MattssonandClaude Fable 5 57d4359d1a feat(booking-templates): per-company opt-in hiding of system templates (#2004)
* feat(booking-templates): per-company opt-in hiding of system templates

Users cannot delete or hide the 26 standard konteringspaket, which clutter
the settings panel and every template picker. Deletion stays off the table
(shared global rows); instead a company can now hide individual system
templates for itself only.

- New booking_template_hidden table (insert=hide, delete=unhide), RLS gated
on active company + write role; nothing hidden by default
- POST/DELETE /api/settings/booking-templates/[id]/hide (system templates
only; company/team templates keep their real delete path)
- List route decorates rows with per-company is_hidden; pickers filter them
out; the settings panel shows hidden ones in a collapsed restore section
  so hiding is never silent
- Classified in full-archive-export exclusions (UI preference, not
  rakenskapsinformation)

* fix(booking-templates): idempotent re-hide, system-only RLS insert, hidden filter in bulk-book

Skeptic + CodeRabbit findings on #2004, one pass:

- hide upsert now passes ignoreDuplicates (DO NOTHING): the table has no
UPDATE policy on purpose, so the DO UPDATE conflict arm turned a
concurrent re-hide into an RLS 42501/500; pg test pins the conflict shape
- bth_insert policy additionally requires the referenced template to be an
active system template (migration is unmerged, edited in place); negative
  pg test for company templates
- BulkBookDialog excludes templates hidden by the company (was reading the
  table directly and ignoring hides)
- panel shows the failure toast when the hide/unhide fetch itself rejects
- picker category chips built from the hidden-filtered list

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 fdb5f6f891 feat(white-label): byra white-label infrastructure: brands, cockpit, home domains, branded email (#1956)
* feat(white-label): brand and team-kind foundation

- brands table: one white-label identity per byra team (unique mutable
domain, row presence = live, email sender identity, hex color CHECKs)
- teams.kind ('personal'|'byra'): ops-only kind changes, deterministic
ensure_user_team (personal team only), AFTER UPDATE role re-sync so a
demoted consultant loses admin in client books immediately
- resolveBrandByHost/resolveBrandForCompany with 60s TTL cache, derived
chrome tone and WCAG contrast gate; no brand row = default appearance

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): per-request brand theming, wordmark slot and source footer

- root layout resolves the brand from the Host header and injects a
server-rendered style block (light + dark), font pair classes and a
BrandProvider/useBranding context; default hosts render byte-identically
- BrandWordmark logo slot, host-aware manifest and favicon,
  images.remotePatterns for Supabase Storage logos
- curated font menu mechanism (font_key -> variable pair, preload:false
  for non-default entries)
- AGPL source-code footer link on login and public pages, both brands

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): byra team invites, member management and team billing

- team invites unfrozen behind a kind gate (byra teams only, owner/admin
invite); members route handles multi-team membership; members/[id]
unfrozen with last-owner protection; invite management UI in settings
- billing/status learns team-scoped grants and the settings page shows a
read-only "part of the byra agreement" state instead of the upgrade pitch
- 30-day trial suppressed for companies created under a byra team

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): brand-aware outbound mail, auth email hook and public invoice branding

- every outbound mail is sent in the brand of the company it concerns:
  getSenderForCompany/getBaseUrlForCompany chain (verified brand domain,
"via Accounted" fallback, canonical default) wired into invites,
  payslips, invoice deliveries and reminders
- Supabase Send Email hook endpoint (signature-verified with node:crypto,
dormant until configured) renders auth mail per brand via redirect origin
- public invoice pages carry the company's brand mark
- snapshot suite per template class guards against wrong-brand mail

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): byra cockpit, home-domain rule and tab guard

- Klienter route: five urgency-sorted columns (company, unbooked, inbox,
next deadline via the status engine, last booked) for byra team members,
who land there after login on their home domain
- soft switch straight into a client and back; blocking two-exit tab
guard against writes to the wrong active company
- client company creation admin-gated at the DB level (a created company
is +1 on the byra invoice), bound to the byra team, no trial
- home-domain rule in the UI: switcher partitions companies by host,
signpost page for companies homed elsewhere

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): brand-aware app name across UI strings

- 24 message keys per locale converted to the {appName} ICU parameter,
27 call sites pass the active brand name (useBranding client-side,
  getRequestAppName server-side)
- 6 hardcoded JSX literals swept; statutory filing and API identity
surfaces deliberately keep the Accounted name
- 34 new i18n keys for the cockpit, team invites, billing state, tab
guard, signpost and source footer (sv/en parity verified)

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs(white-label): domain glossary and decision log entries

- CONTEXT.md: the white-label ubiquitous language (brand, byra team,
home domain, signpost, umbrella subdomain, brand color, cockpit)
- DECISIONS.md entries from the build waves

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): lean byra cockpit sidebar with company-mode back link

Byra team members now get a two-mode sidebar: on cockpit routes (/clients
and the new /byra pages) only Hem, Klienter, Automationer and Nyckeltal
show; entering a client company brings back the full company sidebar with
a pinned back-to-clients link (expanded, rail and mobile). New pages: /byra
home with client count, needs-action count and per-client urgent deadlines
reusing the fetchClientOverview aggregation, plus designed empty states for
/byra/automations and /byra/kpi. Signpost gate allows the byra routes;
non-byra users are unaffected.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): cockpit shows no active company and keeps lean sidebar under settings

In cockpit mode the bottom user widget no longer shows the active company
subline or the company-switcher flyout: the cockpit sits above the
companies and clients are entered through the Klienter list. The settings
modal previously flipped the sidebar to the full company nav behind it
because the pathname becomes /settings/*; the sidebar now keeps the mode
of the surface underneath.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): keep company picker in cockpit with nothing selected

The cockpit user menu gets the company-switcher flyout back, but neutral:
the row reads "Valj bolag", no company carries the check mark or active
styling, and picking any company (including the technically-active one)
enters it with a full navigation. Company mode is unchanged.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* chore(db): renumber white-label migrations past main and add byra settings scope

Renumber 20260801100000-120000 to 20260804110000-113000: main already
carries applied versions up to 20260803231000, and Supabase branching
refuses local migrations stamped before the remote head (the repo rule
from 5932632f5: keep new versions strictly newest). Comment references
updated in the pg tests, route docs and onboarding precheck.

Also ships the byra settings scope: settings opened from the cockpit
(?ctx=byra, honored only for byra team members) show account-level
sections only (Konto, Medlemmar och roller), hide company-scoped
sections and the company kicker, and the team section is registered in
SETTINGS_SECTIONS so Medlemmar och roller renders inside the settings
window. The cockpit user menu drops Abonnemang and carries the scope on
its links; section switches preserve it.

* feat(byra): cross-client nyckeltal view in the cockpit

Period presets and company chips in the URL, summary tiles, merged
monthly income/expense chart and a sortable per-client KPI table.
Numbers come from the existing get_kpi_report_aggregates RPC per
client (no new migrations); calendar months are the cross-client
axis since clients can have different fiscal years.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): byra self-service brand logo and app name

New Varumarke settings section (byra scope, owner/admin): logo
upload/remove and an editable app name; domain stays read-only.
brands has no write RLS by design, so writes go through
/api/byra/brand routes with the service client behind an explicit
owner/admin team check. Files land in logos/byra/{teamId}/. The
expanded sidebar shows the brand app name beside the logo.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): route root layout through the shared brand resolver

app/layout.tsx carried a private copy of resolveRequestBrand, so it
and lib/branding/request-brand.ts could drift. The layout now uses
the shared function, which also gains a BRAND_DEV_DOMAIN override:
on literal localhost hosts only, resolve that brand so branding is
testable in local dev. Real domains are unaffected even if the
variable leaks into a deployment.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(byra): automations roadmap teaser and cockpit i18n strings

The Automationer tab now previews the planned automation set
(Monday briefing, deadline watch, rule-driven bookkeeping,
connection watch, monthly checklist, report delivery) instead of a
bare empty state. Bundles the sv/en strings for the whole cockpit
wave (nyckeltal, varumarke, automations) and the decision-log
entries.

* feat(white-label): byra owners/admins land in the cockpit, not an auto-picked company

After login "/" resolved the first-membership fallback and opened a client
company nobody chose, and the top-left brand mark always linked back to it.
Byra owners/admins now home to /byra: the logo links there always, and "/"
redirects there unless a company was explicitly picked this browser session.

The middleware writes the fallback company back to user_preferences, so the
DB cannot tell picked from auto-picked; setActiveCompany stamps a session
cookie (gnubok-company-picked) on every explicit switch instead. The byra
check on "/" reuses the layout's team_members query via a request-cached
helper, so it costs no extra round trip. Byra members and regular users are
unchanged.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(white-label): drop brand color theming, keep monochrome everywhere

White-label is logo + app name + domain only (founder call): the
layout no longer injects brand color CSS variables, stamps
data-brand or colors the browser chrome. buildBrandVarsCss, its
WCAG gate and the brand_color/chrome_color columns stay dormant
for a future opt-in.

* fix(db): arm SIE RPC statement_timeout via pgrst.db_pre_request hook

ALTER FUNCTION ... SET statement_timeout (20260629160100, 20260721144311)
never re-arms the running statement's timer, so large SIE imports still
died at the role default 8s. The pre-request hook runs as its own
statement before the main query, so set_config there is what the main
statement's timer is armed with. Scoped by request path to the three SIE
RPCs; every other request keeps 8s.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(byra): drop the 'what's coming' tail from the automations intro

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): byra owners/admins with zero companies land in the empty cockpit

Both no-company gates (Edge middleware and the dashboard layout) sent
every company-less user to the onboarding wizard, which forced a fresh
byra owner to create a personal company before ever seeing the cockpit.
Byra owners/admins now pass through to cockpit routes (/byra, /clients,
/companies/new, /settings, /api) and are steered to /byra elsewhere.
Plain byra members and regular users keep the onboarding redirect.
The membership lookup runs only in the rare no-company state, so the
middleware hot path is untouched.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): auth wordmark shows the brand logo alone

Byra logos usually carry their own name, so logo + app name text on the
login/register hero read as a duplicate. Branded hosts with an uploaded
logo now render the logo only, with the app name as the image's alt
text. Hosts without a logo keep the text wordmark unchanged.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): per-brand favicon via brands.favicon_url

Branded hosts used logo_url as the tab icon, which squashes wide byra
lockups at 16px. New optional brands.favicon_url holds a square mark;
the root layout prefers it and falls back to logo_url as before.
Migration applied to staging (idempotent DDL).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(auth): wire the villkor and integritetspolicy footer links

Both auth pages shipped with href="#" placeholders. Villkor now points
at the platform terms on the marketing site (accounted.se/terms; the
terms are the platform's even on branded byra hosts) and
integritetspolicy at the in-app /privacy page, host-relative so it
resolves on every branded domain. Both open in a new tab so the auth
form state survives.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(settings): styled popup for the team role dropdowns

The byra team panel's role pickers (member rows + invite form) were
native selects, so the opened list rendered as the unstylable OS menu.
Swapped to the Radix Select with the popup styled like every other
overlay; the trigger keeps the flat quiet SettingsSelect look.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(email): branded sender shows the brand name alone, no via-platform

Byra invite mail read "Willem via Accounted" in the From display name.
The tier-2 fallback (brand on the platform address) now renders just the
brand name; the platform stays visible in the actual From address until
the brand verifies its own sender domain (tier 1, unchanged).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): byra landing applies to every team member, not only owners/admins

An invited byra consultant (role member) still landed in an auto-picked
client company after signup. The cockpit landing rules ("/" redirect,
brand-mark home link, and both no-company gates) now key on byra team
MEMBERSHIP instead of the owner/admin role: anyone with cockpit access
homes to /byra. Regular users unchanged.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(email): branded team invite names the byra, not "ett team pa <platform>"

Subject, headline, body and text variant now read "Du har blivit
inbjuden till <Byra>" (brand casing kept) when the team has a brand.
Brandless teams keep the platform phrasing byte-identical.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): sidebar keeps cockpit mode after refresh on settings

The sidebar's cockpit/company decision on /settings/* rested on React
state remembering the surface underneath, which a hard reload wipes: a
byra user refreshing settings opened from the cockpit got the full
company nav and read it as landing in a client company. The ?ctx=byra
marker already in the URL survives reloads, so the sidebar now honors
it as the cockpit signal alongside the in-session memory.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): hide the active-company chip in byra-scoped settings

The full-page settings header (the hard-refresh fallback surface) showed
the ActiveCompanyBadge even under ?ctx=byra, so a byra user read the
auto-active client as "the company I am in". The chip now follows the
same byra-scope rule as the modal's kicker.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): tab guard no longer fires in the tab that initiated the switch

BroadcastChannel delivers the company-switch broadcast to every listener in
the same tab too, so the cockpit tab raised its own WL-09 "switched in
another tab" dialog over the hard navigation into the clicked client.
performCompanySwitch now marks the switch as self-initiated; CompanyTabSync
suppresses only the dialog for that observation (stray writes still get
their 409) and clears the marker on bfcache restore so back-navigation
regains the full guard.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(settings): styled popups for every settings dropdown

SettingsSelect rendered a native <select>, whose OS listbox cannot be
styled and clashes with the panel (same problem the team-panel role
dropdowns had). It now renders through Radix Select with the flat
dashed-underline trigger, keeping the native prop surface so all 13 call
sites work unchanged: value/defaultValue, onChange(e.target.value),
<option> children, and a hidden input that carries `name` into
SettingsFormWrapper's FormData read and raises the bubbling input event
its dirty tracking listens for. Empty-string option values map onto a
sentinel at the Radix boundary. The backup form's boxed fiscal-year
select moves to the shadcn Select with a placeholder.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): home-domain affinity redirect in middleware

Every signed-in user now homes on a domain: byra team members on their
brand's domain, everyone else on the platform app URL, except a byra's
client users, whose home is the byra domain their companies live under.
On any other product host the request redirects to the home domain's
root, where the user meets the RIGHT branded login (sessions are
per-domain by design). localhost, direct *.vercel.app hosts and IP
hosts are exempt; a 15-minute host-scoped cookie caches the "this is
home" verdict so the hot path costs zero extra queries; lookup failures
fail open. Complements the WL-01 signpost, which keeps handling
per-company homing inside a domain.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): render hero brand logo at 64px on auth pages

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(white-label): shareable invite link and re-send for byra team invites

A failed invite mail previously surfaced only as a toast description while
the invitation quietly waited for a mail that never arrived (the Arbore
case). The inviter now always has a recovery path:

- persistent share-link line after invite create/re-send: ochre attn line
with a copy action when the mail did not go out, quiet muted line with
the same action when it did
- POST /api/team/invite/[id] re-sends a pending invitation with a fresh
token and expiry (same byra-only owner/admin gates as DELETE)
- brand mail sending extracted to lib/email/send-team-invite.ts, shared
by create and re-send so the two paths cannot drift

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): sidebar shows uploaded brand logo alone, no app-name label

Byra logos usually carry their own name, so logo + text in the expanded
sidebar read as a duplicate (same founder call as BrandWordmark,
2026-08-05). The app-name label now renders only for branded hosts
without an uploaded logo.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): close the four skeptic refutations before merge

- trial seed: migration 130300 now carries the seven-key PAID body from
  20260818170000 plus the byra guard, instead of silently reverting it;
pg test pins the full key set against PAID_CAPABILITIES
- byra gate: new migration 130600 adds the owner/admin gate to
create_company_for_user (v1 API + MCP path), and both surfaces resolve
the default team personal-only, so a consultant's private company can
never attach to the byra team
- home-domain: byra staff who also have canonical-homed companies are no
longer redirected off the platform host; the signpost handles per-company
  homing (5 new middleware tests)
- settings selects: the Radix popup renders optgroup group headers again
  (ROT/RUT work-type picker)

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(schema): re-baseline unresolvable-expression ceiling after #1954 catch-up merge

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(white-label): pg-real rollback-safe assertions and deep-link-preserving affinity redirect

The byra company-creation pg test asserted persisted rows through the pool
after withUserContext, which always rolls back its transaction; the
assertions now run inside the transaction after RESET ROLE. The home-domain
affinity redirect carries the original path and query across the domain hop
(PR Agent finding), so invite links and deep links survive the correction.

1a41119682 perf(bundle): drop the BAS chart and the Node crypto polyfill from the shared client baseline (#1942)
* perf(bundle): drop the BAS chart and the Node crypto polyfill from the shared client baseline

Two chunks rode along in the first-load JS of almost every dashboard route:
the full BAS 2026 chart (315 KB uncompressed, in 81 route manifests) and
the browser polyfill for Node's crypto/vm/Buffer (327 KB, in 26 routes
incl. login and register). Neither was needed on first paint; both got
there through static imports of helpers that happen to live next to code
that needs the data or the builtin.

Node polyfill (4 pure splits, behaviour unchanged, re-exported from the
original modules for server callers):
- lib/auth/bankid-flags.ts: isBankIdEnabled (login, register, security
settings imported it from bankid.ts, which imports crypto).
- lib/import/bank-file/formats.ts: the format registry + detection (the
import history imported getFormat from parser.ts, which hashes).
- lib/salary/personnummer-format.ts: parsing/validation/formatting (the
employee forms reached the encrypting personnummer.ts via tax-column).
- lib/auth/api-key-scopes.ts: scope catalogue, groups, tool map, helpers
(the API key panel imported STAGING_SCOPES from the key generator).

BAS chart:
- lib/bookkeeping/bas-lazy.ts + use-bas-reference.ts: the chart becomes a
dynamic import, fetched once per session after first paint; components
that show BAS names/descriptions call useBasReference() and re-render
when it lands. Until then (and on the server) only the hardcoded
account-descriptions answer, so SSR and hydration agree.
- lib/bookkeeping/bas-labels.ts: class/group labels out of bas-reference.ts
(account-descriptions needed a label and paid for the whole chart).
- lib/bookkeeping/bas-account-numbers.ts (generated, ~11 KB) +
  scripts/generate-bas-account-numbers.ts (--check) + parity test:
  isStandardBASAccountNumber for AddAccountDialog/ChartOfAccountsManager.
- lib/bookkeeping/account-classifier-{heuristic,client}.ts: the BAS-aligned
heuristic shared by the server classifier and a client variant that uses
  the lazy chart.
- lib/bookkeeping/invoice-accounts.ts: INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING,
  InvoiceFxRateMissingError, getRevenueAccount, getOutputVatAccount out of
invoice-entries.ts, whose engine import pulled account-backfill and the
  chart into SendInvoiceDialog/PaymentBookingDialog.
- CorrectOpeningBalanceDialog re-seeds names when the chart lands;
OpeningBalanceRowEditor builds its Fuse indexes lazily; the
ChartOfAccountsManager BAS-katalog tab awaits the chunk.

Tooling:
- scripts/perf/client-import-closure.mjs: static import closure of every
'use client' module with the shortest chain to a target (file or bare
specifier); found every path above without a build.
- scripts/checks/client-node-builtin.mjs wired into check:guards: a client
module reaching a Node builtin is a hard failure (0 today).

