fix(salary): declare, book and pay AGI in whole kronor (SKV per-sats computation) (#1611)
* fix(salary): declare, book and pay AGI in whole kronor (SKV per-sats computation) A user's first lönekörning surfaced öre amounts in the AGI payable while Skatteverket deals in whole kronor. Three connected defects: - the AGI XML rounded amounts (Math.round); öretal bortfaller (SFF 2011:1261 22 kap. 1 §) requires truncation, and FK487 must be Skatteverket's own per-sats computation on the whole-krona underlag sums (IK587, kontroll B_006), not a truncation of the öre-exact engine sum - the salary booking credited 2731 with exact öre, leaving a residual after the whole-krona skattekonto draw; 2731 now carries the declared amount with the remainder on 3740 (Öres- och kronutjämning) - the LB payment file and TaxPaymentPanel paid/showed öre; they now use the declared whole-krona totals stored on agi_declarations (which also lets skattekonto auto-settlement match the draw); legacy öre rows keep paying öre-exact so pre-deploy bookings still clear 2731 New lib/salary/declared-avgifter.ts implements the SKV computation (per-IU whole-krona underlag, per-sats sums, youth/växa cap splits, exact integer math) shared by the AGI generator, the booking split and the preview. Review overrides route all legs through the same per-category truncation; basis overrides are inert on money totals (they never reach the filed IUs); the v1 book route gains override parity with book-run; F-skatt rows ignore avgifter overrides on every surface. Booked runs show their posted verifikat instead of a recomputed projection. tax_withheld_override requires whole kronor. Adversarially verified over three /skeptic rounds. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: merge origin/main and re-ratchet the öre-round baseline The merge brought #1609 (net-pay öresavrundning) whose two new Math.round(x*100)/100 occurrences are counted against the baseline this branch had tightened from 637 to 629; 631 keeps the net -6 improvement without policing already-merged code. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): address PR review (hybrid override computation, legacy youth cap, robustness) CodeRabbit round on #1611, all findings in one pass: - computeDeclaredAvgifterWithOverrides: one shared hybrid for the AGI generator AND the booking split. Overridden rows contribute their manual amounts per category; colleagues keep the SKV-exact per-sats underlag computation (a FoU override on one employee no longer costs the rest of the roster kronor of declared accuracy) - youth cap keys on the RESOLVED category so legacy null-category rows classified as youth by the rate heuristic still get the 25k split - F-skatt rows zero their avgifter_basis on both booking surfaces and in the preview, matching the AGI's isFSkattRow invariant - preview route: posted-voucher lookup errors return 500 instead of masquerading as a booked run with no vouchers; 400/500 tests added - run page clears stale AGI totals when the tax-payment fetch fails - SalaryOverridePanel truncates the tax override to whole kronor so the schema's .int() cannot bounce a decimal input with a 400 - v1 book route override parity pinned by a lifecycle test - DECISIONS.md format fixes + superseded entry marked; exempt category mapped explicitly; unified truncation-drift band with rationale Declined (recorded): dating the decision entries 2026-08-13 (bot assumed UTC; the decisions were made after midnight local time). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(salary): round-2 review nits (shared F-skatt helper, test hygiene) - isFSkattStatus in declared-avgifter.ts: single source for the F-skatt exclusion, consumed by book-run, the v1 book route, the preview route and the AGI generator, per the Swedish review's drift-risk finding - declared-avgifter test suite gets the standard beforeEach cleanup Declined (recorded for the summary): auto-generated correction voucher for regenerated legacy periods (data-repair follow-up needing Emil's go); SFF 22 kap. 1 par. citation doubt (verified against lagen.nu and already shipped in tax-tables.ts); 3740 scope doubt (BAS generic utjamning account, Visma praxis, matches the user's reference voucher). fix(reconciliation): await the pre-existing matched/storno match-log writes (#1606)
Final Swedish-review finding (approved by Emil): the six fire-and-forget logMatchEvent calls that predate this branch in the four match routes are now awaited, matching the rest of the PR and the DECISIONS claim that every audit write is awaited. logMatchEvent never throws; on serverless an unawaited promise can be frozen when the response returns, silently dropping the behandlingshistorik row (BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8). feat(reconciliation): match migrated bank history against imported SIE verifikat (#1598)
* feat(reconciliation): match migrated bank history against imported SIE verifikat A first-class Fortnox/SIE migrator path: after SIE import plus bank connect or bank CSV upload, historical bank rows are auto-matched (>= 0.9) or suggestion-matched (0.75-0.89, persisted for review) against the imported verifikat, with a guided review surface, instead of landing as anonymous "Att bokfora" rows. Phase 0: per-cash-account unattended sweep (fixes #1298 cross-account pooling); widen payment_match_log action CHECK with linked_to_existing_voucher (silently unlogged since March). Phase 1: potential_journal_entry_id/method/confidence on transactions with CHECK + invalidation triggers; persistSuggestions in runReconciliation; sweep after bank CSV import with SIE overlap (suppressing auto-categorization); sweep summaries stamped on bank_connections and bank_file_imports; POST /api/reconciliation/bank/confirm-suggestions with per-pair server-side revalidation (voucher consumption + bank-leg amount and direction). Phase 2: "Granska forslag" review tab on Transactions with chunked bulk confirm, per-row fallbacks, "Kor matchning igen" (all_accounts sweep mode, mutually exclusive with dry_run), attn line, pre-migration row marker. Phase 3: ImportResultStep dual CTA (bank connect + CSV), migrator variant of the account-picker #917 nudge, sweep outcome on the onboarding checklist bank step. Non-selection apply runs on /api/reconciliation/bank/run now floor at 0.9 and persist the review band instead of auto-committing fuzzy matches. Migrations already applied to staging under the same