Two defects of the same kind: the repo asserted things about itself that were
not true, and nothing in it could tell.
A. CHANGELOG.md claimed CSP/HSTS/X-Frame-Options since 2026-08. `main`
contained none of it -- a repo-wide grep for
`content-security-policy|strict-transport-security|x-frame-options` matched
exactly one file, CHANGELOG.md itself. The only header on 0pt.app was
Vercel's own HSTS default, which does not survive the move to
Coolify/Traefik that siax.config.json and .gitea/workflows/cd.yml are
already pointed at.
- next.config.mjs: `headers()` on `/(.*)` with CSP (frame-ancestors 'none',
base-uri 'self', object-src 'none', form-action 'self'), HSTS,
X-Frame-Options DENY, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy,
Permissions-Policy; plus poweredByHeader: false. Same idiom as
sax3l/siax-io's next.config.mjs.
- Carve-outs re-derived against THIS tree, not inherited: the stale
`ci/security-headers-and-scanning` branch (

Per siax-standard conformance sweep: repo lacked the masterplan-lock CI guard (.gitea/workflows/masterplan-lock.yml + scripts/check-masterplan-lock.sh) and a repo-local PLAN/MASTERPLAN_INDEX.md. Copied from sax3l/st0re template (generic POSIX sh check), stub PLAN index with locked architecture principles and pointer to sax3l/siax-masterplan. feat(analytics): BI-P061 — dashboard releases, with the publish race measured both ways

DRAFT -> PUBLISHED -> SUPERSEDED as a ledger (sql/010) rather than a column on
the frozen version: sql/008 already makes DashboardVersion immutable at the
database, and a lifecycle column there would have meant weakening that.
Rollback mints a NEW version carrying the old document and publishes it, so
"we went back to v3" is a timestamped fact (v5 = rollback_of_version 3) rather
than a hole where v4 used to be. It is verified by BI-P060 canonical hash, and
documentOf() refuses to serve a stored document whose hash no longer matches
the release — a dashboard that renders an unapproved definition is worse than
one that will not open.
The claim worth attacking is "only one release can be live". The application
check is read-then-write, so it is NOT the guarantee, and the evidence says so
in both directions against Postgres 16.15:
guard_absent partial unique index dropped -> BOTH concurrent publishes
commit, dashboard ends with TWO live versions
guard_present index in place -> loser fails 23505 on
opt_analytics_dashboard_release_one_published, one live
evidence/bi-p061/dashboard-release-race.json, reproducible with
scripts/bi-p061-release-race.mjs.
Two findings while writing the tests, both fixed here rather than papered over:
the one-draft-per-dashboard index makes the two-draft race impossible to even
construct (so the race is run as two create-and-publish transactions, which is
what a "save and publish" button does), and an UPDATE matching zero rows
raises nothing — which reads as "refused" to a careless test, so the
immutability test asserts the row exists first.
23 tests: 8 unit + 15 against live Postgres.

feat(analytics): BI-P002..BI-P012 analytics core — domain model, tiers, contracts, Arrow, ClickHouse engine, isolation, governance

Implements the eight BI program prompts that make 0pt the canonical SIAX
analytics capability. Every file is NEW: not one existing file is modified,
and src/analytics/clickhouse-analytics.ts is byte-identical to main.
BI-P002 — the nineteen canonical entities, verbatim, with tenant_id +
project_id on every tenant-owned record. sql/008 gives each one a table.
The four version entities BI-P002 names as immutable are enforced by BEFORE
UPDATE/DELETE triggers, not by a TypeScript `readonly` — proven by direct SQL
against a live Postgres.
BI-P003 — RAW/NORMALIZED/CURATED/SERVING with the read rule enforced:
assertReadableByBiSurface refuses a RAW dataset to a dashboard unless a
recorded exception exists. All eight required declarations are NOT NULL.
BI-P004 — DatasetContract and a fail-closed compatibility gate. Fifteen
breaking-change classes are each tested twice: refused under a minor bump,
accepted under a major one.
BI-P005 — Arrow IPC alongside JSON, with a hand-written FlatBuffers writer so
no npm dependency (or CVE surface) is added. Conformance comes from three
independent implementations, not from self-agreement: pyarrow 25.0.1 and
DuckDB 1.5.5 read identical values from both ClickHouse's Arrow and ours, and
ClickHouse's own Arrow C++ ingests our 20,000-row batch with exact aggregates.
BI-P009 — SiaxAnalyticsEngine with all eight capabilities. The existing
ClickHouseAnalytics is COMPOSED, never replaced. executeQuery (analyst SQL) is
declared and deliberately refused with CAPABILITY_UNAVAILABLE until BI-P017 and
BI-P033 land, rather than opening the raw-SQL hole BI-P011 enumerates.
BI-P010 — four purpose-built tables, not one giant one, and the difference is
measured against the counterfactual: 48.8ms/40,960 rows vs 174.4ms/5,400,000
rows for the same question; 5/660 granules vs 660/1149.
BI-P011 — layered isolation, each layer proven with the layer above removed.
Without the forced predicate the same statement returns 50,050 (both tenants);
with it, t_alpha gets 50. Without a row policy an unrestricted user sees 2
tenants; the restricted user running the IDENTICAL statement sees 1.
BI-P012 — every named limit, fired individually and identified by ClickHouse
error code, plus the half usually skipped: an unrelated tenant is timed while
a real CPU bomb is in flight and must still return the CORRECT answer.
Three defects found by writing tests that can fail:
* `CHECK (array_length(purposes,1) >= 1)` can NEVER fail — array_length is
NULL for '{}' and a NULL CHECK passes. Fixed with coalesce(); the test
that caught it is pinned.
* EXPLAIN ESTIMATE run under the caller's own max_rows_to_read fails with
code 158 exactly when the estimate would be over budget. Planner calls now
use a narrower envelope.
* result_overflow_mode=break returns HTTP 200 with 65,409 of 100,000 rows
and no indication it is short. Every SELECT ships `throw`.
Verified rather than assumed: server7's ClickHouse holds `opt_scraped` (51
tables, 407,793,471 rows, `persons`/`cz_owners` included) — the b0ts plane this
module is prohibited from touching — has no `opt_analytics` database, zero
tenant_id columns and zero row policies. Nothing there was modified; every
proof ran against disposable containers.