Left as is: invoices/[id], its credit page and SendInvoiceDialog still
reach the chart through lib/invoices/issue-credit-note -> invoice-entries
-> engine -> account-backfill; splitting the engine is out of scope here.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(perf): unambiguous import-edge regex in the closure walker (CodeQL js/redos)

One quantifier per span: a greedy [^'"]* up to the specifier quote, which it
cannot cross, so a run of whitespace has a single parse. Same edges as
before (multi-line named imports, re-exports, side-effect imports; type-only
imports still skipped).

3ee3565d6d perf(reference-data): sweep the remaining raw reads onto the session cache, ratchet to 0 (#1941)
Final consumer migration of the responsiveness plan: the 35 files still
fetching fiscal periods, settings, accounts, cash accounts, dimensions or
templates on their own now read lib/reference-data, and every client
write site invalidates the shared cache instead of refetching locally.

Settings and registries: FiscalYearsManager, FiscalPeriodEditor (period
snapshotted once per company so a revalidation cannot reset dates being
edited), BookingTemplatesPanel, ChartOfAccounts, ChartOfAccountsManager,
EditAccountDialog, CorrectionEntryDialog, StrikeLinesDialog,
InvoicePaymentAccountsSettings; the dimensions registry (DimensionsManager,
DimensionCombobox, LineDimensionFields, DimensionFilter, bookkeeping/[id])
reads useDimensions and the ad-hoc fetchDimensions/fetchDimensionsCached
helpers are deleted.

Pages and pickers: CashAccountSelector (FyPicker-shaped restore, once per
company load), use-account-names, FiscalYearGapNotice,
OpeningBalancePeriodStep, BankFileConfirmStep, ImportReviewStep, the import
page (invalidates accounts + periods after a SIE execute), customers list,
invoices list + detail, pending, salary employee, asset dispose, year-end
and periodisering pages (invalidate periods after closing), reports
DimensionPnlView (its pivot picker read the wrong payload key and was
always empty; it now populates), SkatteverketPanel, TemplatePicker,
ArticleForm (vat_registered).

Invoice dialogs and extensions: SendInvoiceDialog, PaymentBookingDialog
(init reduced to the credit-note lookup + catalogue, proposal and voucher
preview fire on open when cached; a local getSession replaces the network
getUser for the fallback CC), InvoiceInboxWorkspace, TicWorkspace,
ArcimMigrationWorkspace (invalidates after each SIE import step),
enable-banking AccountPickerDialog.

raw-reference-fetch ratchet: 35 -> 0 files.

567fae654c perf(bookkeeping): booking dialogs render populated on open from the session cache (#1935)
The bookkeeping dialogs were the customer's "fields load late" in its
purest form: Bokför (TransactionBookingDialog + the embedded
JournalEntryForm) issued five requests on every open (fiscal periods,
accounts, settings, cash accounts, then the voucher preview once the first
two had landed), Nytt verifikat the same minus one, BookDirectlyDialog
four, and the template dialogs two. Each Radix dialog unmounts on close, so
every reopen paid the full price again, and several fields visibly
flipped: the bank line seeded '1930' then rewrote itself, the series
defaulted to 'A' until settings arrived, the period select was empty.

All of them now read lib/reference-data (seeded by the dashboard layout):

- JournalEntryForm: periods, accounts and settings from the hooks;
dimensionsEnabled derived, not fetched; the voucher-number preview is
keyed on the entry date (the route resolves the period from it) so it
  fires as soon as the series is known instead of after the period fetch;
after activating accounts it invalidates the shared accounts cache; the
create-period dialog callback invalidates the periods cache.
- TransactionBookingDialog: settlement account and its name derived with
useMemo from the cached cash accounts; the form mounts on the first paint.
- BookDirectlyDialog: cash accounts, periods and accounts from the hooks;
the '1930'-then-rewrite disappears because the resolved account is known
  on the first render.

- BookingTemplatesPanel (delete, import) and CreatePeriodDialog (create)
invalidate the corresponding cache entries so every picker sees the

- fetchers.ts: booking templates are booking_templates rows

9a56b7aff9 perf(bookkeeping): fiscal-year pickers and cash accounts read the session cache (#1934)
First consumer migration onto lib/reference-data. FyPicker and
FiscalYearSelector (14 consumer surfaces, 47 fiscal-period fetch sites
before this series) now read useFiscalPeriods(); with the layout seed the
restore of the persisted scope runs in the first effect tick and onReady
fires on mount instead of after a round trip. Their restore rules are
extracted into a pure resolveInitialFiscalScope() (lib/reference-data/
fiscal-scope.ts) so the two pickers cannot drift apart again, and the
restore runs once per company load, not on every background revalidation.

- /reports: the static catalog renders immediately; only the "no fiscal
year" empty state waits for the picker (previously six skeleton bars
  until /api/bookkeeping/fiscal-periods resolved).
- JournalEntryList (/bookkeeping): resolves its initial scope from the
cached list instead of its own fetch; the saved-scope shortcut still
unblocks the entries fetch first when nothing is cached, and resolution
is guarded to once per company so a revalidation can never snap a
deep-link "all years" visit back to the stored year.
- /transactions: the account chooser reads useCashAccounts({ enabledOnly })
(seeded) instead of fetching /api/cash-accounts on every visit; the bank
sync button invalidates that entry after a sync.
- STORAGE_KEY_PREFIX / ALL_YEARS_VALUE move to a dependency-free
  fiscal-year-storage.ts (re-exported from FiscalYearSelector) so lib/ code
can import them without a React component.

raw-reference-fetch ratchet: 55 -> 51 files.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 5fc0be9ed7 feat(webshop): generate orderunderlag and attach it to the verifikat at booking (#1899)
* feat(webshop): generate orderunderlag PDF and attach it to the verifikat at booking

Booked webshop orders only carried the VAT split; the verifikat showed no
product lines, customer or payment method although the sync already stores
all of it in webshop_orders.line_items (#1881).

- lib/webshop-orders/order-underlag.tsx: pure model builder + react-pdf
template (order lines, customer, payment method, per-rate VAT summary,
SEK conversion facts) + archiveWebshopOrderUnderlag, which renders and
archives the PDF on the committed verifikat through uploadDocument
(upload_source system, extraction none), mirroring archiveIssuedInvoicePdf.
Never throws: the booking is immutable by then.
- book route: archive after commitEntry; response gains underlag_archived.
FX-retry now also syncs the in-memory row so the underlag shows the
  resolved SEK facts.
- webshop_order added to NEEDS_DOC_SOURCE_TYPES and (new migration
  20260825140000) to the verifikat_without_documents needs-doc list, so a
failed attach or a historical booking surfaces on the saknar-underlag
  worklist. transactions_without_documents is deliberately unchanged.
- tests: underlag model/render/archive unit tests, book-route archive and
failure-isolation cases, pg test extended (per-source-type probe now
  covers webshop_order; explicit flagged/silenced pair).

* test(webshop): add manually_booked fields to the underlag order fixture

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(webshop): skeptic findings on the orderunderlag (#1881)

Two refutations from the skeptic pass on PR #1899, both fixed:

1. Correctness: sv-SE Intl emits U+2212 MINUS SIGN for negatives, which
Helvetica/WinAnsi PDF fonts drop silently, so refund and discount
amounts on the archived underlag rendered as POSITIVE. formatAmount now
replaces U+2212 with an ASCII hyphen (same guard as formatPdfCurrency),
is exported, and is pinned by a regression test.

2. Regression: NEEDS_DOC_SOURCE_TYPES had two hardcoded copies that missed
webshop_order, so flagged rows rendered without the "Underlag saknas"
chip, waiver toggle, or batch-exempt selection, and the weekly
missing-underlag push cron disagreed with the badge. The constant now
   lives in dependency-free lib/worklist/types.ts (client-safe), is
   re-exported from categories.ts, and both JournalEntryList.tsx and
   push-notifications/notification-scheduler.ts consume it instead of
   their own copies.

Also: "Bokfört i SEK" reworded to "Motsvarande i SEK" (compliance skeptic
observation: the dialog's lines are user-editable, so the underlag must
state the order's conversion, not claim a booking fact).

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 79013cf092 feat(bookkeeping): guarded fiscal-year reset + findable Angra import (#1883) (#1897)
* feat(bookkeeping): guarded fiscal-year reset + findable Angra import (#1883)

Two deliverables from the community report where a bad SIE test import
left no way out short of deleting the company:

A) Discoverability: the voucher list shows one attn line linking to
/import?history=sie whenever the page contains import-sourced
vouchers, and /import?history=sie deep-links straight into the
fold-open SIE import history where per-import Angra already lives.

B) Reset of an UNLOCKED fiscal year regardless of how the entries
arrived: new reset_fiscal_year RPC (same gnubok.allow_delete escape
hatch as undo_sie_import; no enforcement trigger touched) behind
   GET/POST /api/bookkeeping/fiscal-periods/[id]/reset and a typed
type-the-year-name confirmation dialog on the fiscal years settings
list. Refuses on: locked/closed year, company lock date over any part
of the year, executed year-end, arsredovisning state, later year
depending on this year's UB, VAT-declared evidence (vat_settlement
verifikat, SKV lock/submit audit rows, extension workflow keys, fail
closed) and AGI-declared months. Entries referenced by RESTRICT/NO
ACTION FKs abort the whole reset (all-or-nothing). Documents are
detached, never deleted (BFL 7 kap); every delete is audit-logged
   plus one behandlingshistorik summary row.

Fixes #1883

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bookkeeping): harden fiscal-year reset after skeptic review (#1883)

Blocking skeptic findings on PR #1897, one consolidated pass:

- New snapshot blocker cross_year_reference: an entry outside the year whose
  correction_of_id / reverses_id / reversed_by_id points into the year made
the delete crash with an uncaught P0001 (immutability trigger refusing the
ON DELETE SET NULL referential UPDATE) after an eligible:true preview, and
silently severed draft chains. 12 such chains exist in prod today.
- New snapshot blocker rot_rut_state: a begaran om utbetalning that reached
  Skatteverket (submitted/paid/partially_paid/rejected) was silently
unlinked via SET NULL, erasing the bokforing behind a filed and possibly
  decided myndighetsarende.
- Rakenskapsinformation preservation (BFL 7 kap): line-level trigger audit
rows carry no company_id and header rows no amounts, so a reset destroyed
konton/belopp with no company-readable trace. The RPC now archives the
full content of every verifikat in company-scoped RESET_SNAPSHOT audit
rows before deleting (action added to audit_log_action_check, NOT VALID),
  and behandlingshistorik renders them.
- Dimension registry lockstep on reset (mirrors undo_sie_import): flipped
imports can never be undone again, so their dimensions/values would have
  been orphaned forever.
- EXCEPTION WHEN raise_exception now returns a typed
  FISCAL_YEAR_RESET_LINKED_ENTRIES envelope instead of a bare 500;
gnubok.allow_delete is cleared before leaving the guarded block.
- Voucher-list attn line fires only for source_type 'import':
opening_balance is also written by year-end closing and the manual IB
flows, which mislabelled every year-2+ company as SIE-imported.
- /import?history=sie now scrolls the SIE history into view.
- Reset dialog copy (sv+en) discloses that linked invoices, payments and
bank transactions become unbooked; new blocker strings in both locales.
- pg fixture fix: document_attachments seeded without company_id (23502);
new pg tests for both blockers, RESET_SNAPSHOT rows and the lockstep.

* feat(reconciliation): underlag on a balansdag, the files behind a sign-off (Reko bilagor, PR 2)

A konsult attaches the kontoutdrag, engagemangsbesked or reskontralista an
account was reconciled against to (account_key, through_date), before or
after the sign-off, from every account body on the Avstämning page. Rows
live in account_reconciliation_attachments (append-only, removal stamp by
trigger, RLS like account_reconciliations), bytes in the documents bucket
under the company prefix so its RLS applies unchanged, and the full
archive copies them into bilagor/ with a hash manifest.

* feat(bokslut): persisted closing checklist and missing-fiscal-year warning (Reko bilagor, PR 3) (#1867)

* feat(bokslut): persisted closing checklist and missing-fiscal-year warning (Reko bilagor, PR 3)

The bokslut checklist is a catalogue in code with one state row per period
(bokslut_checklist_items): the steps the system can judge (sign-offs through
balansdagen, reskontra tie-outs, drafts, voucher gaps, trial balance) are
computed live and a stored row only overrides them; the manual steps are
the konsult's ticks, with who and when. It sits on the wizard's Kontroll
step and is dumped into the full archive.

A hole between fiscal years (one-file SIE migrations) is now named on the
bokslut readiness screen and on the import result screen, where the next
file is one click away. Non-adjacent period links are #1849's fix.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 174f315d9c fix(documents): anchor underlag at deferred SI booking, sanctioned duplicate detach (#1860)
* fix(documents): anchor underlag at deferred SI booking, sanctioned duplicate detach

Support case 2026-08-24: a verifikat booked from a leverantorsfaktura/utlagg
stayed under 'Saknar underlag' with the PDF attached, and a twice-uploaded
underlag could only be replaced, never removed.

- POST /api/supplier-invoices/[id]/book now calls
anchorSupplierInvoiceDocument() after the CAS link: the deferred (#967)
flow was the last booking surface that never anchored the invoice's
retained source document, so every missing-underlag surface kept flagging
  the registration verifikat until payment.
- Repair migration 20260824150000 re-runs the 20260727180000 sweep for rows
created since (idempotent, open unlocked periods only).
- New detach_underlag_duplicate RPC (migration 20260824151000): the one
sanctioned path to detach a redundant duplicate underlag from a posted
verifikat. Guarded: writer role, open unlocked period, company lock date,
at least one other anchored underlag must remain (BFL 5 kap 7 par), pinned
  docs (transactions/supplier_invoices.document_id) stay replace-only.
  Audit-logged first, transaction-local gnubok.allow_delete carve-out. The
file is never deleted: it returns to the unlinked pool.
- POST /api/documents/[id]/detach + 'Koppla bort dubblett' in the verifikat
attachments blocked-dialog when the entry keeps 2+ direct docs (sv+en).
- Tests: book-route anchor assertions, detach route unit tests, pg-real
suite for the RPC incl. the direct-UPDATE-stays-blocked invariant.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(documents): harden detach_underlag_duplicate per skeptic findings

- Require sha256 identity: detach only when a remaining anchored sibling
carries the same immutable sha256_hash, so only byte-identical duplicates
ever leave a verifikat (two different handlingar both stay behind the WORM
guards). UI gates the button on the same condition.
- Enforce the documented posted-status guard (reversed/cancelled verifikat
  refuse detach).
- Set company_id on the RPC's audit_log row: the SELECT policy filters on
company_id, so the provenance row was invisible to every reader (same
  defect 20260528120600 fixed for delete_last_voucher).
- Swedish 403 message on the tenant guard (CodeRabbit).
- pg tests: closed-period case now seeds open and closes via UPDATE (the
period-lock trigger blocks seeding into a closed period), duplicate pairs
share a hash, added non-duplicate and reversed-entry refusals, audit
assertion pins the RPC's own row (description + company_id + actor).

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 0676f5a564 feat(bookkeeping): dashboard deep link filters verifikat utan underlag server-side (#1840)
* feat(bookkeeping): dashboard deep link filters verifikat utan underlag server-side

The dashboard "Verifikat utan underlag" card (and the push-notification
link) pointed at /bookkeeping?missingUnderlag=true, but nothing read the
param: the user landed on the plain unfiltered ledger. The existing
"Visa saknade underlag" toggle also only filtered the already-fetched
page, so it could not represent the badge count across pages.

- lib/bookkeeping/missing-underlag.ts: shared resolver of "posted
verifikat lacking underlag" (document-requiring source types, no
current-version document, no anchored supplier-invoice reference per
BFL 5 kap 7 §, no exemption), extracted from the bulk "Inget underlag
krävs" route so list, bulk remedy and dashboard badge share one
  predicate.
- GET /api/bookkeeping/journal-entries?missing_underlag=true: resolves
the full missing set server-side, applies the active sort stack, pages
it, and returns the full-set count, fetching page rows in id chunks so
the "Alla" page size cannot blow the PostgREST URL limit.
- JournalEntryList: the toggle is now server-backed (refetch on change,
honest count in the dialog badge); client-side re-filtering against
late-arriving attachment counts removed. Deep-link arrival turns the
filter on and scopes the visit to all fiscal years in memory only,
matching the all-years badge count without touching the saved
  preference.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bookkeeping): harden the saknade-underlag filter after skeptic review

Three skeptic subagents refuted the first cut; this fixes every confirmed
finding in one pass:

- FyPicker: new suppressAutoRestore prop. The deep-link visit opens as
"Alla räkenskapsår" in memory, and FyPicker's on-load restore of the
persisted year (value === null) snapped the scope back right after
load, desyncing the list from the all-years badge that launched it.
Manual picks still persist as usual.
- Voucher-label search: the resolver now carries the same parseVoucher
OR-branch as the direct list path, so searching "A209" with the filter
on finds verifikat A209 instead of silently returning 0 rows.
- Staleness while the filter is on: batch exempt, the single-row "Inget
underlag krävs" toggle, and a row gaining its first underlag now
refetch in place so fixed rows leave the filtered list and the count
stays honest (the pre-server-filter behavior). The attachment-driven
refetch is guarded per entry id against predicate-disagreement loops.
- Drafts view: the filter switch is disabled there; the predicate is
posted-only and the badge would mislabel the draft count.
- Perf: the bulk-exempt route resolves ids only, skipping the per-row
total_amount computed column on its full post-import candidate scan.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bookkeeping): keep the underlag resolver statically checkable

The skeptic-fix commit tripped the phantom-column scanner ceiling
(tests/schema/no-phantom-columns.test.ts, 382 > 380): a computed
select() string and a runtime-built .or() are expressions the scanner
cannot resolve against the schema. Restructured instead of raising the
ceiling: the idOnly/full column choice is two literal select() calls
behind a lazy branch, and a voucher-label search fans out to two
statically-checkable candidate queries (description ilike, series+number
eq) unioned by id, same semantics as before.

8e3015e541 fix(bookkeeping): book pre-FY bank transactions on the fiscal year's first day (#1828)
A newly registered company whose first rakenskapsar starts on the
Bolagsverket registration date could not book the aktiekapital deposit,
because the bank transaction is dated BEFORE the registration. Every
surface dead-ended: the manual booking dialog hard-blocked with the date
locked and only offered creating a (legally wrong) pre-registration
fiscal year, and the categorize paths either marked the row categorized
WITHOUT a verifikat ("Delvis bokforda") or silently minted a bogus
calendar-year period before the company existed.

Root cause: entry_date was hard-wired to the bank date with no clamp
against the company's first fiscal period, and the duplicated
ensureFiscalPeriod helpers upserted a calendar-year period for any
uncovered date.

Fix, per BFL (the event belongs to the first fiscal year; the real
affarshaendelse date is preserved on the verifikat):
- createTransactionJournalEntry clamps a pre-FY date into the earliest
OPEN unlocked fiscal period with entry_date = period_start and appends
"Affarshaendelse <date>, bokford pa rakenskapsarets forsta dag" to the
verifikationstext. Interior gaps, future dates, and a closed/locked
first year keep the old null return.
- Both ensureFiscalPeriod copies (categorize core + web route) skip the
calendar-period upsert when the date predates the earliest period.
- JournalEntryForm's no_period block offers "Bokfor pa rakenskapsarets
forsta dag (<date>)" for pre-FY dates instead of proposing a
pre-registration year; "Skapa rakenskapsar" remains for the other
  no_period cases.