versions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): resolve PR review findings in one pass Swedish accounting review (both previously-deferred holes closed): - runReconciliation's >= 0.9 auto-apply now writes 'matched' to payment_match_log (behandlingshistorik, BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8); the bus event alone lands in the 30-day event_log and is not an audit record. - The three match-route storno-conflict branches detach reconciliation links via unlinkReconciliation instead of storno-reversing the linked verifikat: a reconciliation link points at an independent verifikat that may evidence other affarshandelser, and a wholesale reversal is an over-broad rattelse (BFL 5 kap 5 §). - Historical gap quantified on prod (read-only, recorded in DECISIONS): 762 unlogged manual links across 52 companies since 2026-03-23. CodeRabbit: - confirm-suggestions route: maxDuration 300 for full 500-item batches. - AccountPickerDialog: migrator-nudge buttons set lookbackTouched so the async gap-fill probe cannot override an explicit choice. - enable-banking post-backfill sweep: persistSuggestions so the review band is not dropped. - bank-file execute: sie_sweep stamp errors are logged, not swallowed. - ImportResultStep: sandbox keeps the CSV CTA (file import works there). - payment_match_log CHECK swap: NOT VALID + VALIDATE, no table scan under ACCESS EXCLUSIVE. - logMatchEvent calls awaited (serverless can freeze unawaited work). - DECISIONS.md stale version reference annotated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): defer reconciliation-link detach until the match commits Round-2 review findings: - CodeRabbit: the eager unlinkReconciliation call could orphan a transaction if the match flow failed after it. All three match routes now persist NOTHING up front: the final transaction update overwrites journal_entry_id and clears reconciliation_method in the same write, so any failure in between leaves the existing link intact. The release is logged as 'unmatched' after the commit. - Swedish review: the auto_suggested logMatchEvent in runReconciliation is now awaited like every other audit write. - DECISIONS entry split into compliance/CodeRabbit lines and updated to describe the deferred detach. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): literal reconciliation_method payloads for the phantom-column scanner The conditional spreads introduced with the deferred detach pushed the scanner's unresolvable-expression count past its ceiling (380 > 378). reconciliation_method: null is correct unconditionally on a confirmed invoice/supplier match (null is already the value on every row that was not reconciliation-linked), so the payloads become plain literals the guard can verify. No behavior change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(bookkeeping): correction-chain depth guard + Bedrock stream retry (#1581)
* feat(bookkeeping): bypassable chain-depth guard on corrections and stornos Correcting or reversing an entry that already sits 3+ links deep in a rattelse chain (correction_of_id/reverses_id walked in the DB, never description matching) now throws CORRECTION_CHAIN_TOO_DEEP, steering the caller to book ONE correction expressing the chain's net effect. Agents looped storno+rattelse 10 deep on a live company (63/193 vouchers noise). The guard is advisory, never a dead end: allow_deep_chain bypasses it on every surface (correctEntry/reverseEntry option, REST body, MCP tool arg staged through pending_operations, and confirm dialogs with Ratta anda / Aterfor anda in the web UI). MCP staging pre-flight fires the guard at stage time so the agent reconsiders in the same turn, and the executor re-checks at commit. tools/list payload ceiling bumped 59K -> 59.5K for the two bypass properties (trimmed to one sentence first). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(agent): retry the Bedrock stream once on transient failures A transient stream death (429/5xx, transport cut, or the two known stream-corruption signatures: 'Unexpected event order' and 'request ended without sending any chunks') killed the whole chat turn, stranding the user mid-answer. The turn now retries once per turn after a short backoff: safe because nothing is persisted until finalMessage() succeeds. A new stream_restart event carries the pre-attempt text snapshot so the chat client resets the partial bubble, drops uncompleted tool chips, and shows 'Forsoker igen...' until the retried stream produces text. Non-transient errors (403, 400) keep the existing immediate-error path. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): regenerate accounted-api skill and wire allow_deep_chain through v1 apiskill:check failed: CorrectJournalEntrySchema gained allow_deep_chain, making references/journal-entries.md stale. Regenerated (hand-applied: the generator output is deterministic from the registry). While wiring: the v1 correct route validated allow_deep_chain but dropped it, and the v1 reverse route's strict body schema would have rejected it outright, leaving API clients no bypass when the chain-depth guard fires. Both now forward the flag to the engine and document CORRECTION_CHAIN_TOO_DEEP as a pitfall. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: re-trigger CI after Vercel infra hang The preview for e527e4044 compiled in 91s then hung 40 minutes in the TypeScript phase and was killed with no error output; a CLI redeploy of the identical code went Ready in 5m. Empty commit to refresh the git- triggered deployment status. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): address CodeRabbit review on the chain-depth guard - correction-chain: report rootVoucher only when the walk reached a genuine parentless root; a broken link, cycle, or hop-cap now yields null instead of presenting an intermediate voucher as the chain root. - recordate: propagate allow_deep_chain end-to-end (recordateEntry option, route schema, and a Flytta anda bypass confirm in the dialog); a date move is another storno+rattelse layer and carried the guard with no override path. - v1 correct/reverse: run the chain-depth guard before the dry-run return so a dry run gives the same verdict as the real execution. - dashboard reverse route: 400 on malformed JSON or a non-boolean allow_deep_chain instead of silently reversing without the override; empty body stays the supported no-body case. Tests added. - AgentChat stream_restart: discard the dead attempt's reasoning and re-arm the post-tool paragraph break so a retried turn doesn't render thinking twice or glue its continuation onto restored text. - v1 reverse route doc comment updated for allow_deep_chain. Not changed: the journal-list reverse flow (flagged as a dead end) can never receive CORRECTION_CHAIN_TOO_DEEP: the list renders Aterfor only for entries that are neither storno nor correction, and such entries have no backward chain links, so their depth is always 0. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(bookkeeping): recordate route test expects the new options arg recordateEntry now takes { allowDeepChain } as a sixth argument; the route test's called-with assertion predates it. fix(mcp): page list tools past PostgREST's silent 1000-row cap (#1572)