bi-p005-arrow-roundtrip.json,server7-clickhouse-probe.md}

docs+chore: repo hygiene -- v2.0 manifests, ADRs, changelog, doctor, guides
CI (SIAX Cloud) / security (push) Successful in 19s

CI (SIAX Cloud) / quality (push) Successful in 44s
CI (SIAX Cloud) / security (pull_request) Successful in 21s

BACKLOG P1-1: siax.repo.json/siax.config.json rewritten to be schema-valid against sax3l/siax-standard's actual v2.0 schemas (lifecycle, operationalState, gitHost, domains-as-objects, consumedBy, children, contracts -- validated with jsonschema, not just eyeballed). config.json restructured to the real deploy-descriptor shape (framework/build/start/ port/healthcheck/environments) instead of duplicating repo.json's identity fields, which the schema doesn't allow. BACKLOG P1-2: 3 ADRs for decisions already made and evidenced elsewhere in this repo (Coolify-not-Vercel, Zitadel-not-NextAuth, Iceberg-format pointer to n0d ADR-0030) -- retroactive documentation, not new decisions. The Stripe/Revolut and services/scrapers/* questions are explicitly NOT written as ADRs here; both are account-owner-gated or actively under review elsewhere (see docs/architecture/decisions/README.md). BACKLOG P1-3: CHANGELOG.md from real git log history (no tags/releases exist yet -- this doesn't invent version numbers that were never cut). BACKLOG P1-19: `pnpm siax:doctor` (scripts/siax-doctor.mjs, AGENT-04) -- zero-dependency, checks required files + manifest shape, prints control-IDs. .devcontainer/devcontainer.json (DX-03). compose.dev.yaml (DX-02 -- UNVERIFIED, no Docker available in this environment to smoke-test, flagged in the file itself). All 4 prompts + the index rewritten to AGENT-03 shape (goal/context/prerequisites/scope/contract/acceptance-criteria/ control-ID/forbidden-actions). BACKLOG P1-20: docs/architecture/ARCHITECTURE.md migrated to the v2.0 9-heading template -- new §5 "Ytor och paritet" (capability x API/CLI/MCP/console coverage table, grounded in the same registry facts docs/02-architecture.md already established), §6-9 renumbered from the old §5-8 (all internal cross-references fixed, CLAUDE.md's own §-numbers left untouched). docs/api/ added (points at contracts/openapi.yaml as the one SSOT instead of duplicating it as drift-prone prose). BACKLOG P1-21: packages/schemas now has a real package.json (was loose JSON files with no package -- pnpm-workspace.yaml's packages/* glob matched an empty package). Verified `pnpm install --frozen-lockfile` and the full typecheck/test/build suite still pass with 2 real workspace projects. apps/ restructuring explicitly NOT attempted (BACKLOG's own effort estimate is "L" / large -- moving the whole app tree is a bigger, riskier change than belongs in this pass). Import-boundary check added via dependency-cruiser (ARK-14) -- installed for real, config tested against this codebase (179 modules, 310 deps, 0 violations), wired as `pnpm run deps:check` (advisory, not yet a CI gate). BACKLOG P2-5: docs/02-architecture.md's "Hosting" section marked SUPERSEDED (the Vercel plan was superseded by the Coolify deploy.target flip, 2026-08-09 -- ADR-0001). README.md/.env.example were checked and are already accurately framed (live-on-Vercel vs. config-target-is-Coolify) -- not touched. BACKLOG P3-5: 2 stale github.com/sax3l/0pt/pull/3 links removed (the PR merged long ago, .env.example is real and current) -- docs/09-build-plan.md, docs/08-infrastructure.md. The "two diverged remotes, unresolved which is canonical" language elsewhere (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, SECURITY.md, etc.) is deliberately NOT touched -- that's a live, correctly-flagged, account-owner- owned open question per the Gitea-exclusivity mandate, not a stale link. BACKLOG P6 (19 items): concrete artifacts for the ones that are actually a file (.editorconfig, dependency-cruiser, deprecation policy, K8s reference manifest, .actrc, Makefile, ONBOARDING.md); docs/guides/P6-GUIDES.md for the rest (CLI-13, DOC-18, UI-30, IAM-19, PAY-11, AI-18, OBS-21, TEST-20, NET-19, SCALE-13, OSS-10, AGENT-13) -- each grounded in this repo's actual code/gaps, not generic advice. NOT attempted (out of this task's scope, noted for the record): - P2-1 (cl0ud app-registry.ts mismatch) -- lives in a different repo (sax3l/cl0ud), not cloned/authorized for this task's single-repo PR flow. - The CI "doctor step" half of P1-15 -- deliberately left out of this PR's .gitea/workflows/ci.yml to avoid a 3-way merge conflict with ci/security-headers-and-scanning, which already restructured that file; add it as a follow-up once that PR merges. This branch was authored independently of, but shares docs/architecture/ ARCHITECTURE.md and docs/slo.md with, fix/honest-health-check and ci/security-headers-and-scanning -- expect a small, normal merge conflict if this is rebased after either of those merge first (both already rebased cleanly against each other and against main as of this commit). |