No schema, RPC, or trigger changes: the /book route and the DB triggers
already accept the clamped booking.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 d4c42fd8db fix(bookkeeping): journal search finds a voucher by its label, with a spinner while searching (#1808)
"Sök verifikationstext" only matched journal_entries.description, so typing
A209 never returned voucher A209 itself: only other vouchers whose text
mentioned it. Users read that as "the voucher is missing".

A label-shaped needle (A209, a 209, A-209) now also matches
voucher_series + voucher_number via a PostgREST OR (needle double-quoted so
commas/parentheses stay literal); other needles keep the plain description
ILIKE. parseVoucher accepts one space or hyphen between series and number.
The search box shows a spinner while a server-side search is in flight;
before, the only signal was the list dimming.

a92c492dbe refactor(ui): record detail pages as documents, not card piles (#1739)
Bring every record detail page onto the register-detail document grammar
from #1624 (DetailSection/DefRow, one status element per the list pages'
chips-mark-exceptions rule, one primary next step plus Förhandsgranska
visible and everything else behind a ⋯ overflow menu, line tables on the
dry-table idiom with the headline total in the serif):

- invoices/[id] (11 cards, 13-button toolbar): Kund | Detaljer rows,
Fakturarader table + totals, Anteckningar, Betalning, Påminnelser,
Utskickshistorik (InvoiceDeliveryHistory flattened); title carries the
doc type, related documents become link rows
- supplier-invoices/[id], bookkeeping/[id] (serif title instead of
  font-mono, JournalEntryAttachments variant="section", CorrectionChain
flattened), invoices/[id]/credit, assets/[id]/dispose (form as Fönster
rows), salary employees/[id] (edit form behind Redigera in a dialog,
Ingående saldon collapsed), salary runs/[id] + run panels (Betalfil,
Skattebetalning, AGI, förmåner, override) and the payslip page
- DetailSection gains an optional help slot (convention 7)

Styling/structure only: no API, fetch, validation, state, dialog or
permission change; every action stays reachable.

64fc7c783d fix(periodisering): stop overselling automatic periodization to enskild firma (#1730)
* fix(bokslut): honest periodisering for enskild firma (K1)

Stop mis-selling automatic periodisering to sole traders and give the
auto-detect a materiality floor:

- Remove the inert PeriodiseringAutoDetectToggle (write-only localStorage,
no reader anywhere); the settings row is now a plain link to the
periodisering wizard, with new i18n keys in sv+en.
- Auto-detect tags suggestions under 5 000 kr as low confidence with the
reason 'Under 5 000 kr: behöver normalt inte periodiseras', citing K1
(BFNAR 2006:1) for enskild firma and K2 for aktiebolag; the wizard only
pre-ticks high-confidence rows, so under-floor posts land unticked.
Personnel-cost lines (7xxx) are exempt: they must always be accrued.
- The accruals GET route resolves companies.entity_type and threads it to
  the detector.
- Per-line accrual hint in the invoice editors is entity-aware: new
accruals.k1_hint (K1, förenklat årsbokslut) for EF, k2_hint stays for AB.
- Periodisering wizard and year-end AccrualsStep relabel Revisionsarvode
to Bokslutsarvode for EF, default the liability account to 2991 instead
of 2992, and show a muted K1-floor intro line.

All copy stays advisory (behöver normalt inte, never får inte):
entity_type is a proxy since no förenklat-vs-full-årsbokslut flag exists.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bokslut): SEK-correct materiality floor, entity-type via settings, narrower personnel exemption

Review fixes on the K1 periodisering branch:

- The 5 000 kr floor now compares a SEK amount: queries select currency
and subtotal_sek, the floor uses the periodisation share of
subtotal_sek for foreign-currency invoices, and is skipped entirely
when no SEK amount is resolvable (accrual-k2-hint precedent,
  DECISIONS.md 2026-07-26).
- The accruals route resolves entity type via getCompanyEntityType
(company_settings-primary, companies fallback) instead of reading
  companies.entity_type directly.
- The personnel-cost exemption from the floor is narrowed from
startsWith('7') to /^7[0-6]/: 78xx/79xx are not personnel costs.

834cc4d0e8 fix(ui): kill horizontal overflow in dialogs and cut the worst modal copy (#1732)
* fix(dialogs): kill horizontal overflow in dialogs and cut the worst modal copy

Overflow hardening:
- DialogTitle/DialogDescription and SheetTitle/SheetDescription get
break-words at the primitive, so long unbroken interpolated strings
(emails, product names, org numbers) can no longer widen any dialog.
- AccountCombobox's non-flat dropdown is portaled to document.body with
viewport-clamped geometry (new pure helper account-combobox-position.ts,
unit-tested), the same fix info-tooltip.tsx applies to TooltipContent:
the 34rem panel inside a scrollable DialogContent was the root cause of
sideways-scrolling dialogs. Outside-click checks the portaled node,
position tracks scroll/resize (capture phase), wheel/touchmove stop at
the panel so react-remove-scroll's modal lock cannot block its scrolling,
and DialogContent/SheetContent treat data-dialog-companion nodes as
inside interactions so clicking the panel never dismisses the dialog.
  The flat variant is unchanged.
- StrikeLinesDialog/CorrectionEntryDialog line rows switch bare 1fr grid
tracks to minmax(0,1fr) and wrap the sm:contents-promoted AccountCombobox
  in a min-w-0 cell (SendInvoiceDialog's pattern).
- New dialog-overflow-risk ratchet in no-new-antipatterns.mjs: bare fr
tracks in dialog hosts, whitespace-nowrap inside DialogContent regions
outside an allowlist, and unportaled >=20rem overlays; baselined at the
  post-fix 7 files.

Copy reduction (convention 7, MatchVoucherDialog precedent):
- New shared RattelseExplainer (HelpPopover) carries the "a posted
verifikat cannot be edited directly" framing once; CorrectionEntryDialog,
  StrikeLinesDialog, RecordateEntryDialog and CorrectMetadataDialog drop
their permanent inline explainer boxes and keep at most one sentence
  inline (hardcoded Swedish: verifikat surface).
- SendInvoiceDialog keeps the actual addresses inline and moves the fixed
CC/BCC framing plus the extra-address rules behind a HelpPopover
  (recipient_additional_hint replaced by recipient_help_fixed and
  recipient_help_additional in both messages files).
- HelpPopover panels gain pointer-events-auto and the companion marker so
they are actually interactive inside modal dialogs.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bookkeeping): mechanism-accurate rattelse copy and calmer dropdown repositioning

The shared RattelseExplainer claimed every rattelse is logged with who/when
in the verifikat's rattelsehistorik, which is only true for the inline
strike-and-replace track (StrikeLinesDialog, CorrectMetadataDialog). The
storno dialogs (CorrectionEntryDialog, RecordateEntryDialog) never write
that log: their BFL 5 kap 5 trail is the storno chain. The shared component
now keeps only the universally true framing sentence, and each dialog's
popover carries the trail sentence matching its own mechanism.

AccountCombobox's capture-phase scroll/resize handler now skips setState
when the recomputed position is shallow-equal to the current one
(isSameDropdownPosition in the pure position helper, unit-tested) and
ignores scroll events originating inside the portaled panel itself, so
scrolling the account list no longer churns re-renders.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 f8db38f989 fix(analytics): mask session replays by default, chrome-only unmask (#1639)
* fix(analytics): mask session replays by default, chrome-only unmask

Invert PostHog session-replay masking from visible-by-default with pattern
masking to deny-by-default: every input value is masked wholesale (rrweb
maskAllInputs, no maskInputFn) and every text node is masked unless it sits
under data-ph-unmask chrome or a table column header (th). Chrome tags live
on the shared UI primitives (PageHeader, Label, Button except combobox
triggers, TabsTrigger, Badge, Card/Dialog/Sheet titles, tooltips, help
popovers, empty states, settings labels), and tagged chrome is still
pattern-scrubbed for amounts and person-/organisationsnummer. data-ph-mask
beats data-ph-unmask, so call sites that interpolate user data into chrome
stay masked; a very-thorough audit swept every unmasked primitive and each
found site got a call-site mask. Confirm-dialog wrappers and toasts stay
masked centrally: their copy describes user objects by design. Untagged new
UI over-masks instead of leaking. Privacy policy, RoPA and decision log
updated in the same change.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(analytics): tag detail-section chrome merged from main

The register-detail primitives landed on main after the replay-masking
audit ran: kickers and DefRow labels are static i18n chrome, values stay
masked.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(analytics): close skeptic and review findings on replay masking

Explicit data-ph tags now resolve before the th chrome fallback, so a th
nested inside a data-ph-mask container masks correctly (regression test
added). Seven missed text-leak sites get call-site masks: delete-invoice
and credit-page invoice numbers, IB-correction voucher reference, TIC
orgnr (served unnormalized, so the separator-based scrub cannot be relied
on), articles search-term empty state, dimension segment labels, and
activate-account buttons. The attribute channel is closed with rrweb's
blockClass: inputs whose placeholder carries an effective user value
(salary overrides, correction description, danger-zone confirms, credit
confirm) get ph-no-capture, removing the element from recordings while
the prefill UX stays intact; the pivot-th title attribute is dropped.
Privacy-policy effective date bumped to 2026-08-17.

c897a906df fix(ux): actions update lists in place - no more takeovers, jumps and dead air (#1629)
* fix(ux): update lists in place on actions instead of takeover spinners and jumps

Founder report: the app feels glitchy when clicking around, especially
when deleting a row or booking something. The repo-wide anti-pattern
behind it: single-row actions trigger whole-list skeleton/spinner
takeovers (layout collapse, scroll jump, full stagger-enter replay),
deletes give zero feedback then hard-jump, and the /transactions exit
"animation" was filter-only and never animated.

Per surface:

- Never take over a rendered list for a background refresh. The
skeleton/spinner swap is now reserved for an empty (or foreign) list
  on /transactions (fetchTransactions), /pending (fetchOperations,
covering both listed Granskning findings, one file), kundfakturor
  (fetchInvoices), leverantörsfakturor (fetchInvoices, plus
try/catch/finally so a failed fetch can no longer stick the skeleton
or masquerade as an empty register) and the verifikat list
(JournalEntryList now takes a refreshToken prop and refetches in
place; /bookkeeping no longer key-remounts it into a spinner, so
  expansion/selection/pagination/scroll survive a created verifikat).
Quiet inline Loader2 cues near the list headers on /transactions and
  /pending signal a background reconcile.

- /transactions row exit: exiting rows (booked/ignored/deleted) stay
rendered through the existing 350ms window with a real exit
transition (.row-exit: fast fade, then the space closes by
transitioning cell paddings/line metrics and a numeric max-height on
the fixed-height cell spans) and pointer-events off. Instant removal
under prefers-reduced-motion. Applied to the inbox cards, the
skattekonto card and the history rows.

- /transactions delete: routes through processingId (row spinner) and
the exitingIds path, and decrements totalUncategorizedCount when the
deleted row was pending (the realtime echo is not guaranteed for
  DELETE on a filtered subscription).

- FyPicker double-fetch: the initial fetch now waits for FyPicker's
onReady (fires after its persisted-scope restore), so mount does one
correctly scoped fetch instead of racing an unscoped fetch against
the restore refetch (list -> skeleton -> list on every visit). Period
changes refetch background-only behind the client-filtered list.

- Pagination survives realtime echoes: background refreshes re-fetch
range(0, pagedCountRef) instead of resetting to the first 200 rows,
so "Visa fler" pages no longer collapse after any action.

Gates: full vitest suite green (14764 passed), tsc output byte-identical
to the origin/main baseline, eslint 0 errors on touched files,
check:guards green, package-lock untouched.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(ui): apply review round on action-feedback smoothness

- /pending: sequence-guard fetchOperations so a stale previous-tab
response can't overwrite the current tab's rows, counts, or loading cues
- /pending: check res.ok on the pending fetch and both history fetches
before applying payloads; failures keep current rows and surface the
  existing error toast
- /transactions: reset fiscal scope (fyReady/fyPeriodId/fyPeriod) during
render on company switch so FyPicker re-runs its persisted restore and
stale bounds never scope a fetch for the wrong company
- /transactions: drop a deleted row's id from selectedIds so the bulk bar
can't act on a deleted row
- row exit: add the inert attribute on exiting row wrappers alongside
pointer-events so keyboard focus and activation are blocked too
- JournalEntryList: preserve selection on refreshToken background
refreshes (reconciled against the refreshed page); user-initiated
  reloads still clear it

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 4362bffc0c fix(skattekonto): deep-link Skapa verifikat manuellt to a prefilled, auto-linked verifikat (#1621)
* fix(skattekonto): deep-link Skapa verifikat manuellt to a prefilled, auto-linked verifikat

"Skapa verifikat manuellt" in the SkattekontoBookDialog routed to plain
/bookkeeping: the user landed on the list with no form, no prefill and no
link to the row (reported by a user for a Slutlig skatt event, which has
no booking rule by design).

The CTA now deep-links to /bookkeeping?skv_tx=... carrying the row's id,
date, text and amount. The bookkeeping page opens the Nytt verifikat
dialog prefilled (1630 on the correct side per the booking sign
convention, balanced counter line with the motkonto left to pick, date
and description set) and, once the verifikat is saved (posted or draft),
links it back to the skattekonto row via the existing match endpoint. A
failed link degrades to a destructive toast pointing at the manual
"Matcha mot verifikat" path.

The URL params are prefill convenience only: the match route re-validates
ownership, ALREADY_BOOKED and ENTRY_ALREADY_LINKED server-side. The
parse/build/line-shaping contract lives in core lib
(lib/skatteverket/manual-verifikat-prefill.ts, unit-tested) because the
bookkeeping page cannot import from the extension.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(skattekonto): keep deep-link payload out of the URL + share the 1630 constant

Resolves the PR #1621 review findings in one pass:

- Compliance swarm (GDPR Art.5(1)(f), ISO A.8.12): the deep link no longer
carries date, text and amount as query params, where they would persist
in browser history, access logs and Referer headers. The row payload is
staged in sessionStorage, consumed single-use and validated against the
opaque skv_tx id, which is all the URL exposes. A missing or mismatched
payload degrades to the plain /bookkeeping list; the auto-link itself is
still validated server-side by the match route.
- Swedish accounting review note: SKATTEKONTO_ACCOUNT ('1630') is now
imported by the extension's booking and match libs from the core prefill
lib instead of being duplicated, so prefill and server-side booking
  cannot drift.
- CodeRabbit docstring warning: the new lib exports carry docstrings.

Storage is injectable (PrefillStorage) so the node-env tests cover the
round-trip, single-use semantics, id mismatch, malformed payloads and a
throwing privacy-mode storage.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs(skattekonto): record the sessionStorage staging window as accepted residual risk

The compliance swarm's remaining LOW finding (ISO A.8.12) offers
documentation as its remediation path: an XSS attacker already reads the
full ledger via the session's authenticated APIs, so the sub-second
sessionStorage staging window adds no capability worth a server-issued
token roundtrip. Recorded in the lib header and DECISIONS.md.

2d97fbf1bc fix: false popup-blocked toast on Visa dokument + scope SKV reconnect line to skattekonto source (#1613)
* fix(documents): stop false popup-blocked toast on Visa dokument

window.open() returns null BY SPEC when 'noopener' is in the features
string, even when the tab opens, so the destructive 'Tillåt popupfönster'
toast fired on every successful open. Open without the features string and
sever the reverse channel manually (tab.opener = null), the same pattern
lib/browser/deferred-tab.ts already uses; the toast now fires only on a
genuine popup block.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(transactions): scope the SKV reconnect line to the skattekonto source

The reconnect attn line rendered on /transactions whenever the SKV
connection needed renewal, regardless of what the user was looking at, so
it read as permanent noise. It now shows only when the source picker is on
Skatteverket (the rows it actually explains); the skattekonto page keeps
its own reconnect line.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(transactions): keep Skatteverket source pickable while reconnect is needed

In the reconnect-needed state the transaktioner fetch 401s, skvRows goes
empty, the Skatteverket option left the source picker, and the stale-filter
effect reset the filter to 'all': the source-gated reconnect line became
unreachable exactly when it applied. Show the source whenever rows exist OR
reconnect is needed (skvNeedsReconnect already requires connected=true, so
never-connected companies get no phantom source).

No component test: repo test scope is lib/ + app/api/ (no component tests).

9686b54b41 refactor(design): lock the border-radius ladder, one radius per role (#1607)
Seven radii were in circulation (4/5/6/8/12/16px + pill) with no rule for
which went where; one toolbar row on /transactions mixed four shape
languages. This locks a 4-tier ladder (design.md convention 16):

- pill: interactive toolbar controls (buttons, chips, pickers, segmented
  controls, toolbar search, count nubs)
- rounded-xl (12px): overlay tier: page panel, dialogs, slide-overs
- rounded-lg (8px): cards, form fields, popover/menu content, boxes
- rounded-sm (4px): nested leaves (menu items, checkboxes, kbd/code nubs)

Changes:
- New SegmentedControl primitive (pill-in-pill tablist, h-8) replaces the
  hand-rolled bg-muted/70 tablist copied across 11 files
- New ToolbarSearch primitive (pill, h-8) adopted on 9 page toolbars;
dialog/picker searches keep the rounded-lg Input
- dialog.tsx 8px -> 12px, matching SettingsModal/slide-over/CommandPalette
- ContextPicker chips at the shared h-8 toolbar height
- ~300 rounded-md / bare rounded call sites remapped by role; auth icon
tiles and the mobile nav sheet come down from 16px to 12px
- rounded-md, bare rounded, rounded-2xl and rounded-[Npx] are dead
vocabulary, enforced by a new off-ladder-radius check in check:guards

Verified: lint 0 errors, 14422 unit tests pass, check:guards green, tsc
clean on all changed files, sandbox screenshots of transactions/
bookkeeping/granskning toolbars and the Ny verifikation dialog.

18c20e68e6 fix(scoping): Skatteverket per företag + nåbara startkort + företags-scopade val (#1610)
* fix(scoping): skatteverket per company + true pristine gates + scoped dismissals

Skatteverket connections become per (user, company): the token table
carried BOTH UNIQUE(user_id) and UNIQUE(company_id) (two stacked half
migrations), so one connection leaked "connected" onto every company the
user belongs to, sync ran the token against the wrong orgnr (behorighet
403), and reconnecting from another company silently moved the row and
went dark on the first company's crons. Token reads/writes are now scoped
by company through the whole chain (token-store, api-client refresh
coalescing, skvRequest and its 21 call sites, resolve-auth, crons, MCP),
/skattekonto/saldo answers 401 NOT_CONNECTED for companies without their
own row (which is what the page's startkort keys on), and the dashboard
connect-nudge counts only the active company's row.

Bookkeeping's pristine start card now keys on all-years emptiness via a
count probe instead of "no active filters": the default fiscal-year
selection counted as a filter, which made the card unreachable on
brand-new companies (it showed "inga traffar" instead).