gnubok_list_accounts returned exactly 1000 rows for a full BAS 2026 chart (1290 accounts) with no truncation signal: PostgREST caps un-ranged selects at 1000. Wrap the query in fetchAllRows, paging on the unique account_number and re-sorting by sort_order in JS so the visible order is unchanged. Same fix for gnubok_list_customers, gnubok_list_suppliers and gnubok_list_articles (paged on id, re-sorted by name), the Accounted://chart-of-accounts resource, and the REST v1 accounts.list route. All output schemas and registry metadata unchanged. Also note on gnubok_audit_package download_url that the signed URL points at the Supabase storage host, so restricted-egress proxies may 403; offset the added prose by trimming the same tool's own descriptions to keep the tools/list payload under the 59K ceiling. fix(import): SEB CSV imports survive BOMs and bad format choices (#1565)
* fix(import): handle BOMs at the byte level in decodeFileContent Inspect leading bytes before decoding: EF BB BF strips the UTF-8 BOM and decodes the remainder (falling back to Windows-1252 for the remainder only, so the fallback can no longer produce a literal mojibake prefix), and FF FE / FE FF decode as UTF-16LE/BE. stripBOM additionally strips a literal mojibake BOM prefix for string paths pre-decoded elsewhere. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(import): make an explicit SEB choice at least as good as auto-detect Three changes for the SEB bank CSV report: - parseBankFile: when an explicit format parses 0 transactions, fall back to auto-detection; a different format that parses rows is returned with a prepended info issue naming both formats. A working explicit parse is never overridden, and explicit generic_csv (the manual mapping escape hatch) is exempt. - SEB profile: sniff the header delimiter (';' vs ',') and split with the quote-aware parseCSVLine; accept a bare Datum date column as a lowest priority tier in parse only, never in detect. Its user-reachable issue strings are now Swedish. - Import page: when a parse yields 0 transactions, show the parser's real issues instead of only the generic no-transactions hint. The v1 agent route now decodes through the shared decodeFileContent and stamps external ids, import_source, and the stored file format from the format the parse result actually carries, so fallback imports dedup identically to auto-detected ones. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(api-v1): the bank import route also decodes UTF-16 CodeRabbit on #1565: decodeFileContent gained UTF-16LE/BE BOM support but the route overview and the registered endpoint description still listed only UTF-8 / Windows-1252. Skill regenerated (apiskill:generate). fix(api-v1): propagate underlag when booking via v1 categorize routes (#1564)
The v1 categorize and batch-categorize routes create the journal entry via createTransactionJournalEntry directly and never ran the shared underlag propagation, so a booking made through the API-key surface left the transaction's pinned document unanchored and matched inbox items unstamped: the same "Underlag saknas" gap #1560 closed for the dashboard, /book and bulk-book paths, surviving on this one surface. Both routes now call propagateUnderlagForBookedTransaction after the CAS write succeeds (only when this request owns the booking; skipped on partial success and lost CAS races). Best-effort by contract, same as every other caller: a propagation failure is logged inside the helper and never fails the booking. Also adds the attach-after-bulk-book unit test salvaged from the closed duplicate PR #1559: a document pinned to a bulk-booked transaction (verifikat anchored via transaction_voucher_links) is anchored against the samlingsverifikat when attached after the booking. feat(supplier-invoices): sarskild loneskatt (SLP) pair on pension premium lines (#1534)
* feat(supplier-invoices): sarskild loneskatt (SLP) pair on pension premium lines Booking a tjanstepension invoice (e.g. Avanza) needs the buyer's own SLP beyond the payable: debit 7533 / credit 2514 at 24.26% of the premium (SLF 1991:687). The item-based debit-only form could not express the self-balancing pair, so users had to hand-edit the verifikat. - new leaf module lib/bookkeeping/slp-lines.ts: SLP_RATE (single source, re-exported by the bokslut calculator), isSlpPensionAccount (741x), generateSlpLines (7533 D / 2514 K, nets to zero) - migration adds supplier_invoice_items.apply_slp boolean default false - registration, cash, and privately-paid generators inject the pair for flagged 741x items, mirroring the reverse-charge injection; the balance guarantees keep 2440/1930/2893 at exactly the invoice total; the credit note generator reverses the pair (7533 K / 2514 D) - privately-paid balance guarantee now subtracts existing credits so the SLP 2514 leg never inflates the owner account - schema field apply_slp + guards in all create paths (main route, inbox convert, v1 REST, pending-operations executor): 400 SI_CREATE_SLP_INVALID_ACCOUNT on non-741x accounts, 400 SI_CREATE_SLP_ACCRUAL combined with periodisering - form: advisory hint on unflagged 741x rows with one-click opt-in and a quiet confirmation line when applied; totals box untouched (the invoice total stays the payable); AB review preview injects the same pair via the same generator for parity - year-end double-count guard: calculateSarskildLoneskatt subtracts SLP already posted to 7533 during the year (floored at zero) so bokslut never provisions flagged premiums twice Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(api-skill): regenerate suppliers reference for apply_slp The apiskill:check CI gate requires the generated accounted-api skill to stay in sync with the endpoint registry after the apply_slp addition. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(slp): carry apply_slp through v1 routes, MCP staging, preview and credit reversal Review findings on the SLP PR: - v1 credit route: SI_FULL_COLUMNS now projects items.apply_slp, so createSupplierCreditNoteEntry sees the flag and reverses the 7533/2514 pair booked at registration (it previously stood forever and the year-end netting under-provisioned). The flag is also copied onto the created credit-note items for parity with the web credit route. - v1 mark-paid: the items sub-select now includes apply_slp, so a kontantmetoden payment via v1 books the cash entry WITH the SLP pair, matching the web mark-paid. - v1 GET ?expand=items: SI_ITEM_COLUMNS includes apply_slp so the flag is readable back through the public API. - credit-note SLP base is abs of the SIGNED sum of flagged line_totals, not per-item abs: a mixed-sign flagged original (+10000/-2000) booked SLP on 8000 at registration and now reverses exactly that, not 12000. The expense-bucket per-item abs convention is untouched. - kontantmetod bank-match preview appends the same generateSlpLines pair the POST books, so the approved lines equal the committed lines. - MCP gnubok_create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox: line_overrides accepts apply_slp (optional boolean), plumbs it into the staged operation's items, and rejects non-741x resolved accounts at staging time with the bilingual SI_CREATE_SLP_INVALID_ACCOUNT texts. - DECISIONS.md: five entries for today's decisions. Every behavioral fix has a test verified to fail without it. fix(reports): always emit compulsory #FORMAT PC8 in SIE export (#1466)
#FORMAT is a compulsory record in every SIE type and PC8 is its only legal value. We only emitted it when the caller opted into cp437 byte encoding, so the default UTF-8 download had no #FORMAT line and strict importers (Visma Spiris) rejected the file with 'Etiketten #FORMAT saknas i filen'. Cloud exporters (Fortnox, Bokio) ship UTF-8 bytes with #FORMAT PC8 and importers detect the real encoding from the bytes, so the tag is now unconditional. Also formats #ORGNR as nnnnnn-nnnn per spec; company_settings stores the org number without a hyphen. fix(supplier-invoices): reverse credit notes on paid kontantmetoden invoices (#1430)
Under kontantmetoden the credit flow skipped the reversing verifikat entirely, gated on accounting_method === 'accrual' in all three surfaces (dashboard route, v1 route, pending-operations commit). That is right only while the original is still UNPAID: nothing reached the ledger, so there is no entry to reverse and recognition waits for cash. But a PAID original was already booked by its payment verifikat (expense + 2641 ingaende moms). Crediting it marked the invoice 'credited' with zero accounting trace, leaving both the cost and the moms deduction overstated and nothing to link a later refund back to. Adds supplierCreditNoteNeedsJournalEntry(), the mirror of the customer side's creditNoteNeedsJournalEntry(): reverse whenever the original actually reached the ledger, whatever the configured method. createSupplierCreditNoteEntry's existing shape already suits the cash case, the 2440 debit leaves a claim on the supplier that the refund clears, just as the customer side leaves a 1510 credit for a refund owed. The v1 route's GDPR-minimised projection dropped exactly the booked-ness columns this needs; they are restored with a comment explaining why, since status alone misses a part-paid-but-booked original (rows predating #1413). fix(invoices): guard cash-method partial payments across every payment path (#1413)
* fix(invoices): guard cash-method partial payments across every payment path A never-booked kontantmetoden invoice can only be settled by the generated cash entry (createInvoiceCashEntry / createSupplierInvoiceCashEntry), and that entry always books the FULL invoice: it takes no payment amount. Three payment surfaces still let partial payments through to it, corrupting books: - settleInvoicePayment dropped the fully-paid term entirely, so a partial payment (Stripe sync, mark-paid) booked the entire invoice: over-recognized revenue, over-declared output VAT, and a bank debit that did not match the money received. - The dashboard and agent match-transaction paths fell back to an accrual-style clearing entry against an EMPTY 1510: negative receivable, no revenue, no moms (ML 13 kap 8 § puts each installment's moms in its own receipt period). The comment claimed the credit "gets resolved on final payment", but the cash builder never touches 1510 and books the full total, so the final payment double-debited the bank instead. - The supplier routes had no full-settlement term at all, so a partial payment booked the full expense + input VAT. Fix: one shared predicate (cashPartialBlockReason in booking-mode.ts) rejects generated cash entries unless the payment settles the invoice in full from a fully unpaid state, wired into all six POST surfaces, the agent commit paths, and the three preview routes (so dialogs cannot propose a verifikat the POST refuses). New bilingual error codes INVOICE_PAID_CASH_PARTIAL_UNSUPPORTED / SI_CASH_PARTIAL_UNSUPPORTED. Invoices booked at issue are unaffected: their partial payments keep the normal 1510/2440 clearing path. The v1 match-invoice route already had this guard (VALIDATION_ERROR); its behavior is unchanged. Proper per-installment recognition (proportional revenue + moms per receipt) is the follow-up feature that would lift this restriction. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(review): drop stale ML 13 kap 8 § cites for kontantmetoden VAT timing Compliance-review finding: the section is the old ML 1994:200 numbering; in ML 2023:200, 13 kap covers input-VAT deduction, not redovisningstidpunkt. The substantive rule (bokslutsmetoden reports moms at payment, per installment, except at year-end) is unchanged and stated without a section cite until the current-law section is verified. Comments and cookbook prose only; no behavior change. Also fixes the two pre-existing occurrences. feat(api): v1 REST company-settings write endpoint (PATCH) (#1405)
* feat(api): v1 REST company-settings write endpoint (PATCH)
Adds PATCH /api/v1/companies/{companyId}/settings, closing the gap where
the v1 REST surface had no company-settings write (only the staged MCP
tool gnubok_update_company_settings could change them).
