corroborating source's
fields instead of only a bare source-name string.
- services/api/orchestrator/main.py: create_order's int(...) on
unvalidated client volume/confidence fields raised on any
decimal-formatted input (int("92.5") -> ValueError); now coerced via
float() first with a safe default. /vehicles/{plate} and /screen also
now catch connector exceptions and degrade gracefully, matching
pipeline.py's existing pattern for the same connectors.
- lib/orders-store.ts: postgres.js (pinned v3.4.9) returns bigint/numeric
columns as strings by default; getOrder/listOrders/setStatus were
silently handing callers stringified money fields. Added a narrow
per-row coercion instead of touching the shared client's global type
map (which would affect unrelated tables' bigint/numeric columns too).
- lib/subscriptions-store.ts: the in-memory fallback returned
oldest-first while the Postgres branch explicitly orders newest-first;
now consistent, mirroring the identical fix already in orders-store.ts.
- app/api/auth/login/route.ts: DEV_LOGIN_KEY was compared with a plain
!==, a non-constant-time comparison; replaced with crypto.timingSafeEqual.
Verified before commit: tsc --noEmit clean; vitest run 88 passed, 1 todo,
0 failures (13 files, unchanged from before this commit -- no existing
test's assertions needed to change). services/api/workers/resolve.py's
source-novelty and provenance-merge logic additionally verified by direct
execution against synthetic same-source/cross-source inputs (no Python
test suite exists in this repo to add to). services/api/workers/pipeline.py
and services/api/orchestrator/main.py verified with python -m py_compile
(no httpx/fastapi installed in this environment to run them directly).

* fix(engine): treat explicit seeds:null as missing to avoid 500 in run_job
Four-eyes follow-up to this PR's own seeds change. Switching from
`config.get('seeds') or DEMO_SEEDS` to `config['seeds'] if 'seeds' in config`
correctly stopped an explicit empty {} from being backfilled with DEMO_SEEDS,
but regressed on client-controlled `{"seeds": null}`: seeds became None and
the downstream `seeds.get(market, [])` raised AttributeError -> 500. That path
is reachable (POST /orders stores raw body.config; POST /orders/{id}/run passes
it straight to run_job). Using `config.get('seeds') is not None` keeps the
intended behaviour (explicit {} honoured, never silently seeded with demo data)
while restoring the None-tolerance the old idiom had.

feat(i18n): localize data-layer labels (lib/data + lib/services) — English base complete
All display labels in MARKETS/ENTITY_TYPES/FIELDS/ENRICHMENTS/FREQUENCIES/DELIVERY_FORMATS + SERVICES/FLOW_LABEL are now {en,sv} with stable IDs/values (pricing logic, EntityType/Frequency unions, config keys unchanged). Added entityLabel()/FREQUENCY_LABEL/FORMAT_LABEL. Updated all render sites (configurator, tjanster, beskriv, katalog/[id]) to resolve via useT(). Also fixed 2 pre-existing tsc nits (auth BufferSource cast, orders-store sql.json param type). tsc 0, build green. 0pt is now fully English-by-default with SV toggle.

feat: admin Verktyg (live fordon + sanktioner lookup) + service-type pricing in configurator
/admin/verktyg uses live /api/vehicles (RDW) + /api/screen (OpenSanctions); added to admin nav. Configurator now has a Tjänst selector that applies each service's price multiplier (lib/services) to the live estimate + summary; service_type carried into the order so orders-store prices by service. tsc 0, build green. feat: buy everything + monitor everything in UI (client order ledger)
lib/order-client: createOrder records each order to a localStorage ledger; portal dashboard + admin queue merge it with /api/orders; order tracker falls back to it. Wired all buy paths: configurator, beskriv (custom services), and one-click catalog Beställ. Makes buy->monitor work in the browser now; becomes server-truth when Postgres is connected. tsc 0, build green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat: full service catalog + custom-job intake (describe -> AI-assist -> order)
lib/services (11 categories: data, scraping, mapping, normalization, consolidation->CRM/ERP, documents/OCR, enrichment, ICP, ML, BI, feeds across the 3 flows); /tjanster catalog; /bestall/beskriv NL intake; /api/ai/parse (engine LLM or heuristic NL->config); CRM/ERP destinations; Tjänster in nav. Sells every custom data service through the platform. tsc 0, build green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(infra): payments (Stripe), auth scaffold, engine bridge, embeds, .env.example
Env-guarded so build stays green: /api/payments/[order_id]/deposit+release + /api/webhooks/stripe (lazy Stripe, 50/50 escrow, 501 until keys); /api/auth login|me|logout (HMAC signed-session scaffold, guarded dev login); lib/engine bridges edge->FastAPI (estimates defers to ENGINE_URL when set); components/embed for NocoDB/Metabase signed URLs; .env.example full inventory. tsc 0, build green. feat(api): order persistence (Postgres or in-memory fallback) + orders API
lib/db (env-guarded postgres-js), lib/orders-store (createOrder/getOrder/listOrders/setStatus, DB-or-memory), /api/orders (POST create+estimate, GET list), /api/orders/[id] (GET, PATCH status with escrow-safe state machine). Activates fully on DATABASE_URL/POSTGRES_URL. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> |