Two browser-global localStorage keys become company-scoped with legacy
fallbacks: the inbox onboarding dismissal (dismissing on one company hid
the card everywhere) and the periodisering auto-detect toggle.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(scoping): dedupe cron work per (user, company) + guard the ledger probe

CodeRabbit findings on #1610: the skattekonto sync cron still deduped
token rows by user_id alone, which would drop every company but one for
multi-company operators (the exact scenario the PR fixes); and the
all-years ledger probe could leave a stale false behind on a failed
refetch, letting the pristine card render unconfirmed. The probe now
resets to unknown in flight and carries the fetch generation guard.

57d6651cfc feat(empty-states): startkort on six pages with strata imagery (#1603)
Replace the true-empty states on Kundfakturor, Transaktioner, Underlag,
Loner, Bokforing and Skattekonto with StartCard: a self-contained dark
hero (image-derived ground baked into the strata render, white primary
CTA) that says what the page can do instead of what is missing. Primary
CTAs lead with the connect/setup action per page (bank via PSD2 deep
link, mailboxes, Skatteverket, migration import); filtered/search empty
states and viewer fallbacks keep the old compact states. Design signed
off in the Startkort prototype iterations 2026-08-13.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 05380ddf54 feat(bookkeeping): correction-chain depth guard + Bedrock stream retry (#1581)
* feat(bookkeeping): bypassable chain-depth guard on corrections and stornos

Correcting or reversing an entry that already sits 3+ links deep in a
rattelse chain (correction_of_id/reverses_id walked in the DB, never
description matching) now throws CORRECTION_CHAIN_TOO_DEEP, steering the
caller to book ONE correction expressing the chain's net effect. Agents
looped storno+rattelse 10 deep on a live company (63/193 vouchers noise).

The guard is advisory, never a dead end: allow_deep_chain bypasses it on
every surface (correctEntry/reverseEntry option, REST body, MCP tool arg
staged through pending_operations, and confirm dialogs with Ratta anda /
Aterfor anda in the web UI). MCP staging pre-flight fires the guard at
stage time so the agent reconsiders in the same turn, and the executor
re-checks at commit. tools/list payload ceiling bumped 59K -> 59.5K for
the two bypass properties (trimmed to one sentence first).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(agent): retry the Bedrock stream once on transient failures

A transient stream death (429/5xx, transport cut, or the two known
stream-corruption signatures: 'Unexpected event order' and 'request ended
without sending any chunks') killed the whole chat turn, stranding the
user mid-answer. The turn now retries once per turn after a short backoff:
safe because nothing is persisted until finalMessage() succeeds. A new
stream_restart event carries the pre-attempt text snapshot so the chat
client resets the partial bubble, drops uncompleted tool chips, and shows
'Forsoker igen...' until the retried stream produces text. Non-transient
errors (403, 400) keep the existing immediate-error path.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(api): regenerate accounted-api skill and wire allow_deep_chain through v1

apiskill:check failed: CorrectJournalEntrySchema gained allow_deep_chain,
making references/journal-entries.md stale. Regenerated (hand-applied: the
generator output is deterministic from the registry). While wiring: the v1
correct route validated allow_deep_chain but dropped it, and the v1 reverse
route's strict body schema would have rejected it outright, leaving API
clients no bypass when the chain-depth guard fires. Both now forward the
flag to the engine and document CORRECTION_CHAIN_TOO_DEEP as a pitfall.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* chore: re-trigger CI after Vercel infra hang

The preview for e527e4044 compiled in 91s then hung 40 minutes in the
TypeScript phase and was killed with no error output; a CLI redeploy of
the identical code went Ready in 5m. Empty commit to refresh the git-
triggered deployment status.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bookkeeping): address CodeRabbit review on the chain-depth guard

- correction-chain: report rootVoucher only when the walk reached a
genuine parentless root; a broken link, cycle, or hop-cap now yields
null instead of presenting an intermediate voucher as the chain root.
- recordate: propagate allow_deep_chain end-to-end (recordateEntry
  option, route schema, and a Flytta anda bypass confirm in the dialog);
a date move is another storno+rattelse layer and carried the guard
  with no override path.
- v1 correct/reverse: run the chain-depth guard before the dry-run
return so a dry run gives the same verdict as the real execution.
- dashboard reverse route: 400 on malformed JSON or a non-boolean
  allow_deep_chain instead of silently reversing without the override;
empty body stays the supported no-body case. Tests added.
- AgentChat stream_restart: discard the dead attempt's reasoning and
re-arm the post-tool paragraph break so a retried turn doesn't render
thinking twice or glue its continuation onto restored text.
- v1 reverse route doc comment updated for allow_deep_chain.

Not changed: the journal-list reverse flow (flagged as a dead end) can
never receive CORRECTION_CHAIN_TOO_DEEP: the list renders Aterfor only
for entries that are neither storno nor correction, and such entries
have no backward chain links, so their depth is always 0.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(bookkeeping): recordate route test expects the new options arg

recordateEntry now takes { allowDeepChain } as a sixth argument; the
route test's called-with assertion predates it.

314efe8b22 fix(design): stop synthesizing bold on Hedvig display headings (#1555)
* fix(design): stop synthesizing bold on Hedvig display headings

Hedvig Letters Serif ships weight 400 only, but the h1-h3 base rule
forced font-weight 500 and DialogTitle/SheetTitle stacked font-semibold
on top, so every display heading rendered browser-synthesized bold: the
smudged heavy look on dialog titles and page headings. Drop the base
rule to 400, remove the weight utilities from the title primitives, and
sweep the 41 files that hand-set font-medium/semibold/bold on serif
headings (a pattern design.md already forbids). Headings that opt into
font-sans keep their weight.

e51a2c8102 refactor(design): no amber boxes, attention is one ochre sentence (#1562)
The founder wants the yellow boxes gone everywhere. The design system
already agreed: status colors are data, not chrome (convention 12) and
attention is a single ochre sentence, never a banner (convention 6).
This enforces it:

- ConfirmationDialog: the amber warning panel is now an AttnLine, and
the hardcoded Swedish default warningText is gone: it injected an
immutability warning into dialogs whose authors never asked for one
(every current caller passes the prop explicitly, so no behavior
  change at any call site).
- Badge warning variant: amber fill replaced with a hairline chip and
  ochre text.
- DestructiveConfirmDialog warning variant: neutral icon disc, default
primary confirm button (only --destructive survives as chrome).
- BankSyncStatusChip stale state: same neutral shape as the healthy
chip, ochre text carries the signal.
- SandboxBanner: solid amber bar becomes secondary-on-border chrome.
- BankIdAuth, BankIdCompanyPicker, SessionTimeoutModal: the last three
raw-amber (bg-amber-*) holdouts moved onto tokens, the company-picker
  banner becoming a plain AttnLine.
- Mechanical sweep of the ~58 hand-rolled bg-warning/border-warning
boxes across 45 files: fills to bg-muted/30 (icon discs bg-muted),
  borders to border-border, text-warning-foreground to text-attn. The
account-class dots in account-number.tsx keep bg-warning: they are
  data indicators, not chrome.

abff8d90f6 refactor(ui): validation as errors on attempt, help text behind the ? (#1561)
The founder flagged the app as bloated with standing instructional text.

Ny verifikation: the what's-missing lines (Ange en beskrivning, Minst
två rader...) rendered from the first frame because their only gate was
form validity, which an empty form fails: instructions dressed as
validation. The submit buttons now stay enabled and an attempt on an
incomplete form is what surfaces the lines, in destructive red, per the
error-on-submit idiom. The Enter-to-advance flow keeps the old
completeness predicate so navigation is untouched.

Matcha mot befintlig verifikation: the two-sentence explainer moved
behind a ? (HelpPopover, convention 7), the N:1 note tightened, the
Visa även matchade switch became a quiet link (switches are settings
idiom), and Stark träff, the normal auto-selected case, renders as
muted text instead of a chip (chips mark exceptions, convention 5).

Deleted always-visible paraphrase lines and their orphaned keys:
items_card_description, picker_description, references_subtitle,
sort_stack_hint, dimensions hints, document_help, and the dead
fill_balance_hint key that had no render site at all.

1e9f245f7c refactor(agent): keep the assistant in the nav, FAB and underlag flow only (#1557)
The founder wants the scattered per-page assistant buttons gone: the
assistant is reachable from the nav and the floating tab everywhere, so
in-page duplicates were noise. Removed the AgentSparkleButton call sites
(year-end, verifikat detail, supplier invoice detail, invoice editor)
and the now-orphaned component, the soft hand-off link in the Ny
verifikat modal (plus its i18n keys), and the transaction-row overflow
item. Kept: nav entry, floating tab, the Dokumentinkorg flow, and the
sanctioned "Skapa med assistent" split-button mode on /bookkeeping
(design.md convention 14).

The command palette's hand-off entries hardcoded the agent name "Anna";
they now use the identity from AgentSheetProvider like every other
affordance, and hide until agent onboarding is done (same gate as the
FAB).

5453f11330 fix(design): keep sortable table headers uppercase (#1558)
The sortable headers on /bookkeeping and /invoices wrap their label in a
button, and preflight's text-transform: none on buttons swallowed the
uppercase from TH_CLASS, so sorted lists showed sentence-case heads next
to every other table's uppercase idiom. Re-apply uppercase on the sort
control itself.

67febd5097 feat(ui): prev/next record navigation on detail pages (#1530)
* feat(ui): prev/next record navigation on detail pages

Customer feedback: stepping between invoices in a reskontra (56 -> 57 ->
58) required going back to the list for every record.

List pages now write their full ordered id array to sessionStorage when
a row is opened (Accounted:list-context:<scope>:<companyId>), and the
detail pages for kundfakturor, leverantorsfakturor, and verifikat show
a compact prev/next pager (chevrons + 'n av m') next to the back
control. ArrowLeft/ArrowRight step too, except while typing in a text
field or while a dialog is open. Navigation uses router.replace so
'tillbaka' returns to the list in one step. Deep links and new tabs
have no context: the pager hides and pages behave as before.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(pager): overlay-aware arrow guard, notes-draft safety, context on Visa detaljer

Review fixes on the detail-record pager:

- The keyboard guard matched any mounted [role=dialog], so the agent
sheet (which stays mounted display:none once opened) killed arrow
paging for the rest of the tab session, while open dropdown menus
did not block at all. The guard now mirrors the AgentSheet Esc
selector (data-state="open" variants incl. alertdialog and radix
menu/select/listbox content) and also yields while focus sits inside
a dialog/menu/listbox container. Extracted as pure functions in
lib/hooks/detail-pager-guards.ts so the rules are testable in the
  node test environment.
- Arrow keys could unmount the verifikat page and destroy an unsaved
notes draft once the textarea lost focus. useDetailPager and
DetailPager now take a keyboard flag, and the verifikat page
disables keyboard paging while editingNotes is active; the chevron
  buttons stay live.
- The expanded-row Visa detaljer link in JournalEntryList navigated
  without writing the list context, producing stale pager snapshots;
it now calls rememberListContext like the voucher link.
- ListContext.listPath was written and strictly validated but never
consumed: removed from the interface, all writers, and the read
validation. Reads stay tolerant of extra properties so contexts
stored by older builds still parse.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(pager): quiet wayfinding strip instead of buttons in the title cluster

The pager sat between the back arrow and the H1, which read as a toolbar
of three boxed buttons and made the title jump horizontally per record.
All three detail pages now share the verifikat page's pattern: a muted
back text-link on the left and the pager right-aligned on the same quiet
row. The pager itself drops to 16px glyphs, muted ink, and hides when the
list context holds a single record.

2e2a64dd0a fix(inbox): say each thing once, and stop explaining what doing it teaches (#1532)
* docs(inbox): the onboarding card described the page as it used to be

Three steps ending at 'matcha mot en transaktion eller bokför', a Beta
badge it had outgrown, and no mention that the page now searches the
mailboxes itself, lists the purchases missing a receipt, or proposes the
kontering.

It now names the three things a person actually does: get an address,
connect a brevlåda so Kvittojakten can look on its own, and approve the
proposed kontering. The pricing line keeps the distinction that matters
(collecting underlag is free; AI-tolkning and the hunt are in the plan)
and drops the Beta badge.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(inbox): say each thing once, and stop explaining what doing it teaches

Six things the page said that it did not need to say, or said twice.

The mailbox rows misaligned because the address could not shrink: a long
one pushed the date and Koppla från onto a second line while the provider
mark stayed centred against a now two-line row. min-w-0 lets truncate work.

The settings group was labelled Leta efter underlag directly above a row
labelled Sök igenom brevlådorna. The group is now Kvittojakten, which is
what the rest of the app calls it.

A hunt that found nothing left its line on screen indefinitely. There is
nothing to act on, so it clears after a few seconds. A run that found
something, or failed, still stays: both name a next step.

Ändra kontering opened with no rows at all for an unknown supplier, so
the first move was Lägg till rad before anything could be typed. The form
already defaults to two blank rows when given nothing, but an empty
proposal was passed as [] rather than undefined, which is not the same.
Its description restated the title, and the keyboard tips sat under every
entry form permanently; both are learned by doing.

The matched state was stated twice in one rail, as a bordered box and a
badge. The badge keeps it, and takes over the box's link to the
transaction.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(pending): name the account, not just the line text

A proposal read '5890 Utlägg Norwegian'. 5890 is Övriga resekostnader,
which the preview never said: it printed the account number next to the
line's own description, so the only readable word on the line was one the
proposal wrote about itself. Approving meant trusting a label that never
named what was being debited, and a travel cost looked like an utlägg.

The account's own name now leads, with the line text after it when it
says something the name does not. Same for the VAT lines.

Fetched once and shared across previews; a failed lookup leaves the
number rather than blanking the line.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(pending): the account-name map must not outlive the company

Review finding, and the tenancy half is the real one. The lookup was a
module-level promise populated once with ??= and never invalidated, so a
company switch that does not reload the page would keep showing the
previous company's account names against this company's numbers: a wrong
name reads as verified in a way a bare number never does.

It is also permanent on failure. A single transient error resolved the
cached promise to {} for the rest of the session, with no retry short of
a reload.

The page owns it now and passes it down by context: one fetch per mount,
gone when the page is, and a failure leaves the bare number and retries
next time.

555a2a20ae feat(inbox): Underlag rebuilt to answer what is missing, where to get it, and how it would be booked (#1524)
* fix(mail): stop Gmail refusing the search, and stop calling that "hittade inget"

Pressing Leta produced mails=25, documents=0 on a real two-mailbox run.
Nothing was found because nothing was searched: every request came back
429 "Too many concurrent requests for user".

Two bugs, and the second is the one that matters.

The search fanned out with Promise.all over every message id at once, one
Gmail request per message, per connection. Gmail enforces a per-user
concurrency ceiling as well as a daily quota, and this sailed past it long
before any volume worth worrying about. It now runs through a pool of five
per connection, which is comfortably under and still finishes a page of
results in a couple of round trips.

The catch turned each refusal into an empty array, with a comment saying
one mailbox's failure must not become the company's. Right instinct, wrong
consequence: an empty array is also what an empty mailbox returns, and the
manual hunt loop stops on fetched === 0 because that is its signal for
"the mailboxes hold nothing more for what is open". So a rate-limited
search told the user their receipts do not exist, and stopped looking.

searchFailureCount() now separates "could not look" from "nothing there".
The run route reports it, and the loop treats a pass with failures as
failed rather than finished, so pressing again is the obvious next move
instead of a pointless one.

This is the failure this feature exists to catch, happening inside the
feature: silence that reads as an answer.

Restoring the unbounded fan-out fails one test; removing the failure
counter fails three.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(inbox): segment filter as a dropdown, not three rows of pills

Five filters wrapped to three lines in a 280px column. The counts are what
people actually read, so they stay on the trigger and inside the menu
rather than being traded away for the space.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(inbox): one chip for where underlag come from

Three routes in, and the page never said so: the forwarding address sat
inline in the header, the mailboxes lived only in Instaellningar, and
WhatsApp was invisible here entirely.

They are behind one chip now. Which mailbox and when it was last read is
what people look up when something seems wrong, not what they read every
visit, so it opens rather than occupying the header.

A mailbox that has stopped working is the exception, so it surfaces on the
chip itself rather than waiting to be found one click in. That silence is
the failure this feature exists to catch.

Configuration stays in Instaellningar; this only reports.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(inbox): the kontering first, the evidence folded

Reading order was backwards. Nine extracted values came first and the one
thing to approve came last, so every matched item meant scrolling past the
evidence to reach the decision.

The proposed kontering is now the first thing in the rail. The fields fold
behind a summary that carries how many of the twelve the extraction
actually filled, so a thin extraction is visible without opening it.

They stay open when nothing is matched: with no proposal above them the
fields are all there is, and folding the only content on the pane would be
a hiding place rather than a hierarchy.

The counted list is the same one hasAnyExtractedField checks, so the
summary cannot claim a field the 'is anything here' test does not count.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(inbox): one dialog that changes the whole verifikat

The rail offered three overlapping ways to alter a booking and none said
what it covered: an Aendra beside the date, an Aendra kontering at the
bottom, and a menu entry that did what the primary button already did.

This is the one control, and its scope is the whole verifikat: date,
series, description, every line. It opens pre-filled with the proposal
when there is one and empty when there is not, so there is no separate
book-manually path to pick between.

A dialog rather than an inline editor: a 340px rail cannot hold an account
picker, two money columns and a delete control per row without clipping
something, and the document has to stay readable while the numbers change.
Checking a momssats against the paper is the reason to open it at all.
TransactionBookingDialog already has this shape for the same reason.

The form is JournalEntryForm unchanged. It carries the series picker, per
line descriptions, dimensions, currency, the balance check and the confirm
step, and it posts through the sanctioned route. Extending
BookDirectlyDialog was the alternative and is not viable: three effects
seed its lines and fight anything injected, and its FormLine has no room
for line text, dimensions or tax codes.

Nothing posts without the form's own review step, so a proposal stays a
draft the user commits.

* fix(inbox): show every unreceipted purchase, and fold the mailboxes

Three things.

The 100 kr floor was hiding 52 of one real company's 119 unreceipted
purchases: the page reported 67 and looked tidier for it. The floor was
copied from the receipt hunt, where it earns its place because every
candidate costs a mail search and a model read. This list costs a query,
and bokforingslagen wants an underlag for the 45 kr purchase exactly as
much as for the 4 500 kr one. The hunt keeps its floor; the page has none.

Mailboxes fold. When it was last searched is what you look up when a
mailbox seems to have gone quiet, not what you read on the way past. The
address stays on the row, and a connection that needs reconnecting still
says so without opening.

Dropped the line telling people to go to Instaellningar. The panel reports
where underlag come from; sending them elsewhere was the seam this work
set out to close.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(inbox): split the portal purchases out, and say what a run found

Four things from looking at the real page beside the artifact.

Hamta fran portal is its own list again. Twelve of one company's 119
unreceipted purchases have a supplier whose invoices sit behind a login,
and that is a different job from the other 107: go there and fetch it,
versus ask somebody. Collapsing them into one list with a badge buried the
twelve you can settle now among the hundred you cannot.

A run now says what it did. Pressing Leta and being told nothing is why
the feature read as broken even on the runs where it worked: three
underlag landed and the page looked identical afterwards.

WhatsApp folds like the mailboxes and shows its number, which is the fact
worth having. Describing the channel to someone who already connected it
was not.