- Field set is identical to the MCP tool: payment details (bank account,
bankgiro, plusgiro, swish, iban, bic), invoice contact details (email,
phone, website), contact_person (aliased onto default_our_reference,
exactly as the MCP tool maps it), and invoice_email_texts.
- Validation reuses the shared UpdateCompanySettingsParamsSchema (Luhn
bankgiro/plusgiro, invoice email placeholder whitelist), so REST and
MCP can never drift apart on the Swedish-domain rules.
- Writes directly with an explicit .eq('company_id', ...) filter,
following the v1 customers PATCH precedent: no staged operation, since
REST callers are already gated by the companies:write scope.
- Dry-runnable, mandatory Idempotency-Key, registered in the endpoint
catalogue, scope map, and load-routes; spec snapshot updated.
- The companies:write scope description now mentions the REST endpoint.
No GET endpoint yet (possible follow-up); reads stay on the MCP tool.
Fixes #1348
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* test(v1): harden company-settings PATCH contract, align risk tier
Adversarial-review follow-up for the settings PATCH endpoint (#1348):
- Declare risk: 'medium' in registerEndpoint, matching the
update_company_settings tier in lib/pending-operations/risk-tiers.ts
(payment settings control where customers send money on future
invoices). The spec snapshot does not pin the risk field, so no
snapshot regeneration is needed.
- Pin the partial-PATCH contract: every column the caller did not
supply must arrive as undefined in the update payload, never null.
A future ?? null on the literal 13-column payload would silently
clear every unsupplied column; the new test fails on exactly that
regression (verified by mutation).
- Cover the body-parsing branches: invalid JSON and non-object JSON
bodies (bare array, string, number, null) each return 400 with the
handler's respective message and never reach the update call.

fix(salary): recompute entitled_days on existing ledger rows and record pre-cutover taken days (#1403)
The vacation ledger sync carried entitled_days verbatim on existing open rows while re-deriving accrued and taken, so a stale entitled value (for example the flat 25 stored before Semesterlagen 7 § pro-rating existed) survived every sync. The recompute loop now re-derives entitled the same way the lazy-seed path does, with the opening-balance cutover still outranking recomputation for the year containing cutover_date. Opening balances could also not record paid vacation days already taken in the cutover year under the previous payroll system. New additive column employee_opening_balances.vacation_days_taken_this_year (NUMERIC NOT NULL DEFAULT 0, CHECK 0..40) threaded through the shared service, the Zod schema, the MCP staging tool (schema + mergeable fields), the staged-operation executor, the v1 REST routes, and the employee editor form. Ledger semantics for the cutover year, on both seed and recompute paths: entitled = remaining + taken_this_year, taken = booked-run taken + taken_this_year, so remaining keeps meaning remaining and the seeded value survives every subsequent sync. feat(customers): carry contact person and invoice copy recipients through migration (#1392)
* feat(customers): carry contact person and invoice copy recipients through migration Extends the arcim-migration entity mapper, Fortnox provider mapper, canonical DTOs, customer APIs (web + v1) and invoice send flows so contact person and customer-level invoice CC/BCC addresses survive provider migrations. NULL means unconfigured and empty means an explicit clear, so re-syncs enrich legacy gaps without resurrecting deliberately removed values. Fortnox fixed assets are split into a dedicated follow-up issue. Fixes #1345 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(db): bump customer metadata migration past pack-slug version Main already contains 20260803230000; keep new versions strictly newest so Supabase branching applies them in order. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(customers): complete Customer type consumers and make enrichment payload resolvable The preview-pdf mock customer and the makeCustomer fixture now carry the three new metadata fields, fixing the type-check failure in Build (zero extensions) and Vercel. The enrichment update in the migration orchestrator now spells its payload as an object literal typed CustomerMetadataEnrichment (absent keys drop at serialization), so the phantom-column guard resolves the columns instead of counting another unresolvable dynamic payload past its ceiling. The cc/bcc guards also verify element types instead of casting. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(vat): enforce fraction unit for supplier invoice vat_rate writes (#1385)
Closes the remaining #310 write paths: credit-note item copies (web, v1, pending-operations) and arcim-migration supplier imports now normalize vat_rate to the decimal-fraction unit before storage, and a NOT VALID CHECK constraint guards every new supplier_invoice_items row. Customer invoice items deliberately stay percent; legacy supplier rows are left untouched so posted-entry reversals reuse the exact original values. fix(bookkeeping): resolve settlement account in all categorization flows and ship mis-booking audit (#1383)
Completes the #985/#986/#987 caller sweep: categorize-core, v1 batch-categorize, pending-operation edits and the MCP categorize path now resolve the settlement leg from the transaction's cash account instead of inheriting a hardcoded or stale account. Extends the correct_entry preview with currency, tax and dimension line metadata so staged corrections preserve full line fidelity. Adds a read-only audit query and a runbook for reviewing and correcting historical mis-bookings via staged storno with explicit approval; no automated bulk mutation. feat(import): support Wise balance statements (#1368)
* feat(import): support Wise balance statements * fix(import): fail closed on ambiguous Wise rows * fix(import): guard Wise statement netted-fee assumption with running-balance continuity check Swedish accounting review asked whether balance-statement Total fees is netted into Amount. It is: Running Balance moves by exactly the signed Amount per row, so a separate fee row would double-count the cost. Codify the assumption with a pairwise continuity warning (order-agnostic, chain resets across skipped rows) and document the decision. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): cap bank-import validation payload and harden issue assertion CodeRabbit review: bound the VALIDATION_ERROR issues array to 20 entries with issue_count carrying the full total, so a large malformed file cannot balloon the response or log sink. Gate stays format-agnostic on purpose: error severity means do-not-ingest for every parser, and no non-Wise parser emits per-row errors alongside parsed transactions today. fix(salary): book lonevaxling pension provision from frozen run snapshot (#1382)
