SIAX Cloud charting primitives (BI-P052) — themed, accessible Apache ECharts wrappers for every SIAX surface: Line, Area, Bar, StackedBar, Scatter, Bubble, Heatmap, Treemap, Sunburst, Gauge, Funnel, Waterfall, Histogram, BoxPlot, Candlestick, CorrelationMatrix, KPI and Sparkline. Every primitive resolves its colours from the DES1GN semantic tokens (light/dark), ships empty/loading/error states, a keyboard- and screen-reader-reachable data-table alternative, a screen-reader summary, PNG/CSV export and locale-aware formatting. Does NOT replace @siax/ui's Recharts MetricChart — that stays as-is (BI-P051 compatibility path).