The forwarding address lost its subtitle, and WhatsApp rows carry the
brand mark. Emailed documents keep the generic one: nothing records which
mailbox fetched them, so claiming a provider would be a guess.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(inbox): the WhatsApp number, three wrong portals, and somewhere to drop the file

The WhatsApp row read the response in snake_case while the route answers
camelCase, so a linked number rendered as a dash and a verified link read
as unverified. Reading phoneMasked and verifiedAt fixes both.

Anthropic, Vercel and Supabase are out of the portal directory. All three
email their invoices to European customers, so listing them told somebody
to go and log in for a document already sitting in their inbox: worse than
saying nothing, because it sends them away from the answer. The directory's
bar is 'does not send the invoice', not 'also has a portal'. The poll it
was seeded from asked which portals people log into, and people answered
with where an invoice can also be found. The same objection may reach
further down the list.

A purchase with no underlag now offers somewhere to put one. Telling
somebody a document is missing without a place to drop it is half an
answer, and the drop zone carries the amount and the date so the right
file goes to the right purchase.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(portal): the links were never opened, and two of them were wrong

The directory shipped with eighteen hand-written paths and none had been
clicked. The file said so in its own header and shipped regardless, which
is how a founder came to land on a 404 opening Google Workspace.

A sweep of every URL found GitHub broken as well. Google Workspace now
points at the console root rather than a deep billing path: admin.google.com
refuses automated requests, so no deeper path can be verified from here,
and a link that lands one click short beats one that lands on an error
page. GitHub points at the path that actually answers. Trygg Hansa is
removed because neither candidate URL could be reached at all, and an
unverifiable link is exactly the promise this file kept warning about.

scripts/check-portal-urls.mts sweeps them, so the next wrong URL is found
by a script rather than by somebody who trusted the link. A 404 fails it;
a host that refuses automation reports as unreachable and does not, because
failing on those would train people to ignore the output.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(inbox): the drop zone now actually attaches the file to the purchase

It did not. The generic upload sends only the file, so a document dropped
while a purchase was selected landed in the inbox unmatched, while the
pane showed that purchase's amount and date directly under the drop zone.
The copy promised a link the code never made, and the user was left to
match by hand what they had already told us.

Uploading from a selected purchase now matches the new item to that
transaction through the endpoint that already exists, and a file dropped
anywhere on the page while a purchase is selected counts as that
purchase's receipt rather than a loose upload.

When the match fails the document is still safely filed, so it says so
plainly instead of claiming a link that is not there.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(inbox): book the underlag against its transaction, and stop claiming links

Two blockers found by review, both on the path that writes to the ledger.

"Granska och bokför" never sent transaction_id. JournalEntryForm
serialises a fixed set of keys and that is not one of them, and
BookInboxItemDirectlySchema is a non-strict z.object, so the source_id
carrying it was silently stripped. The verifikat posted standalone, the
bank transaction stayed unbooked, and matched_transaction_id was
overwritten with null: the match somebody had already made, undone, while
the rail said Bokförd over all of it.

Fixed in three places because one was not enough. JournalEntryForm takes
an extraBody passthrough, the dialog sends transaction_id through it, and
the route now falls back to the item's existing match rather than null, so
a caller that merely forgets the field cannot undo work. Removing that
fallback fails the new test.

The hunt banner said "kopplades till ett köp" about pending_operations
rows. The hunt stages proposals for approval and books nothing, so the
number was real and the word was wrong: a user would read it, believe
three purchases were done, and leave. It now says how many förslag await
granskning, and links there.

Booking also left the rail in its pre-booking state, still offering to
post, so the same underlag could be submitted twice.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(inbox): no marker on a healthy state, no false empty state, no dropped files

Three from review.

The sources chip painted a sage dot whenever every mailbox was fine.
Convention 12 rules semantic colour out of chrome, and convention 5 rules
out a marker on a normal state: a chip every company sees always is a chip
that says nothing. What is left is the exception, which is worth an ochre
word and an icon. The pre-existing sage on matched rows is untouched; it
is not this branch's to change.

The empty state asserted "Varje köp har sitt underlag" while the trigger
directly above it still showed the unsearched count. Type a term under Att
göra, switch to Saknar underlag, and the page told you every purchase was
covered while the button beside it read 50. It now says what is true: no
matches for that term.

A drop of several files onto a selected purchase kept the first and
discarded the rest in silence, so a receipt scanned as two images left the
purchase looking resolved with half its paperwork gone. They cannot all be
one purchase's underlag, so the extras are filed in the inbox and the
toast says how many.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(inbox): the hunt banner now says a press is not the last word

A press fetches a bounded number of receipts, so an empty result usually
means not yet rather than nothing there. The banner said 'Inget matchade
något köp' and stopped, which reads as final and sends people away from a
mailbox that still holds their receipts. It now says how many purchases
are left to search for, and to press again.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(inbox): a count not a score, an honest failure, full-opacity borders

'5 av 12' read as a bad extraction even when a kvitto had given up
everything a kvitto has: half those twelve fields only exist on an
invoice, so the denominator was measuring the document kind rather than
the reading of it. It now says how many fields are filled, and says
nothing when none are.

The failure banner told people their mailbox had not answered even when
the failure was ours, sending them to check a healthy Gmail. It now reads
searchFailures and only blames the mailbox when a mailbox actually refused.

Opacity-suffixed borders on the sources panel, which design.md forbids on
surfaces: the border token is calibrated for full opacity.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(inbox): translate the new strings, and name the mailbox that fetched a receipt

Both of these were deferred with reasons, and one of the reasons was wrong.

57 keys in inbox_workspace, in both locales, covering every string this
branch added. The component already had 27 t() calls, so hardcoding beside
them was an inconsistency rather than a convention. The message-keys guard
caught an invented journal_form.no_document on the way, which is what it
is for.

The provider mark claimed nothing recorded which mailbox fetched a
document. It does: lib/receipt-hunt/ingest.ts writes mail_provider and
mail_mailbox into channel_context on every ingest, and GET /items already
selects that column. A hunted receipt now carries the mark of the mailbox
it came from; forwarded mail has no connection behind it and keeps the
envelope, which is the honest distinction rather than a guess.

InboxChannelContext was WhatsApp-shaped and is now a union over the two
intakes that write it.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(agent-context): keep the clarification channel narrow

Widening InboxChannelContext.channel to cover the mail hunt broke this:
only WhatsApp asks a human anything, so only WhatsApp produces
clarifications. The mail hunt writes the same column with its own shape and
never carries answers, so the provenance field stays 'whatsapp' rather than
following the union.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(inbox): book the transaction we preserved, and date the verifikat by the event

Three from PR review, two of them real.

Preserving matched_transaction_id without booking it was the worse half of
the bug it fixed. The transaction update was still guarded on the caller
having sent transaction_id, so an omitted field left the item looking
resolved while its bank line stayed open forever. Both the update and the
item now use the same resolved id: the one the caller named, or the one
the item was already matched to. Reverting the guard fails a test.

The verifikat date fell back to today when there was no proposal, which is
exactly the unknown-supplier case the dialog exists for. BFL 5 kap 6-7 §
asks for datum för affärshändelsen; the day somebody opened a dialog is
nobody's business event. It now falls back to the document's own date
first, and only then to today.

An en dash had crept in as a placeholder glyph, which the repo bans.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 9dbaebcc50 fix(invoices): ROT/RUT credit notes; verifikat amount sort, HTML underlag, source chip (#1523)
* feat(invoice-inbox): store HTML mails as underlag, expandable field editor

Body-only mails and .html attachments (including forwarded .eml bodies) no
longer dead-end as "Fel vid bearbetning": the mail body is wrapped into a
self-contained text/html document, stored through the normal upload/extract
pipeline, and extracted via a new HTML-to-text Bedrock path, so the mail
itself can serve as bookable underlag. Empty mails keep the error row,
unsupported types are still rejected, and webhook retries dedupe on
resend_email_id.

Mail HTML is attacker-controlled, so rendering is fully sandboxed: iframe
sandbox in the workspace preview and a CSP sandbox header on
/api/documents/:id/inline for text/html. The type is accepted only from the
email pipeline (EMAIL_ALLOWED_MIME_TYPES), never from manual upload.

The "Extraherade falt" rail gains an expand button opening a centered
dialog with the same autosaving field editor at a readable size (two
columns), which also gives every failed or skipped extraction a manual
fallback.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(bookkeeping): sortable verifikat list headers with amount sort

- clickable sort toggles on the verifikat list headers (asc -> desc -> default)
- total_amount computed column + sort_by total/description on the list route
- failed list loads render an error card with retry, never the empty-ledger state

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(import): decode bank CSV as Windows-1252 fallback in column mapping

The client read the uploaded file with file.text(), which is UTF-8-only,
so Windows-1252 exports (e.g. Handelsbanken) rendered and re-parsed with
U+FFFD in place of Swedish characters. Decode from bytes with the shared
decodeFileContent() helper, matching what the server parse route does.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(bookkeeping): stackable sort keys on verifikat list headers

- shift-click adds a column as secondary/tertiary sort key (max 3), plain
click keeps the single-key tri-state cycle
- sort_by accepts a comma-separated priority list; single tokens stay valid
- voucher tiebreak follows the last key's direction (#972 parity)
- priority numbers on stacked headers; hint text in the filter dialog

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(invoices): keep ROT/RUT deduction fields positive on credit notes

Crediting an invoice with a ROT/RUT deduction failed 100% of the time:
the credit-note path negated deduction_total (and per-item
deduction_amount) like the other amounts, but both columns carry
CHECK (>= 0), so Postgres rejected the insert and the user only saw
'Kunde inte skapa kreditfaktura'.

Store the deduction fields as positive magnitudes, matching the
convention everywhere else. The stored sign is inert on credit notes:
the reversing verifikat recomputes the ROT/RUT split from the items,
and the PDF and amount-to-pay logic skip deductions on credit notes.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(transactions): share the source chip across inbox and history modes

Move SourceFilter to transaction-types.ts (widened with 'bank:other' and
'acct:<id>'), render the one toolbar ContextPicker in both view modes,
and drop the narrower duplicate chip inside TransactionHistoryList. The
history list now applies the acct:/bank:other narrowing itself and hides
skattekonto rows under any bank-side selection.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* chore(deps): bump js-yaml to 4.3.1

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(schema): recognize PostgREST computed columns in the migration parser

The verifikat amount sort orders by total_amount, a PostgREST computed
column (a function on the journal_entries row type, migration
20260811100000). The schema guard only modeled real columns, so
no-phantom-columns flagged the order as a phantom.

Teach the parser that a function whose only argument is a table's row
type joins that table's column set, with DROP FUNCTION retraction when
the signature names the row type.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: resolve PR #1523 review findings

- journal-entries route: append the globally unique id tiebreak to every
direct-query sort; voucher series+number repeat across fiscal years, so
the all-years scope could duplicate or drop rows at page boundaries.
Existing order assertions updated, new all-years tiebreak test.
- documents inline route: CSP source policy on HTML previews; sandbox
alone still loads remote resources, letting a tracking pixel notify the
sender on open. New route test asserts the full header.
- JournalEntryList: catch rejected list requests so loading cannot stick
forever, and gate every post-await state write behind a request
generation so a slow earlier request cannot overwrite the current sort.
- TransactionHistoryList: pagination follows the selected source scope
(reachable with zero matches on the current page, hidden for the
  skattekonto scope it cannot affect).
- transactions page: bank:other picker availability derives from history
rows too, not only the pending inbox dataset.
- DECISIONS.md: mark the superseded single-sort decision; record the
credit-note deduction positive-magnitude invariant and its verified
  reader inventory (Swedish review flag).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: guard metadata refetches behind the list request generation

fetchAttachmentCounts and fetchRattelseFlags write state after their own
awaits; a stale list request's late completion could overwrite attachment
counts and rattelse flags for rows a newer request just rendered, showing
false missing-underlag warnings. Both helpers now take the caller's
generation guard and discard stale completions, including the
attachment-counts loaded flag.

02a5d10538 refactor(ui): migrate remaining inline pages to the concept design language (#1470)
* refactor(ui): migrate remaining inline pages to the concept design language

Catch-up pass for surfaces the 2026-07 UI migration missed:

- Bankavstämning: de-boxed toolbar, dry-table sections (preview, omatchade
verifikationer, ignorerade, matchade), instructional copy moved behind the
page "?" (HelpPopover via FocusedReport, sv+en), AttnLine for the dirty-
dates hint, EmptyState for the blank page, space-y-8 rhythm.
- Report detail views (trial balance, income statement, balance sheet,
  resultat-/balansrapport, reskontror, huvudbok, grundbok, dimension-P&L):
shared Skeleton/Error/EmptyState shells, border-2 totals bands flattened
to hairline cards with font-display tabular-nums headline numbers,
ReportSectionTable rebuilt on the group-band idiom, font-mono money ->
tabular-nums, house tablist for Förenklad/Detaljerad, GL filter de-boxed
onto Input primitives, verdicts follow chips-mark-exceptions.
- Extensions browse: PageHeader, locked section headers, rounded-lg
secondary icon tiles, flat hover shift on cards, p-6 content.
- Återkommande fakturor: page-level list moved off ui/table onto dry-table
with hover-revealed quiet row actions; Skeleton loading.
- Help: EmptyState for no search hits, flat hover shift on resource links.
- Chart of accounts: spinner loading blocks -> Skeleton rows.
- Kunskap graph + salary calendar popovers: rounded-lg, Input/Textarea
primitives instead of hand-rolled shadow-sm controls.

No logic, endpoint, or data changes. Verified via sandbox screenshots;
lint 0 errors, 13214 tests green.

c0a106e591 feat(ux): Bucket A defaults pass: remove choices the system already knows the answer to (#1443)
* feat(booking): batch VAT seeds from category default, period derives from entry date

BatchCategorySelector and BulkBookInboxDialog hardcoded standard_25 as the
initial VAT treatment, overriding the server's per-category derivation and
claiming 25% moms on VAT-exempt bank fees. Both now default to an explicit
'Enligt kategori' option that omits vat_treatment so the server derives it
(exempt bank/card fees, 12% representation). Reverse charge is never derived.

The embedded JournalEntryForm period Select is replaced by the same derived
read-only text the standalone variant already uses: the period is a total
function of the entry date, and the Select allowed picking a period that
disagreed with it.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(booking): prefill cost account from counterparty history; period text in Bokfor direkt

BookDirectlyDialog and the supplier-invoice form left the cost account
deliberately blank even when the company's own confirmed history for the
counterparty (categorization_templates) or supplier.default_expense_account
knew the answer. Both now prefill from a counterparty-template hit (new
?counterparty= single-match mode on the settings route, same tiered matcher
as the booking flows), only into still-empty fields, only from expense-shaped
templates, with a provenance line. No generic fallback: a miss leaves the
field blank exactly as before.

Bokfor direkt's period Select is replaced by text derived from the entry
date; the silent periods[0] fallback becomes a blocking explanation, since
borrowing an arbitrary period could book into the wrong one.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(ux): single-company login skips the picker; filing surfaces default to filable periods

/select-company auto-forwards when the user is a member of exactly one
company with nothing else to decide (no new TIC engagements, no pending
invite, enrichment fresh); the in-app 'Lagg till foretag' links pass
?choose=1 to keep the picker deliberately reachable. Byra/multi-company
users are untouched.

The VAT declaration now opens on the most recently ENDED month/quarter
(lib/vat/period-defaults, tested) instead of the current one, which can
never be filed and forced a step-back click on every filing visit; the
periodicity switch resets the same way. Helarsmoms FyPicker gains
preferLatestEnded and opens on the latest ended rakenskapsar instead of
the newest started one.

The 'momsperiod saknas' dead end now collects the answer inline through
the same PUT /api/settings validation instead of bouncing to settings:
until the period exists the deadline engine generates zero VAT deadlines,
silently, so every extra hop kept a compliance hole open.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(granskning): approve pill commits directly for low and medium risk

The Godkann pill on /pending only opened a ConfirmationDialog demanding a
second Godkann, regardless of tier. The review row already states source,
title and risk and offers Detaljer, so for low/medium the pill now commits
directly; high risk keeps the dialog, whose warning sentence carries
information the row does not. Chat-side bulk approve is deferred: it needs
ApprovalCard's state lifted (assistant-redesign seam 8.8), see DECISIONS.md.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(reports): map inline momsperiod save errors through getErrorMessage

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(review): repair the dead login auto-forward and nine review findings

The big one: setActiveCompany ends with a cookie write that throws during
Server Component render (sealed cookie store), so the /select-company
auto-forward silently never fired; the write is now best-effort since the
cookie is write-only compat and the DB write is already verified.

Also: supplier-switch un-plants history-prefilled accounts so the new
supplier's own default applies; prefill routes through handleAccountChange
so konto default moms rides along; batch 'Ingen moms' books exempt instead
of the derived 25%; monthly VAT default tracks the actual 12th/17th filing
deadline (over-40M stays M-1); inline momsperiod setup uses EmptyState,
gates on vat_number (the PUT would 400 without it), keeps keyboard focus
and announces errors; cost-account shape guard tightened to P&L accounts;
attn tone on the new warning lines.

* ci: retrigger after GitHub Actions recovery

* fix(review): address CodeRabbit and compliance-bot findings

Direct commit now prunes the op from the bulk selection (a stale id kept
inflating the bulk bar and rode into bulk-commit) and the detail-panel
Godkann gets the same risk gate as the row pill. The automatic account
fill in the supplier-invoice form is requested, not applied inline: the
applying effect waits for both the BAS chart and the request with fresh
closures, so a fill can no longer land before the chart and leave a
VAT-free konto on the 25% row default. Test dates use local-time
constructors (ISO strings parse as UTC midnight and shift a day in
negative-offset timezones). Stale ML 11 kap citation dropped from a
comment.

12c59399ee fix(bokslut): remove uppskjuten skatt on obeskattade reserver in juridisk person (K3 29.37) (#1421)
* fix(bokslut): remove uppskjuten skatt on obeskattade reserver in juridisk person (K3 29.37) and confirm K3 to K2 reversion

In juridisk person K3 29.37 keeps obeskattade reserver at gross; the 79.4/20.6 split belongs to koncernredovisning. The old disposition double-counted the tax portion (result charged twice, 2240 overstated on top of gross 21xx). Removes the proposal step, POST kind, UI case, K2-to-K3 account seeding and the interim framework gate; keeps LATENT_TAX_DEFAULT_RATE for analytical soliditet presentation. Also adds the K3-to-K2 consequence confirmation dialog in settings.

* docs(decisions): scope the batch log to shipped code and record the 29.37 election nuance

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(settings): stop promising deferred-tax accounting the engine no longer does

The framework help text and the K2-to-K3 confirmation both told the user that switching to K3 means uppskjuten skatt is recognised separately on 2240/8940 with a 79.4/20.6 split. This PR removes exactly that behaviour, so the copy would have promised something the product does not do, which is the defect class this batch exists to remove. Both now describe what actually happens: kassaflodesanalys, komponentavskrivning and a wider note set, with obeskattade reserver carried gross per K3 29.37.