The book flow never populated pension_contribution/pension_slp, so a gross_deduction_pension line item reduced the salary entry but the 7410/2740 pension provision and 7533/2514 SLP lines were never posted. Derive both at the createSalaryRunEntries boundary from the run's frozen calculation_params.slpRate snapshot so the dashboard, MCP and v1 booking paths all emit the pension verifikat, and reuse the exact 1.058 factor via calculateLoneVaxlingPensionProvision shared with the planning calculator. fix(transactions): retire stale invoice match pointers when an invoice settles (#1313)
* fix(transactions): retire stale invoice match pointers when an invoice settles potential_invoice_id / potential_supplier_invoice_id are write-once import suggestions: nothing revisited them once written. With recurring same-amount invoices, an earlier suggestion pointed transaction A at invoice X, X was then paid off by transaction B, and A kept pointing at a fully paid invoice. The match dialog computed its amount diff against that invoice's 0 kr remaining_amount and reported a bogus partial payment, and the dead pointer also blocked a fresh suggestion: both re-suggestion scans require the column to be NULL. Add one shared helper, clearSettledInvoiceSuggestions(), that nulls a settled invoice's own suggestion column on every other transaction of the same company, scoped by company_id and by that invoice id only, never widening to the confirmed invoice_id / supplier_invoice_id links. It is best effort by construction: every caller has already booked a payment verifikat, so a failed cleanup logs and returns instead of failing the settle. Wired into every path where an invoice reaches paid through a payment: the dashboard and v1 match-invoice / match-supplier-invoice routes, the dashboard and v1 mark-paid routes, settleInvoicePayment, the batch allocation route (per fully settled allocation), linkInvoiceToVoucher and linkSupplierInvoiceToVoucher, linkTransactionToJournalEntry, and the MCP staged-operation executors for mark_invoice_paid and match_transaction_invoice. Partial payments are deliberately left alone: a partially paid invoice is still matchable. The v1 supplier match route also clears its own row's hint, which it was missing next to its dashboard twin. Read-time revalidation stays as the backstop for the paths not wired up here. countSuggestedMatches now delegates to listSuggestedMatches, which already revalidates candidates, so the worklist badge can no longer claim a number the list refuses to render. A data-only backfill migration retires the pointers already stranded in the database. It touches no journal entry, verifikat or period-locked data, is idempotent, and its status lists mirror lib/invoices/matchable-statuses.ts. Fixes #1259 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): wire the MCP batch allocation into the settled-pointer cleanup Review follow-up on the #1259 fix. commitMatchBatchAllocate calls the same match_batch_allocate RPC as the dashboard route, and gnubok_match_batch_allocate is a live staged MCP tool, so an agent settling a samlingsbetalning reproduced the issue exactly: the RPC nulls potential_invoice_id / potential_supplier_invoice_id only on the source transaction, leaving every other transaction of the company pointing at an invoice the batch just closed. The per-allocation loop moves into clearSettledBatchAllocationSuggestions() so the HTTP route and the MCP executor run the same code and cannot drift again, with a commit-path test pinning that only the fully settled allocation is retired. The enlarged badge scan is made safe. countSuggestedMatches now feeds up to 200 ids into listSuggestedMatches, past the 150 per .in() that countInboxDocuments already chunks for, so the candidate lookups are chunked at IN_CLAUSE_CHUNK too and their ids deduped. Both lookups now check .error: previously a 414, a 500 or an RLS change produced empty maps, an empty list and a zero badge with nothing logged. Every failure branch here logs companyId, matching the logAndZero convention. Also: restore the anchorSupplierInvoiceDocument doc comment above its own call in the dashboard supplier-invoice mark-paid route (the #1259 block had been inserted between them), and assert the transaction update payload in the v1 match-supplier-invoice test, which now covers the potential_supplier_invoice_id null that the route was missing next to its dashboard twin. fix(reports): stop the resultatavslut zeroing declarations, and make the mistake uninventable (#1293)
* fix(settings): explain why account deletion is blocked The delete-account button was disabled while the user still owned companies, but the reason only lived behind the "?" on the blocker row, so the greyed-out button read as broken. Surface it as one visible attn sentence directly under the button, and point aria-describedby at it whenever the button is disabled, not only on a load error. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(enable-banking): share one PSD2 consent across a user's companies Connecting the same bank for a second company required a second BankID, and at SEB that new authorization silently revoked the first one. A user with four companies at one bank therefore signed four times a quarter and ended up with three dead feeds, each still rendering as "Aktiv" with a stale last_synced_at until someone pressed Synka. Prod says this is not one customer: every SEB customer holding connections in more than one company has had an earlier company stop syncing at the moment the next was authorized, most of them while the consent was still formally valid for weeks. The same measurement over other banks is far quieter, so the one-active-session-per-PSU limit is real and ASPSP-side. Enable Banking already supports the shape we want. POST /auth carries no account restriction, so a session covers every account the user ticked at the bank, and GET /accounts/{uid}/transactions takes no session id, so a second company can sync its own accounts from an existing session. bank_connections has no unique constraint on session_id, so this needs no migration. Adds lib/session-sharing.ts plus GET /reusable-sessions and POST /attach. When a live session in another of the user's companies still exposes accounts no company syncs, the settings panel offers to reuse it: the new row shares session_id and consent_expires, carries only the unclaimed accounts, and lands in pending_selection so the existing IBAN-aware account picker does the ledger mapping. Only the consent is shared; accounts, cash_accounts and transactions stay strictly per-company. Sharing a session