8f38baca05 fix(assets): block Ej K2 accounts for K2 companies and fix immaterial defaults (#1422)
* fix(assets): block Ej K2 accounts for K2 companies and fix immaterial defaults

K2 companies (BFNAR 2016:10 punkt 10.4) may not capitalize internally
developed intangibles, but the asset register defaulted the immaterial
category onto 1010/1019 (Utvecklingsutgifter) for everyone and had no
framework gate beyond K3_REQUIRED_FOR_COMPONENTS.

- New K2_EXCLUDED_ACCOUNT gate (422) in POST /api/assets and PATCH
/api/assets/[id]: when accounting_framework is not k3, reject any asset
whose resolved asset or accumulated account is flagged k2_excluded in
the BAS reference. Resolution mirrors the service defaults so category
defaults cannot sneak onto 1010/1019; patches that leave category and
accounts untouched skip the gate so legacy assets stay editable.
- Shared guard helper in lib/bokslut/assets/k2-account-guard.ts; code
registered in structured-errors.ts with Swedish and English messages.
- CreateAssetDialog: non K3 companies now book immaterial assets on the
purchased pair 1090/1099 with a quiet hint that egenupparbetad
utveckling requires K3; K3 companies picking immaterial see a note
about fond for utvecklingsutgifter (2089) per ARL 4 kap. 2 par.
- Route tests: K2 rejected on 1010 defaults and explicit overrides, K2
accepted on purchased accounts, K3 accepted on 1010, PATCH equivalents
and a gate skip regression test.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(assets): cite punkt 10.4 only when the intangible group triggered the K2 gate

The K2 gate fires on ANY account the BAS chart flags k2_excluded, but the
rejection hardcoded an egenupparbetade immateriella / BFNAR 2016:10 punkt 10.4
citation. The flag also covers accounts excluded from K2 for unrelated reasons
(1370/2240/8940 uppskjuten skatt, 1518, 2089, 2092, 2096, 2448, 3940, 7940,
8290 to 8480), so those users got a factually wrong legal citation in a
compliance product. PATCH can reach them today: UpdateAssetSchema has no BAS
range refinement, so an explicit bas_asset_account override outside the
category range hits the gate before updateAsset() raises its range error.

- k2ExcludedAccountMessages() now picks the wording from what actually
triggered the gate. The boundary is derived from the chart itself
  (k2_excluded + account_class 1 + kontogrupp 10), which is exactly the
  egenupparbetade set 1010, 1011, 1012, 1018, 1019, 1081; no magic list, so a
flag change in bas-data moves the boundary with it. Other Ej K2 accounts get
a generic message: the chart marks it Ej K2 and it requires K3, with no
  invented paragraph reference.
- Both messages are bilingual (message_sv / message_en, registry shape) and
the routes now return message_en alongside message.
- The static K2_EXCLUDED_ACCOUNT registry entry drops the intangible citation
too: it is the code level fallback for every k2_excluded account.
- Tests: route level distinction pinned in id.test.ts (1010/1081 cite 10.4,
1370 must not), plus a guard unit test asserting the derived group and that
no non group 10 Ej K2 account ever cites 10.4.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(assets): let K2 companies register acquired intangibles, server side

The K2 gate blocked a lawful case. K2 forbids only EGENUPPARBETADE
immateriella tillgangar; acquired ones may be recognized (k2-vs-k3.md:24,
"Only acquired intangibles may be recognized"). But asset-service still
resolved category 'immaterial' to 1010/1019 for everyone, and only
CreateAssetDialog compensated with an explicit 1090/1099 override.
EditAssetDialog sends just the changed fields and has no account inputs, so a
K2 aktiebolag recategorizing a bought licence to "Immateriell tillgang" hit
the defaults, got a 422, and was told to switch the company to K3, which
would pull in komponentavskrivning and uppskjuten skatt and rewrite the whole
arsredovisning. The asset stayed on 1220/1229 and kept being presented as a
tangible asset.

- defaultAccountsForCategory(category, framework) is the single resolution
point: immaterial resolves to the acquired pair 1090/1099 unless the
framework is k3, every other category is unchanged. Both createAsset() and
updateAsset()'s category realign go through resolveDefaultAccounts(), which
reads companies.accounting_framework only for the intangible category and
throws rather than guessing when that read fails. Explicit overrides and the
  realign-skip semantics are untouched.
- Both routes resolve gate accounts through the same function, so the check
mirrors what the service will persist. A K2 company on the defaults now
passes; a deliberate override onto 1010/1011/1012/1018/1019/1081 still 422s.
- CreateAssetDialog drops its now redundant client override so the two
surfaces cannot drift; the hint text stays.
- The 422 no longer asserts the company's framework (the companies read
behind it discards its error, so a transient failure would assert it against
a K3 company) and no longer proposes a regelverk change. It states that the
account is reserved for egenupparbetade utvecklingsutgifter, which require
K3, and points at 1090 for an acquired intangible. Punkt 10.4 stays scoped
to the kontogrupp 10 group, derived from the chart as before. sv and en.

78a37f6396 fix(year-end): typed preflight blocker codes so remediation links render (#1420)
* fix(year-end): typed preflight blocker codes so remediation links render

validateYearEndReadiness emits Swedish blocker strings but the wizard's
BlockerRow matched English phrases, so no remediation link ever rendered,
and the voucher-gap branch pointed at /bookkeeping/voucher-gaps which only
exists as an API route. Blockers now carry stable machine codes end to end
(YearEndBlockerCode on YearEndValidation.blockers, mirrored additively as
blockerItems on BokslutReadinessReport); errors stays the plain string
mirror so the v1 compliance check and MCP tool keep their exact shapes.
BlockerRow matches on code and links only to pages that exist; the
voucher-gap and dead-link branches are removed.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(year-end): code the unbooked-transaction blockers #1414 added

#1414 landed two new blockers in validateYearEndReadiness using the old
errors.push style, which this branch had already renamed to a typed
blockers array. Merging main left them referencing a variable that no
longer exists.

Converted both to the typed scheme: UNBOOKED_TRANSACTIONS (the safety
guard that stops executeYearEndClosing from aborting at the step 7 lock
AFTER the closing entry posted at step 4) and UNBOOKED_CHECK_FAILED (the
fail-closed variant). Neither behaviour changes; both keep their Swedish
wording verbatim.

The MCP year_end_readiness classifier now routes on the stable
YearEndBlockerCode instead of regexing the Swedish message, with the
wording heuristic kept as a fallback for an unmapped or legacy English
message. The public `kind` values are unchanged, so MCP consumers see the
same output; both new codes map to 'unbooked_transactions' as before,
since an agent reacts to "we could not tell" the same way it reacts to a
real count.

UNBOOKED_TRANSACTIONS gets a /transactions remediation link in the
preflight step: that page is where a transaction is booked or marked
private, the two remedies the message names. UNBOOKED_CHECK_FAILED gets
none: the remedy is to re-run the check.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 5ca64bde30 feat(bokslut): IL 18 kap pooled tax depreciation with method election (#1393)
* feat(bokslut): IL 18 kap pooled tax depreciation with method election

Rakenskapsenlig (huvudregel 30 / kompletteringsregel 20) and restvarde 25
as a company-level annual pool separate from per-asset book depreciation.
Method election persisted with immutable snapshots and book-conformity
confirmation for rakenskapsenlig.

* chore(db): move tax depreciation migrations to coordinated versions

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bokslut): keep tax depreciation view loadable when a saved election goes stale

A predecessor's changed closing value can push a saved elected deduction
above the new statutory maximum; the view now falls back to the statutory
recomputation so the snapshot is flagged stale instead of crashing.
Ratchet naive-ore-round baseline down by 3.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bokslut): resolve tax-depreciation period selects statically

The no-phantom-columns guard counts every select it cannot resolve
toward a hard ceiling, and the PERIOD_COLUMNS join pushed the repo
4 over (364 > 360). Inline the literal column list at the four call
sites so the guard verifies these columns instead of skipping them.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bokslut): address review findings on tax depreciation election

- DepreciationPanel: gate the saving flag on a dedicated save sequence
so a successful save (which refreshes the view and bumps the request
version) no longer leaves the card permanently busy
- computeTaxDepreciation: refuse kompletteringsregel_20 with a positive
basis and no acquisition cohorts instead of degenerating to a full
write-off the cohort evidence does not support (IL 18 kap. 17 §)
- migration 227000: judge the asset-method guards on NEW.disposed_at so
reversing a disposal cannot reactivate a grandfathered non-linear row
- migration 227200: require snapshot column completeness in the CHECK;
SQL NULL semantics let partially populated snapshots pass the pure
  arithmetic comparisons
- depreciation route: use the string issue code 'custom' like the rest
of the codebase instead of the Zod 3 compat enum

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 5 fa394e3759 fix(skattekonto): look-alike beslut rows, the list-to-voucher round trip, makulerad rendering, huvudbok discoverability (#1297)
Four fixes from the exit mail Anders Orback (Center Node AB) sent hours
after churning. His five points were mostly one job: reconciling
skattekontot against banken before årsredovisningen.

Skattekonto look-alike rows. Skatteverket splits a retroactive
omprövningsbeslut across every month it re-charges and sends one
transaction per month, sharing date, text and amount; only
ranteberakningsdatum separates them, and we stored it but rendered it
nowhere. A real company posted 15 such vouchers (67 785 kr across Feb
2025-Apr 2026) unable to tell them from duplicates of the automatic
hämtning. Surface the field when it carries information: its month
differs from the Datum column, or another row in the same band is
otherwise indistinguishable.

The list-to-voucher round trip. The verifikat list collapsed to a
skeleton on every refetch and sprang back, moving rows under the
pointer; only the first load shows a skeleton now. Filter state is
React-only, so leaving the list loses it: add a hover-revealed
open-in-new-tab affordance on the voucher list and the skattekonto page,
where the link had been behind a hand-rolled opacity-0 that coarse
pointers never trigger.

Makulerad rendering. A stornoed verifikat now reads as struck out, per
data cell rather than on the row, because text-decoration propagates and
a child cannot opt out.

Vouchers-per-account discoverability. /reports/huvudbok?account=1930
already existed; the palette matcher requires every token and the entry
never contained the word "verifikat". Add ReportDescriptor.searchTerms
plus a report-library search box.

Also fixes a false "Saknar underlag" compliance chip that flashed before
attachment counts resolved, and a keyboard-access regression where
HOVER_REVEAL_CLASS carried focus-visible only, hiding controls inside a
non-focusable wrapper from keyboard users.

No migration. No write paths, storno paths or posted entries touched.

Follow-ups filed: #1300 #1301 #1302 #1303 #1304 #1305 #1306 #1307 #1308.
Open decision: #1305 (Omförd vs Makulerad).

MattssonandClaude Opus 5 3bbf2a051b Fix/bank sync bas (#1284)
* fix(year-end): stop revaluing FX items that were not on the balance sheet

The year-end close ran currency revaluation as an unconditional step before
the irreversible close, and the revaluation queried LIVE open invoices with
no date scoping. An invoice issued after balansdagen, settled before it, or
never booked at all was therefore revalued into the year being closed,
writing down a 1510/2440 that stood at zero. Because the entry lands inside
the same run that closes the period, the only remedy left was a rattelse in
the following year.

The population is now measured as of balansdagen, reusing the reconstruction
the reskontra reports already use (fetchPaymentsAsOf / outstandingAsOf): the
invoice_date ceiling is unconditional (post-dated invoices make the bug
reachable for a current period too) and the widening to 'paid' applies only
to a historical date, where a since-settled invoice was still open then.

Rows that carry no balance-sheet exposure are skipped per row rather than per
company: an unbooked registration is not on 1510/2440. Deliberately NOT keyed
on accounting_method, since BFL 5 kap 2 § 3 st requires kontantmetoden
companies to book their outstanding fordringar/skulder at balansdagen, and
those converted rows are genuine exposure that ARL 4 kap. 13 § must value.

The readiness warning stays ungated on purpose: an unbooked FX row is exactly
what deserves a warning, because /book still posts it into the year about to
close and lockPeriod/closePeriod then removes that remedy for good.

The wizard preview now lists the per-invoice revaluation rows it will post
instead of three aggregate numbers, so the user approves line-level content
before the close.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bookkeeping): reach accounts outside BAS 2026 from a verifikat rattelse

A user could not move a verifikat line to konto 8022: the picker reported no
such account and offered no way forward. 8022 was dropped from BAS 2026 (it
is in BAS 2018), so it is a legitimate company-specific underkonto rather
than a catalog gap. Verified against the official bas.se kontoplan that our
BAS reference already matches BAS 2026, so 8022 is deliberately NOT added to
it: seeding a retired account would push it onto every company.

StrikeLinesDialog and CorrectionEntryDialog were the only account pickers in
the app that never passed onCreateAccount, so their combobox rendered a dead
empty state. Both now open AddAccountDialog prefilled, then refetch the chart
and select the new account on the initiating line, leaving the half-finished
rattelse intact.

AccountCombobox closed its dropdown on the fourth digit of any committed
number, which hid the empty state before it was ever painted and made the
create affordance unreachable for exactly the numbers that need it. It now
closes only when the number matches something, so focus still advances to the
belopp field for real accounts.

No change to posting rules: correct_entry_lines_inline validates chart
membership, not BAS membership, and account creation already required the
same write role.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 5 108f348c84 refactor(motion): retime content entry, stop the double and one-frame animations (#1282)
The stagger is the standard content entry on every migrated page
(convention 11), so its budget matters more than any single surface. It ran
500ms per item in 80ms steps, putting the 10th row at 1220ms against a
300ms UI budget, and it only defined delays for children 1-10: on any list
longer than ten rows, children 11+ inherited delay 0 and arrived BEFORE the
middle of the list. Now 300ms per item in 40ms steps with the delay capped
at 360ms, so the tail lands at ~660ms instead of ~1220ms.

The cap is on the delay, never on the animation: the `both` fill holds a
child at opacity 0 until its delay elapses, so excluding rows 11+ from the
animation would paint them while rows 1-10 were still invisible.

Adds --ease-emphasized (the strong ease-out) rather than retiming
--ease-out, which is unlayered in :root and therefore shadows Tailwind's
own token: changing it would retime every ease-out utility in the app.

Foldout rows in JournalEntryList, periodiseringar and TransactionInboxCard
sit directly inside a staggered tbody, so expanding a verifikat fired the
inherited slideUp (with an invisible pre-roll of up to 320ms) on top of the
foldout's own transition. They opt out via data-no-stagger.

Also: the confirmed match on Hem faded at full height and then vanished in
one frame, jumping everything below it 52px; it now grid-collapses over
200ms with the gap inside the collapsing area. The assistant sheet slid
nothing while the page panel animated 300ms to make room for it; it now
arrives along the same edge on the same curve, gated to first mount so
re-expanding a collapsed session stays instant. Chat history no longer
replays 20 simultaneous 500ms page-entry slides on resume: only genuinely
new messages animate. Payroll wizard segments transition their colour.

65c6d4c178 Fix/07 27 (#1271)
* fix(enable-banking): keep bank account mappings across reconnects and surface dead sessions

A PSD2 reconnect silently moved the user's ledger mapping. Account identity
came from the provider's account uid, which does not survive a
re-authorization at every ASPSP, and a fresh connect to an already-connected
bank mints a new bank_connections row regardless. Both paths looked like "an
account we have never seen", so the allocator handed out the next free 19xx
slot and a 1930/1940/1941 mapping came back as 1942-1946 on every consent
renewal, roughly quarterly per connection.

Match on the IBAN instead. resolvePsd2LedgerAccount() finds the existing
cash_accounts row by normalized IBAN before allocating, and upsertFromPsd2
promotes that row in place rather than inserting a second one, so it keeps its
id and its linked transactions and is re-pointed at the connection that just
authorized. The previous holder's connection status is deliberately ignored:
one IBAN is one physical account, and the old row often still reads 'active'
because the bank killed the session without telling us.

The allocator also stopped treating a 19xx number as free just because no
cash_accounts row holds it. A chart imported from SIE carries the company's
real bank accounts by name with no PSD2 row behind them, which is how a SEK
company account got proposed as an unrelated brokerage account. Overflow now
skips chart-occupied numbers, falling back only when nothing unnamed is left.

Dead connections kept rendering as "Aktiv": status only ever changed when a
transaction fetch failed, so a session killed bank-side stayed healthy-looking
with a stale last_synced_at while the user read old balances as current. Add
probeSessionHealth() and run it in the daily cron over every connection that
run did not prove alive, including the ones the loop skips silently
(capability gate, all accounts deselected) and the ones parked in
pending_selection that the cron never looked at. It acts only on a definite
dead answer; anything ambiguous leaves the row alone, since a wrong flip costs
a full BankID re-authorization. The all-accounts-deselected branch is
reclassified 'synced' to 'skipped' for the same reason: it never contacts the
bank, so it must not count as proof of life. The settings row warns when an
active connection has not synced in three days or has never synced.

Which company a connection belongs to was invisible. Everything was already
scoped to ctx.companyId, so there was no cross-tenant leak, but a bank
authorized while the wrong company was active looked identical to the right
one. Name the company on the connect surface and in the account picker, and
say where the connection went when the callback lands under a different active
company. Warn (bypassably) before authorizing a bank where the same user
already holds live connections in other companies: several ASPSPs allow one
active AIS session per login, so the new authorization can kill the others.

The history start date already defaulted to the fiscal-year start; the card
above it recommended a mid-year date and contradicted the selected option. It
now states the fact and offers the shortcut without presenting it as advice.

Not addressed: sharing one PSD2 session across companies. company_id is the
tenancy anchor on bank_connections and cash_accounts hangs off
(company_id, bank_connection_id), so that needs the session to become its own
entity. See DECISIONS.md.

* fix(supplier-invoices): show the posted line description in the voucher preview

The "Verifikation som bokförs" preview built its expense debit lines with
description set to the raw account number, so the BESKRIVNING column showed
"5615" or "6990" where the posted verifikat actually says "Leverantörsfaktura
123, ACME AB". A hardcoded 11-entry ACCOUNT_LABELS map masked this for
2440/2641/26xx, which is why the column read as a mix of friendly labels and
bare account numbers, neither of which was the posted text.

The preview now renders exactly the line_description the engine writes: the
shared invoice-level text on expense lines and 2440, "Ingående moms {rate}%
{desc}" on 2641, and the reverse-charge pair taken straight from
generateReverseChargeLines instead of being re-derived locally.
buildSupplierDescription moves into its own dependency-free module so the
client-side preview can call it without pulling the journal engine (and its
Supabase server client) into the browser bundle. The account name stays
reachable on the AccountNumber hover card.

Picked option A from the issue, keeping the fixed invoice-level description
rather than propagating each item's own text: the customer-invoice side
already writes invoice-level descriptions, so per-item text would create an
inconsistency between the two invoice sides rather than remove one, and it
would need an aggregation-collision policy in the journal engine. Rationale
recorded in DECISIONS.md.

* fix(bookkeeping): restore the copy icon on verifikat rows

The row-language rewrite in #1123 reused the copy icon's slot for the new
expand toggle, removing the zero-click copy affordance from the bookkeeping
list without mentioning it. The leftover orphaned copy_voucher_tooltip key
in both message files is what identifies it as collateral rather than a
product decision.

Restore a copy icon in the row's right-edge action cell, reusing that key
for aria-label and title. stopPropagation keeps the click off the row's
expand toggle. The icon is hover-revealed on md+ and always visible below
it: #1123 collapsed the desktop table and the mobile card into one
responsive table, so hover-only would leave touch users with nothing.

Copy is no longer gated on posted. The copy_from handler and the GET
journal-entries route never looked at status, so copying a draft already
worked end-to-end and only the detail-page button hid it; the two list
surfaces were already ungated. Both list affordances now respect canWrite,
which previously dropped read-only users into a dialog they could not
submit.

The repo does not render components in tests, which is why #1123 removed
this silently. Pin the source shape instead, the same way the copy-invoice
query is pinned.

* fix(transactions): revalidate stale invoice match pointers before offering a match

potential_invoice_id / potential_supplier_invoice_id are written once, at bank
import, and never revisited. When one of several identical recurring invoices
was settled by a different transaction, every other transaction kept pointing
at the now fully paid invoice. The match dialog then measured the bank amount
against a 0 kr remaining balance and reported a "Beloppen skiljer sig ...
fakturan blir delbetald" partial payment, and the worklist offered the same
dead suggestion as a one-click confirm row.

Worse, the manual escape hatch was hidden exactly when it was needed:
TransactionInboxCard only shows "Matcha mot leverantörsfaktura" when no
suggestion exists, so a stale pointer left the user with no way at all to
reach the correct invoice.

Fixed by revalidating at read time rather than by clearing sibling pointers on
settle. Invoices are settled through many paths (both match routes, mark-paid,
MCP, bank reconciliation, SIE import), so write-time cleanup leaks the moment
one is missed, while the candidate lookup covers every route into the list.
The shared accept-lists in lib/invoices/matchable-statuses.ts mirror the CAS
guards the match routes already enforce.

  - listSuggestedMatches and the transactions page candidate fetch filter on
status + remaining_amount, so a settled candidate yields no suggestion and
the manual picker reappears on its own.
  - InvoiceMatchDialog blocks a settled target with a distinct message and a
disabled confirm. Not advisory: both routes reject it outright with
    MATCH_INVOICE_ALREADY_PAID / MATCH_SI_ALREADY_PAID, so no override could
    succeed.
  - The supplier detail card now shows remaining_amount like the customer
branch, instead of total. On a partially paid invoice it used to print
    "1 250 kr" directly beside "Differens: 1 250 kr".
  - match-supplier-invoice clears potential_supplier_invoice_id on the
transaction it just matched, mirroring the customer route.

No bookkeeping was ever at risk: both routes already refused a settled target
before creating a voucher. The damage was confined to a misleading dialog and
a dead end.

createQueuedMockSupabase gains passive call recording (calls / findCall /
findCalls) because the proxy swallowed filter and update arguments, which made
the new assertions inexpressible.

* feat(webhooks): dispatch on emit instead of waiting for the next cron tick (#1256)

* feat(webhooks): dispatch on emit instead of waiting for the next cron tick

The webhook dispatcher ran only on a per-minute cron, so the floor on
delivery latency was up to 60 seconds plus the request. An external consumer
that wanted to react as a transaction landed had only one alternative:
polling /api/events, which the 100 rpm per-key limit makes expensive and
which still cannot beat the tick interval.

Schedules one dispatch cycle as soon as deliveries are enqueued. The cron is
unchanged and remains the retry and sweep path; this only moves the first
attempt forward. Wired into the event-bus fanout plus the two routes that
enqueue a delivery directly: the :test verb, whose entire purpose is telling
someone whether their receiver works, and the manual delivery retry.

Three properties are load-bearing and covered by tests. The kick is never
awaited, because eventBus.emit is awaited at ~99 call sites including
journal_entry.committed and each delivery can burn a 10 s receiver timeout.
It coalesces per function instance, so a bulk booking that emits once per row
does not schedule one claim round trip per row. It claims 5 rows rather than
the cron's 50, because it runs on the tail of a user-facing request.

Double delivery is not a risk: claim_due_webhook_deliveries already claims
FOR UPDATE SKIP LOCKED and flips rows to in_flight in the same statement, so
a kick racing the cron sees disjoint rows.

Does not close #1201, which asks for a realtime stream for API consumers.
This is the cheap half.

Refs #1201

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs(webhooks): stop claiming the kick makes double delivery impossible

Adversarial review of the previous commit caught an overstatement in its own
comments. SKIP LOCKED keeps a kick and the cron from claiming the same row at
the same moment, but claim_due_webhook_deliveries autocommits before any POST
is issued, so from then on ownership is only status='in_flight' and a later
cycle's recoverStuckInFlight sweep can re-arm a row still queued behind an
earlier cycle's serial loop.

Delivery is at-least-once, which is what the public docs already tell
receivers ("the same delivery id may arrive more than once ... idempotency is
on you"). The comments contradicted that.

No behaviour change. The kick does not create this window: the cron claims 50
rows serially against the same 20 s stuck threshold, which is wider than what
a batch of 5 can open.

* fix(bokslut): add bokslut-flow depreciation (78xx) back to the bolagsskatt base (#1253)

* fix(bokslut): add bokslut-flow depreciation (78xx) back to the bolagsskatt base

sumPostedYearEndDispositions reconstructs resultat fore skatt for the tax
calculation, because generateIncomeStatement excludes every
source_type='year_end' entry. It summed class 88 and 7533 but not 78xx, so
planenlig avskrivning posted by the bokslut flow
(lib/bokslut/assets/depreciation-engine.ts) was dropped from the income
statement and never added back. The bolagsskatt base and the
periodiseringsfond 25 % cap were therefore computed on an overstated result:
tax too high by roughly 20.6 % of the depreciation.

Also exclude the period's final bokslutsverifikation from the fetch. It
carries source_type='year_end' as well and reverses every P&L account,
78xx/88xx/7533 included (verified against production closing entries), so
once the year is closed it would cancel the add-back this function exists to
produce. That hazard already applied to 88xx and 7533; the fix closes it for
all three rather than widening it.

Scope is deliberately the tax base only. Making the standalone
resultatrakning show bokslut entries is a separate, larger change: the same
exclusion is duplicated in the kpi_report_aggregates RPC, it moves displayed
profit for every company that ran the bokslut flow, and it means removing
the add-back at four call sites.

* fix(bokslut): scope the closing-entry lookup to the company and fail loudly

Review (CodeRabbit + the compliance swarm, ASVS V8.2.1) flagged the new
fiscal_periods read in sumPostedYearEndDispositions on two counts, both fair.

It filtered only on the period id while every sibling query in the same
function carries the tenant scope. Primary key or not, service-role paths
have no RLS to fall back on and the repo's rule is to filter company_id
explicitly, so it now does.

It also discarded the query error. That mattered more than it looks: a failed
read fell through to closingEntryId = null, which silently re-admits the
closing verifikat's 78xx/88xx reversals and understates the tax base, i.e.
exactly the failure this lookup was added to prevent. It now throws, and the
surrounding catch turns it into the existing 'Failed to read posted
dispositions' error. A wrong bolagsskatt is worse than a loud failure.

Two regression tests: the lookup carries both eq filters, and a lookup
failure propagates instead of degrading to a wrong number.

* fix(storage): drop the client-side DELETE policy on the documents bucket (#1254)

* fix(storage): drop the client-side DELETE policy on the documents bucket

20240101000024 documents this bucket as WORM: "No UPDATE or DELETE policies".
That described the repo, not production. Production carries a
users_delete_own_documents policy that exists in no migration file:

  FOR DELETE TO authenticated
  USING (bucket_id = 'documents'
         AND (storage.foldername(name))[2] = auth.uid()::text)

Under it, the uploading user can delete the storage bytes of any document
they uploaded under the legacy documents/{userId}/... layout, using nothing
but their normal browser token. That includes documents linked to a posted
verifikat, which are rakenskapsinformation under the BFL 7 kap 2 § seven-year
retention duty. deleteDocument()'s linked-check and the
block_document_deletion() trigger both guard the document_attachments ROW,
not the object: the row survives, still pointing at a file that is gone.

Reproduced against a local replay of the full migration stream: with the
policy present the uploader's own DELETE removes the object; with it dropped
the same statement matches zero rows. Company-scoped keys were never exposed
(their second path segment is the company id, not auth.uid()), so this only
ever reached the legacy layout, which is where most documents still live.

Safe because every in-app remove() on this bucket already runs on the service
role, covered by service_role_all_documents.

Deliberately narrow: users_read_own_documents and users_upload_own_documents
stay. The Phase B backfill from 20260726092000 has not run, so dropping the
legacy SELECT policy now would make existing documents unreadable. That is
Phase C.

The pg-real test asserts no DELETE and no UPDATE policy over the bucket under
ANY name: the hole arrived under a name this repo never used, so pinning a
name would not have caught it.

* test(storage): make the WORM ratchet see FOR ALL and WITH CHECK policies

Review caught two blind spots in the ratchet, both fair. It matched only
polcmd 'd' and 'w', but polcmd '*' (FOR ALL) grants DELETE and UPDATE just as
effectively, and FOR ALL is the shape the one legitimate policy on this table
already uses, so a hostile one would look unremarkable in the catalogue. It
also read only polqual, so an UPDATE policy carrying its bucket restriction in
WITH CHECK was invisible.

Both assertions now run through one helper that covers d/w/*, concatenates
USING and WITH CHECK, and filters by grantee so service_role_all_documents
(how the application does its authorized deletes) is excluded while every
client-reachable role is not. A policy granted to PUBLIC has an empty
polroles, which is the most permissive case there is, so it is treated as
client-reachable rather than as "no roles".

Matching on the substring rather than the exact `bucket_id = 'documents'`
shape pg_get_expr emits today: a policy written as bucket_id::text or with the
comparison reversed would slip past a stricter match, and for a WORM ratchet a
false alarm is cheap while a silent hole is not.

Adds a probe case that creates a FOR ALL policy and asserts the helper sees
it, so the main assertion cannot pass vacuously. That case earned its keep
immediately: it caught that node-postgres hands back a raw string for a name[]
column, so the role filter needed rolname::text to work at all.

Verified against a local replay of the full migration stream: red with the
original prod FOR DELETE policy present, red with a FOR ALL probe, green
without either. Full pg-real suite 933 passed.

Refs #1208

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(storage): catch a destructive policy that names no bucket at all

Adversarial review of the previous commit found the ratchet still failed
open, and reproduced it: a policy with no bucket_id predicate covers EVERY
bucket, documents included, so gating on the bucket name discarded exactly
the widest hole. The concrete shape is Supabase's own stock "Enable delete for
users based on user_id" template, USING (auth.uid() = owner), which is the
single most likely form of a future dashboard edit.

A destructive policy is now in scope unless it provably cannot reach this
bucket, i.e. only a bucket_id predicate naming some other bucket exempts it.

The behavioural assertions had the matching blind spot: fixtures were seeded
without an owner, so an owner-based policy matched NULL and the DELETE
reported 0 rows for the wrong reason. Objects now carry an owner the way
storage-api stamps them in production, so those tests fail loudly instead of
passing by accident.

Two probes pin both directions: a bucketless policy must be reported (and is
shown to really permit the delete), and a policy scoped to another bucket must
not be, so the ratchet cannot start crying wolf on receipts or sie-files and
get switched off.

Verified against a local replay of the full migration stream: red with the
stock bucketless template installed, green without it. Full pg-real suite 935
passed.

* fix(kontoplan): make a deactivated account reachable again (#1262)

is_active=false read as "does not exist" on every read path but as "exists"
on the (company_id, account_number) unique constraint, so a deactivated
account vanished from the kontoplan with no way back and re-creating it
answered "Kontonummer X finns redan i din kontoplan."

The write side was already correct: POST /accounts/activate has a
toReactivate branch and PUT /accounts/[number] accepts is_active:true.
Both were simply unreachable, so this opens routes to them rather than
relaxing the read filters, which are load-bearing for
AccountsNotInChartError.

- Kontoplan gets a "Visa inaktiva" filter; inactive rows carry an "Inaktiv"
chip and the existing per-row switch reactivates them in one click.
- Deactivating an account that has posted lines now warns first, using the
usage count already loaded for the Verifikat column.
- POST /accounts distinguishes the two collisions and returns the new
ACCOUNT_EXISTS_INACTIVE code; AddAccountDialog offers "Aktivera kontot
istallet" rather than a dead-end 409. The stored account is left exactly
as it was; values typed into the failed create form are not applied.
- bas-lookup consults the company's own chart before the static BAS
reference, so a deactivated custom account reads as known and
"Aktivera och bokfor" is no longer disabled for it. New in_chart /
is_active fields let callers tell "will be added" from "will be revived".
- BAS-katalog stops showing "Aktiverat" for an account the company holds
but has deactivated; it falls through to a relabelled Aktivera button,
  and the per-class counts follow.

* fix(supplier-invoices): flag foreign 0 % lines with reverse charge switched off (#1255)

* fix(supplier-invoices): flag foreign 0 % lines with reverse charge switched off

A foreign supplier charging no Swedish VAT is normally omvand
skattskyldighet. With the reverse-charge switch off,
createSupplierInvoiceRegistrationEntry emits neither the 26x4 output leg nor
the 44xx/45xx basis lines, so ruta 20-24, 30-32 and 48 all stay empty and the
momsdeklaration takes a shape Skatteverket rejects. For a fully deductible
purchase the net moms att betala is unchanged, which is exactly why this goes
unnoticed. The form already auto-ticks reverse charge for eu_business but not
for non_eu_business, so that path slips through silently.

Adds a pure helper plus a non-blocking banner cloned from the existing
rc_account_warning block. Deliberately silent for swedish_business, where 0 %
is a genuine exemption that belongs in no ruta at all, and phrased as a
question rather than an assertion: a non-EU goods purchase cleared at customs
is legitimately 0 % without reverse charge, and pushing that user into
ticking the switch would manufacture a new wrong verifikat.

Does not add the exempt/import/other picker the issue proposes:
supplier_invoices.vat_treatment is metadata that no booking or ruta mapping
reads, and the codebase cannot book import VAT at all, so an import option
would imply ruta 50/60 were handled when they are not.

* fix(supplier-invoices): name the local-VAT case in the foreign 0 % hint

Review flagged that the most common foreign document a Swedish small company
sees is an invoice carrying the supplier's OWN local VAT, booked at 0 %
Swedish VAT with reverse charge correctly off. The banner fires there, and
the previous copy only offered "momsfri av annat skal, till exempel en
varuimport" as the way out, which does not describe that invoice at all: it
is not VAT-free, it carries foreign VAT.

Names both legitimate cases explicitly and says 0 % is correct in them, so
the hint cannot read as an instruction to tick reverse charge on a purchase
where that would produce a wrong verifikat. Title also narrowed to "utan
svensk moms" for the same reason.

* feat(sandbox): call the sandbox assistant Assistenten, not Anna (#1244)

A named persona earns its name once someone has been through onboarding and
chosen it: it is their assistant and they named it. Nobody in the sandbox chose
anything, so a first name reads as a character the product invented and implies
a relationship the visitor never opted into.

Both halves move together, which is the point. profile_summary is the agent's
own self-description inside the system prompt, so leaving it as "Du är Anna"
would have the header say one thing while the assistant introduces itself as
another in its first sentence. Nothing else in the stack checks that pairing,
so a test now does.

Scope: this changes the seed, so new sandbox companies get the new name. The
483 sandbox profiles already seeded keep 'Anna' (the seeder returns early once a
profile exists, and its caller only runs while verified_at is null). Backfilling
those is a production write on demo data and is being raised separately rather
than smuggled into a code change.

* feat(reports): show the last posted voucher per series in report headers

Adds a "Senaste bokforda verifikat: A 214, B 37" line to the balans- and
resultatrapport, so a printed or exported report answers which vouchers are
actually in it rather than only which dates it spans (#1267).

Reads MAX(voucher_number) over posted entries, never
voucher_sequences.last_number. The sequence counter is an allocation
high-water mark that drifts from the books in both directions:
next_voucher_number burns a number when the follow-up insert fails,
delete_last_voucher decrements by one instead of resetting to the new MAX,
and pre-RPC SIE imports left it behind. Since the point of the line is
avstamning, an allocated number would send a reconciler chasing a gap that
does not exist, so the label says plainly that the number is the posted one.

Scoped to the report own date range, so a Q1 report printed in November says
something true about Q1. The balansrapport keeps the fiscal-year start as its
lower bound because it accumulates. Skipped on a dimension-filtered
resultatrapport: that report already discloses it is partial, and an
unfiltered voucher range beside a filtered result invites the wrong
conclusion.

Populated in both engines, so the JSON, PDF and XLSX routes all inherit it
without signature changes. Best-effort: a header nicety never breaks a
report. The pure formatter lives in its own module so the client view does
not pull the Supabase query path into the browser bundle. No new i18n keys;
both report views and the PDF template are hard-coded Swedish per the
"stays Swedish" report surfaces in .claude/rules/i18n.md.

* fix(customers): stop rendering personnummer ciphertext, make unreadable rows editable, add a reveal path (#1263)

customers.personal_number holds AES-256-GCM ciphertext (20260726110000).
Three defects compounded into one broken surface for private customers.

The list queried Supabase from the browser with select('*') and rendered the
raw value, 76-82 chars of hex, into the nowrap identifier cell. It now reads
GET /api/customers, which already masks every row, so the ciphertext never
leaves the server. Searching by personnummer works again: the client filter
had been matching against ciphertext and could never hit.

A row whose value cannot be decrypted renders as the placeholder
'********-????'. None of the three mask checks recognised it, each having its
own '-1234'-only copy, so such a customer could not be edited in ANY field:
name and address edits 400'd on a personnummer the user had no way to
correct. All three now share one pattern from the new crypto-free
lib/customers/mask-personal-number.ts, which the client form can import.
Typing a fresh personnummer overwrites the unreadable value, which is the
only repair possible: the rejected writes failed whole INSERTs, so there is
nothing to backfill.

The value was write-only by construction. GET
/api/customers/{id}/personal-number is the deliberate drill-in, mirroring the
employee convention, gated on the write role because .compliance/ropa.yaml
listed no_full_value_read_endpoint as a safeguard for this column; that entry
is rewritten rather than left stale, and reveals log actor and customer id
but never the value.

Also: arcim-migration wrote the identity number as plaintext, which aborts
any import containing a Privatperson with 23514 since the constraint flip;
and the customer embeds on /api/invoices shipped ciphertext to the browser on
every invoice read.

* feat: enhance ruta 05 handling for dynamic revenue accounts

- Introduced `fetchDynamicRuta05Accounts` to fetch company-specific revenue accounts marked with a VAT rate, addressing issue #1261.
- Updated VAT declaration logic to include these dynamic accounts in ruta 05 calculations, ensuring accurate reporting for user-added accounts.
- Modified `ACCOUNT_RUTA` to include account 3000 for completeness in ruta 05.
- Enhanced tests to validate the inclusion of user-added revenue accounts in ruta 05 and ensure correct VAT calculations.
- Seeded default VAT rates for BAS revenue accounts to ensure proper classification in the VAT declaration.

* fix: enhance data handling and masking in customer and invoice APIs

* fix(vat): resolve the 3000 gruppkonto's rate for the ruta 05 base split

3000 "Forsaljning inom Sverige" is mapped to ruta05 by ACCOUNT_RUTA, so a
balance on it is filed in the right box already. What was missing is the
rate split: unlike 3001/3002/3003 the account number carries no sats, and
fetchDynamicRuta05Accounts skipped it because it is in ACCOUNT_TO_BOX. A
company posting to the gruppkonto therefore got a ruta 05 total that
breakdown.invoices.base25/12/6 did not add up to.

Surface those rates separately as staticRateByAccount: rate-only on
purpose, because the static map already sums the account and adding it to
the dynamic account list would double the filed figure. A test pins that
single-count property.

Also add 3000 to the MCP server's RUTA_05_ACCOUNTS, which is the display
list behind report.rutor.ruta05: without it a 3000 balance appeared in the
filed projection but not in the report the agent reads back.

The comment claiming SALES_OUTPUT_VAT_SHORTFALL reads base25/12/6 was
wrong and is corrected. That check derives its expected base from the
output-VAT rutor (ruta10/0.25 + ruta11/0.12 + ruta12/0.06); nothing reads
the per-rate bases, which are reporting metadata. So the incomplete split
never affected a filed return or a warning, only the breakdown.

Jakob WennbergandClaude Opus 5 c62d00bcb3 feat(invoices): preview invoices and underlag in the browser instead of downloading (#1228)
Reviewing an invoice or a verifikat bilaga meant saving a file and opening it
from the Downloads folder (user request, christian@odinaero.se 2026-07-25).

- GET /api/invoices/[id]/pdf accepts ?disposition=inline and serves the PDF for
in-browser review; anything else keeps the download behaviour every existing
caller relies on. The filename still travels in the header, so the browser
viewer's own save action produces the same name as the download button, and
  nosniff pins the content type.
- The invoice detail page gets a "Förhandsgranska" action next to "Ladda ner
PDF". It resolves the document through the same resolveInvoicePdfSource path
as the download, so preview cannot become the shortcut that presents a
re-render as the invoice the customer received: the archived delivery wins,
a re-render is shown with its caveat, and an unreadable delivery history
still asks instead of guessing. The archive dialog now remembers whether the
user asked to view or to save, and its fallback does that.
- DocumentViewButton (supplier-invoice underlag, staged agent previews) points
at the existing /api/documents/:id/inline proxy, so bilagor render in the
browser. Navigation now happens straight from the click, so the signed-URL
fetch and its popup-blocker workaround are gone.
- The three re-render caveat strings and the two archive-dialog descriptions
  lose their "you downloaded" wording so they stay true for both actions;
five new keys in sv + en.

Tests: route cases for the default, inline and unknown disposition values;
invoiceRerenderUrl cases for both modes and id encoding. npm test 11364
passed, lint 0 errors. Button row screenshotted against the design system
(pill outline, Eye icon) via a temporary sandbox route.

MattssonandClaude Fable 5 f24b26a139 fix: similar-sweep currency remediation, security hardening and v1 API fixes (#1215)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership

The RPC was SECURITY DEFINER with EXECUTE granted to PUBLIC and anon, no
company_members lookup, no auth.uid() reference and no unauthorized raise,
while setting gnubok.allow_delete to disarm the BFL immutability and
retention triggers. Any caller holding a company_id and an import id could
hard delete another tenant's verifikationer. Confirmed live in production.

Applies the same fail closed owner/admin guard that undo_sie_import already
carries (migration 20260624120000), resolving the actor from
COALESCE(p_user_id, auth.uid()) so it denies when the role is NULL, then
revokes EXECUTE from PUBLIC and anon. search_path and the raised
statement_timeout are restated, since CREATE OR REPLACE drops settings that
are not repeated.

userId is a required parameter on replaceSIEImport: the service client has a
NULL auth.uid(), so a caller without an explicit actor now fails to compile
rather than hitting the closed gate at runtime.

* fix(security): validate arcim OAuth callback state server side

The callback route is skipAuth and decoded the state parameter as plain
base64url JSON, trusting consentId and provider from it. A one time code was
minted at flow start and never read. An unauthenticated attacker who learned
a consent id could run an OAuth flow on their own provider account and post
the callback with a forged state, landing their tokens on another tenant's
consent, so the victim's next migration imported the attacker's ledger.

State is now an opaque randomBytes(32) pointer to a provider_otc row,
consumed by a single atomic UPDATE guarded on used_at IS NULL and
expires_at, so a replay loses the row lock race and updates nothing.
provider is read from provider_consents rather than trusted from the client.
provider_otc already existed for exactly this purpose and was never wired up.

Also scopes getConsent to an owning company, closing a cross tenant status
oracle where the preview and migrate paths echoed a consent's status before
the scoped check ran.

* fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A)

The documents bucket policies matched on auth.uid(), and upload keys were
documents/{userId}/..., so company membership was never consulted. Removing a
member revoked nothing: their session still authenticated and they kept
direct Storage read access to every receipt, supplier invoice and bank
statement they had uploaded. The same bug was fixed for sie-files in
20260416120000; this bucket was left behind.

Phase A is additive. Company scoped policies are added alongside the
uploader scoped ones, uploads move to documents/{companyId}/{userId}/..., and
reads accept either layout so nothing breaks mid migration. Phase C, which
drops the old policies, is gated on the backfill reporting zero remaining
legacy prefix objects.

The policy compares the company segment as text rather than casting to uuid
the way sie-files does: this bucket holds keys whose second segment is not a
uuid (MCP audit packages), and Postgres does not guarantee the bucket prefix
qual runs before the cast, so a planner reordering would raise 22P02 and fail
the whole query instead of filtering the row out.

deleteDocument now removes both candidate keys. Removing only the stored
pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to
erase.

The backfill script is included but has never been run. It defaults to dry
run, refuses .env.local by name, and verifies each copy is readable and
SHA-256 identical before repointing the row.

* fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events

This was the only one of the three validateApiKey call sites with no
downstream guard: v1 and the MCP server both check scope and re-verify
company membership, this route did neither. An events:read scope existed and
was documented as gating the endpoint but was never called, so a legacy key
falling back to DEFAULT_SCOPES read the full log. The bound company id went
straight from the api_keys row into a service role query, so a key whose user
had been removed from the company kept reading.

Adds the scope check before any database access, re-verifies company_members
with archived_at IS NULL, honours test mode by stamping X-Gnubok-Mode instead
of ignoring it, applies minimisePayload so the pull surface can never return
a wider payload than the push surface, and replaces the three flat error
strings with the canonical envelope.

Test key reads are served rather than blocked: TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED is
gated on mutations in with-api-v1, so a read gets the same treatment as every
other v1 read endpoint.

* perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds

A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced
fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and
had become the top application consumer of production database time:
measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds
of execution, mean 790ms, with shapes averaging 2.6s and 3.0s and maxing at
7,962ms against the 8s statement_timeout, which surfaced to users as 500s on
the booking path.

PostgREST compiles an embed with filters on the embedded side into a
correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized LIMIT, which stops
Postgres reordering the join, so each query walked the whole
journal_entry_lines table across all tenants. Driving from the entries side
instead turns that into two indexed round trips.

Converted sites keep their existing shape: the helper reattaches the parent
entry under the same key the embed produced. Several conversions also remove
a latent silent truncation where an unpaginated query was capped at
PostgREST's 1000 row ceiling.

Two deliberate exceptions. The free text ilike legs of the MCP display query
stay on the embed, because each is capped at legLimit and that cap drives the
truncation contract the tool reports, while the helper is unbounded. The
accounts route moves to the existing get_account_usage_counts RPC instead,
since its embed was a head count and the helper returns rows.

commitEntry's write path is untouched: the change there is confined to the
read query of the pre-commit dimension rule check.

* fix(api): anchor v1 list cursors on created_at

Page two returned page one, forever, while still advertising a fresh
next_cursor. The three routes sorted by and encoded a Postgres date column,
which serializes as YYYY-MM-DD, but decodeDefaultCursor validates the cursor
timestamp as full ISO-8601 and returned null, so the keyset filter was never
applied and has_more never went false. An integrator syncing verifikat looped
on the newest rows indefinitely.

The transactions route already solved this and its comment names the trap;
the fix was never ported. All three now order and encode on created_at with
an id tie break, matching the transactions keyset predicate exactly.
ISO_TIMESTAMP is deliberately left alone: relaxing it would silently change
sort semantics on the route that currently works.

Default ordering therefore moves from business date to insert order. Every
business date is still on the row, and the invoices list gains date_from and
date_to filters so a date range is still reachable; the other two already had
them.

The tests use an in-memory PostgREST that actually evaluates the filters,
because the repo's pass-through mock cannot catch this class of bug: the bug
is that the filter is never sent. They walk to exhaustion with a hard
iteration cap, so an unterminated walk fails instead of hanging.

* fix(api): separate dry run from commit in the idempotency hash

The request hash was built from url.pathname, which excludes the query
string, so a dry run and its commit hashed identically. Following the flow
documented in dry-run.ts, re-issuing the request with the same
Idempotency-Key returned the cached preview with Idempotent-Replayed set and
wrote nothing, while reporting 200. An agent or integrator saw success for a
write that never happened.

dry_run is folded into the hash only when true, not as an unconditional
boolean. Including it as false would change the hash of every ordinary write,
and with a 24h idempotency TTL any key in flight across the deploy would fail
the request_hash comparison and 409 on a legitimate retry. Both hash call
sites now go through one shared helper so they cannot drift into a permanent
cache miss, and dry run responses are no longer stored at all.

* ci: install the Bedrock SDK out of tree in the compliance review

The Swedish accounting compliance gate had failed ten consecutive runs and so
was posting nothing. With --no-package-lock npm discarded the lockfile and
re-resolved the whole tree from package.json, floating @hookform/resolvers to
5.4.3, whose valibot ^1 peer conflicts with the pinned valibot 0.39.0.

Installing into the parent of the checkout resolves only that one package, so
an unrelated peer conflict can never take the gate down again. Node still
finds it because ESM bare specifiers walk up parent node_modules; NODE_PATH
would not have worked, as it is CommonJS only. --legacy-peer-deps was
rejected because it masks future genuine peer conflicts and still reifies the
full tree.

The same step's SDK version is aligned from 0.31.0 back to the 0.29.1 that
package.json and check:guards enforce after the streaming outage. That drift
went unnoticed because the pin guard only inspects package.json and the
lockfile, never workflow files.

* build(docker): generate crontabs from vercel.json

vercel.json defines 16 cron jobs; both Docker crontabs carried 9, and were
byte identical to each other. Self hosted deployments therefore never sent
recurring invoices, never dispatched webhooks and never cleaned up
idempotency keys. tax-deadlines also ran once a year on 2 January instead of
daily, and documents/verify weekly instead of daily.

Extension crons are included rather than excluded. The Dockerfile copies the
whole tree before building, so every extension cron route is compiled into
the image regardless of the enabled preset, and each returns 200 when its
extension is unconfigured, so curl -sf logs no failure. Two such entries were
already present in the crontab for extensions absent from the preset, which
settles the intent.

documents/verify is treated as drift rather than a self hosted concession:
the weekly cadence was present in the hosted crontab too, and the run is
capped at 200 documents walking a nulls-first queue, so weekly drains the
integrity queue seven times slower on a check that exists for BFL retention.

webhooks/dispatch keeps its per minute cadence, adding 1,440 requests a day
on self hosted. A gentler tick would silently stretch the first retry, since
the retry ladder opens at 60 seconds. SCHEDULE_OVERRIDES is the one line
place to change that.

A parity test asserts the path sets match minus a documented exclusion list,
and ratchets three cron routes that are currently scheduled nowhere so they
are named rather than silently rotting.

* chore(observability): add a provider agnostic error sink

There is no error tracking in this codebase: logs go to console and Vercel
retention and nowhere else, nothing alerts on the 16 cron jobs, and seven
code comments across lib, app, components and extensions asserted that Sentry
captures errors when Sentry is not a dependency. The two most recent bug
fixes on this repo were both discovered by customer email.

This adds the sink, not a vendor. No dependency is taken: the interface has a
no-op default and a registration point, so behaviour is unchanged until an
adapter is registered. Releases are tagged from the build id already inlined
by next.config.ts.

Redaction moved out of lib/logger.ts into a leaf module that both the logger
and the sink import, so there is one denylist and no path from application
data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink
calls that bypass the logger. That matters here because these logs carry
personnummer and financial data.

verifyCronSecret now reports its own 401s, which covers all 16 jobs without
touching a route file and catches the case where CRON_SECRET is rotated
without updating the scheduler and every job silently 401s forever. The
threshold is one failure rather than the backup alert's three: suppressing
the first occurrence is precisely how an outage stays invisible.

The seven misleading comments are corrected to describe what the code
actually does, including the two cases that still are not covered: the client
side one, since the sink is server side, and a warn level call that is not
forwarded.

* fix: remediate the 2026-07-26 similar-sweep findings across all surfaces

Resolves the ~150-finding sweep (dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26.md) with
one agent per finding; every behavioural fix carries a regression test proven
to fail at HEAD. Full status, corrections to the sweep, refusals and open
decisions in dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26-remediation-status.md.

Structural roots closed:
- resolveSekAmountOrNull(): honest SEK resolution refuses instead of booking
1:1; four duplicated toSek closures now refuse via INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING
- ledger-line-amount.ts: journal_entry_lines.currency labels the document,
not the amount; SQL pre-filter decoy proven and fixed
- sparse-patch.ts: .partial() does not strip .default() in Zod 4.4.3; the
exploitable salary payslip-line PATCH and KPI preferences sinks fixed
- tests/schema: migration-replay phantom-column guard (13k+ refs, closed
CHECK sets, onConflict targets); found 28 real defects, all fixed, all
  four baselines now empty
- three new ratchet guards: sek-labelled-amount, cross-extension-import,
  ungated-extension-route

Highlights: lawful VAT-rate set on all seven invoice surfaces (ML 6 kap),
RC input VAT mismatch wired on web + both MCP callers, missing-underlag
resource delegates to the shared RPC predicate, push-notifications consent
polarity fail-closed, deadlines undo honours requested state, silent-failure
and read-side-fabrication classes fixed across settings/KPI/inbox/Stripe/
Arcim/kassaflodesanalys, error-envelope stringification fixed at 10+ sites
with isSwedishUserMessage extended.

Also includes the parallel session's MCP invoice tools (update_invoice,
recurring schedules, invoice deliveries) which share files with the sweep
work and are verified green together.

13 new migrations are NOT applied anywhere; they apply via branch merge.
20260726120000 backfills 1247 supplier-invoice rows. pg tests for new
DDL are written but unrun (no local Postgres).

Verified: 11088 tests / 881 files green, tsc 0 non-test errors, lint 0
errors, check:guards passing, MCP payload 57475/57500.

* fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version

origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping
our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase
apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time.

* fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices

A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and
~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass:

- replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for
service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid()
(impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a
Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo
- bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of
writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns
- credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no
  cross-tenant figures in exception text
- link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end
- personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE
- same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book
realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse
- receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts
- period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap
- documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout
reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source
sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping
- invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression),
duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran
- match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat)
- refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window)
- KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint
- personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools
- worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths
- MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit
on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk
- observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted
stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True,
cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings
  call removed)

Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers
are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md.

* feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests

* fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215

pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role
GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the
invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() =
'service_role' and every legitimate p_user_id path failed closed; the
shared helper now sets both GUC shapes plus SET LOCAL ROLE with a
fail-loud sanity check, and the delivery test reuses it. The link-voucher
migration had recreated both RPCs from pre-rewrite file text,
reintroducing the NULL-unsafe membership pattern the
null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet bans; both guards now use
public.caller_is_company_member() with all currency changes preserved.

Compliance bots: the customers export now emits the standard masked form
instead of raw AES-256-GCM ciphertext in the Org-/personnummer column,
and maskCustomerRow returns a non-round-trippable placeholder on decrypt
failure instead of 500ing the list. MCP parity: gnubok_lock_period's
staging pre-check now runs the exact countUnbookedInPeriod the commit
path enforces (exported from period-service; local mirror deleted), and
gnubok_agi_status resolves AGI state run-scoped so a correction run no
longer renders as already filed.

Declined with evidence: PR-Agent's opening-balances null-zeroing concern
(all mergeable columns are NOT NULL with defaults per 20260713101000).

* fix(review): address codex review findings on PR #1215

- restore 20260726140000 to its preview-recorded content and restate the
NULL-safe tenant guard under 20260727130000: a recorded migration version
never re-runs, so the in-place edit could not reach the preview branch
- replace toFixed() with sv-SE two-decimal formatting in the ROT/RUT cap
warning texts and update the pinned test expectations
- drop the em dash in the fiscal-periods route comment
- strip trailing whitespace in import-existing.test.ts

* fix(invoices): stop popup blockers from silently eating the PDF preview tab

A window.open() after an await runs outside the click's transient user
activation (~5s, less in Safari), so the preview tab was popup-blocked
exactly when generation was slow (cold start + logo re-encode). The
request succeeded, nothing opened, no error: the button looked locked
(support: carina@cbysea.se).

- lib/browser/deferred-tab.ts: open the tab synchronously in the click,
navigate it when the result arrives, close it on failure (the pattern
AGIPanel already used for its signing tab), with unit tests.
- InvoiceEditor: preview uses the deferred tab + popup-blocked toast;
revoke the blob URL instead of leaking it; guard the review dialog
against an unresolved customer (silent no-op click); 5s timeout on the
pre-review next-number fetch; spinner + disable while the submit
handler is in flight in create mode.
- Same pre-open fix in TransactionAttachmentIndicator,
JournalEntryAttachments (failures now toast instead of vanishing),
DocumentViewButton, and the Arcim reconnect OAuth popup (its 'trusted
gesture' comment was wrong after the await).

Jakob WennbergandClaude Fable 5 01d2a1a946 fix(bookkeeping): stop draft edits wiping line FX metadata and tax_code (#1187)
* fix(bookkeeping): stop draft edits wiping line FX metadata and tax_code

Fixes #1174. EditDraftEntryDialog hydrated only account/amounts/text/
dimensions into the form, and updateDraftEntry replaces all lines, so
editing the text on a foreign-currency draft silently reset its lines
to SEK (currency default, amount_in_currency/exchange_rate nulled) and
stripped tax_code entirely (FormLine had no such field). The dialog
also displayed EUR drafts as SEK before any save.

- FormLine carries tax_code as a pure pass-through; the submit body
  sends it back.
- The dialog hydrates per-line currency/amount_in_currency/
  exchange_rate/tax_code, and passes initialCurrency/rate/amount so
the form's currency picker and FX fields show the stored values.
- A hydrated FX line marks the currency-meta slot as taken so the
19xx fallback cannot double-stamp another line.

Blast radius was drafts only (posted entries are immutable), reachable
via the form's own currency picker and via v1/MCP lines carrying
tax_code.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(bookkeeping): keep the hydrated draft FX rate on mount

CodeRabbit finding on #1187, verified real: the currency effect fired
on mount for a hydrated foreign draft and replaced the STORED exchange
rate with today's Riksbanken rate, so a text-only edit would save a
different rate. The initial hydrated currency now skips the automatic
fetch; changing currency or date afterwards still refetches.