changes three lifecycle paths, all handled here: - Disconnect and reconnect now refcount before revoking. A blind revoke would take down a sibling company's feed, which is the exact failure this removes. The count runs on a service-role client because RLS hides a sibling in a company the user has since left, and it fails closed: an uncertain count is treated as shared, since a lingering consent lapses on its own in 90 days while a wrongly revoked one kills a working feed. - A renewed consent fans out to every company sharing the old session, and re-points their account uids by IBAN. Several ASPSPs reissue uids on re-authorization, so carrying the session id alone would have left siblings calling retired uids and re-broken them every quarter. This is also why the superseded session_id is no longer nulled at /connect: the callback needs it. - The nightly probe runs once per distinct session and applies the verdict to every row holding it, and expiry mails are keyed per (user, session), so one dead consent is one probe and one mail rather than four of each. Only enabled cash_accounts rows count as claiming an IBAN. The callback mirrors every account in a consent, deselected ones included, so counting any row as a claim would leave nothing offerable once the first company connects. An account handed to a company also stops being offered while that company's picker is still open, closing the window where two companies could book the same physical account. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ink2): read the resultaträkning from the pre-closing books INK2R summed journal entries raw, so it included the resultatavslut that zeroes every P&L account into 2099 at year-end. Nettoomsättning, kostnader, periodiseringsfond and skatt all came out as 0, which cascaded into INK2S 7650/7651 and the taxable result. INK2 is always filed after bokslut, so this was every real declaration, and nothing warned: with the P&L at zero the balance sheet still tied out. INK2R now reads two views of the same period. The balance sheet comes from the closed books so 7302 keeps arets resultat via 2099; the income statement comes from the pre-closing books via excludeFinalClosingEntry, which drops only fiscal_periods.closing_entry_id so skatt and bokslutsdispositioner stay on the form (7525, 7528). The equity adjustment is now conditional on a posted closing entry having moved the result into 2099. Second, independent bug: accounts were mapped by BAS number with no regard for the sign of the balance, so konto 1630 with a credit was reported as a negative fordran instead of a skatteskuld and konto 2641 with a debit was netted off the liabilities. The three sign-reclassification rules the K2 iXBRL mapper already had are extracted to lib/reports/sign-reclassification .ts and applied to INK2R too, so both statutory reports present the same balance sheet. Only the rule table is shared: k2-mapper keeps its sumOre arithmetic because the iXBRL path is ore-exact while INK2R truncates per SFL 22:1. NE-bilaga had the same empty-resultatrakning bug and gets the same fix. Adds the closed-period coverage that was missing: the old tests only exercised the mapping table against an open period, the one state in which the engine happened to work. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): make the year-end closing decision explicit at every call site generateTrialBalance took two optional booleans, so a caller that never thought about the resultatavslut silently got 'include'. That is the wrong default for anything summing class 3-8: the closing verifikat posts the mirror image of every P&L account into 2099 inside the same period, so the report reads ZERO across the board while the balance sheet still ties out and nothing warns. The booleans are replaced by a required closingEntry: 'include' | 'exclude-final' | 'exclude-all-year-end' with no default, so the build fails until each call site decides. All 40 were audited individually; every one keeps its current behaviour except the two that were provably broken: - Resultatrapport read zero on every line for a closed year, in JSON, PDF and XLSX, and its prior-year comparison column read zero for anyone whose previous year was closed. - Resultat per projekt (dimension-pnl) had the same defect and must stay in lockstep with Resultatrapport to keep reconciling. Both now pass 'exclude-all-year-end', which keeps them agreeing with the formal Resultaträkning rather than pre-empting Stage 2 of #1051 (DECISIONS.md:632). Deliberately unchanged and recorded in DECISIONS.md: the KPI expense composition, which is blank for a closed year but cannot be fixed without a migration and a displayed-figure change, and getBookedBolagsskatt, whose contract is an open period and whose call chain already caused a too-high-tax customer bug once. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(vat): keep the resultatavslut out of the momsdeklaration The closing verifikat posts the mirror image of every P&L account into 2099 inside the same fiscal period. Revenue accounts drive rutor 05, 39 and 40, so any VAT period containing the fiscal-year end reported NEGATED turnover once the year was closed. get_vat_declaration_totals already excluded vat_settlement and opening_balance entries, but not this one. Reproduced read-only against production: for December of a closed year the December declaration reported ruta 39 = -794 734 kr. After the fix that period reports 0 and the January period carrying the real sale is unchanged at 794 734 kr. Keyed on fiscal_periods.closing_entry_id, not source_type = 'year_end': avskrivningar, periodiseringsfond and skatt share that source_type and must keep whatever VAT effect they carry. A reversed closing entry is retained together with its storno so the pair still nets to zero, the same predicate trial-balance.ts uses for closingEntry: 'exclude-final'. Migration applied to the staging branch only; prod gets it via merge. The pg test is written but has NOT been executed locally (no DATABASE_URL configured and no local Postgres), so CI is its first real run. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(kpi): keep the resultatavslut off the monthly chart The monthly income/expense chart summed every posted entry in the fiscal period. The closing verifikat posts the mirror image of every P&L account, so once a year was closed the fiscal-year-end month charted the whole year's revenue as negative income. Measured read-only on production: 28 companies across 34 month-rows. The worst case charted December income as -10 347 459,81 kr where the real figure is +12,88 kr. Other examples: -1 868 731 -> +128 730, -1 850 501 -> +431 709. Both paths are fixed together so they keep agreeing: the RPC's monthly section now joins the tb_ex_ye_entries CTE it already computes for tb_ex_year_end, and monthly-breakdown.ts (the dimension-filtered fallback and the MCP path) gains the matching source_type filter plus the storno/correction chain of REVERSED year-end entries, so an undone bokslut does not leave half a pair behind. Migration 20260723180000 had recorded the omission as deliberate, on the grounds that it mirrored the JS scan. It did, but the JS scan was wrong. Migration applied to the staging branch (function body identical; three comment lines differ from the committed file). Prod gets the file via merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): pin every statement generator against a closed fiscal year The per-generator suites all exercised an OPEN fiscal period, which is the one state in which a generator that forgets the resultatavslut happens to work. Declarations are filed AFTER bokslut, so the untested state was the only state that occurs in production. That is why the same defect could ship three times. Two new suites over one shared fixture (closed-year-fixture.ts, a synthetic closed AB with a resultatavslut, a credit 1630 and a debit 2641): closed-year-statements.test.ts enumerates the generators and asserts each reports the year's revenue rather than zero, plus its own bottom line. The table IS the checklist: a new report either appears in it or nothing stops it shipping with this bug. Verified by regressing income-statement back to closingEntry 'include', which fails 2 of its assertions. cross-surface-agreement.test.ts asserts the surfaces agree with each other, which is what every customer complaint actually was. INK2R and the K2 årsredovisning must produce the same årets resultat, the same fritt eget kapital, the same sign reclassifications and the same balance total. The operational family (Resultaträkning, Resultatrapport) must agree internally, and the gap BETWEEN the families is asserted explicitly as bokslutsdispositioner + skatt, so when Stage 2 of #1051 lands the test names the expectation to change instead of failing vaguely. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(guards): ratchet against new reports that scan the ledger directly A statement generator that aggregates journal_entry_lines itself has to remember, on its own, that the resultatavslut posts the mirror image of every P&L account into 2099 inside the same fiscal period. Three forgot, and each read ZERO revenue for a closed year while the balance sheet still tied out, so nothing warned. generateTrialBalance now requires an explicit closingEntry mode, which makes that decision a compile error. This guard is what keeps NEW reports on that path: any generator under lib/reports or lib/bokslut that reads journal_entry_lines and is not in the baseline set fails CI. Verified by adding a throwaway report, which the guard rejects by name. Voucher and line listings (general-ledger, journal-register, SIE export, reconciliation, diagnostics) are sanctioned: they show the ledger as posted and have no closingEntry decision to make. Four existing lib/bokslut files are grandfathered rather than migrated. One of them is a genuine open follow-up recorded in DECISIONS.md: sarskild-loneskatt-calculator sums 7410-7419 with no year-end exclusion, so its basis reads ~0 if it runs against an already-closed period. Left alone deliberately: it is a tax figure whose call chain has caused a customer bug before and deserves its own verified change. Also ratchets naive-ore-round down 646 -> 641. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): pin where sign reclassification applies, in both directions No behaviour change. The sweep asked whether the 1630/2641 sign reclassification should be extended to the remaining balance-sheet surfaces; the answer is that there are none left. Both STATUTORY presentations already have it: the K2 iXBRL årsredovisning since 2026-07-23 and INK2R since 2026-07-29. The other two balance-sheet surfaces must NOT have it: /rapporter Balansräkning and Balansrapport are organised by account number under BAS-prefix headings, and balansrapport documents an invariant that depends on every row staying debit-positive where it was booked. Moving konto 1630 into a liability section would break the add-the-rows-to-verify-the-balance property and hide the account from anyone looking it up by number. Asserting both halves is the point. The first half stops the reclassification silently disappearing from one statutory surface again, which is how a customer ended up comparing two of our own reports against each other. The second half stops a future sweep "fixing" the operational reports into disagreeing with their own documented contract. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reports): detect statement disagreement instead of waiting for a customer Every year-end problem reported so far was a DISAGREEMENT between two of our own screens, not a single wrong screen. The årsredovisning said one figure, INK2 said another, and the customer did the reconciliation for us. Nothing in the product noticed, because each screen tied out on its own. Two additions: INK2R self-checks. On a closed year it compares the årets resultat it is about to declare against the booked konto 2099, and warns in Swedish when they disagree. This is the alarm that was missing: when INK2R reported 0 kr against a booked 469 542 kr, the balance sheet still balanced, so no warning fired. Mirrors the equivalent check k2-mapper has had since 2026-07-23, so both statutory reports now catch the same fault. reconcileStatements + GET /api/reports/statement-reconciliation return årets resultat from every surface side by side, grouped into families. ledger + statutory must agree and a mismatch is named; operational legitimately differs by bokslutsdispositioner + skatt until Stage 2 of #1051 lands, so that gap is explained rather than flagged. The visual panel is deliberately not built here: it needs a /frontend-design pass against the locked concept conventions plus sv/en strings, and the warning above already puts the alarm where the user looks. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): address review findings from PR #1293 pg-real (7 failures, one signature): the new fixture called insertFiscalPeriod({ isClosed: true }) and then inserted journal entries into it, so enforce_period_lock (migration 017, legally required) refused the write. Not worked around: the RPC's predicate keys on fiscal_periods.closing_entry_id and never reads is_closed, so the fixture now links the closing entry and leaves the period open, which exercises the path that actually matters. CodeRabbit, closed-year-fixture: EX_YEAR_END_ROWS dropped only the P&L legs of the year_end entries (8811, 8910) and left their balance-sheet legs (2125, 2512) at pre-closing values, so the 'exclude-all-year-end' view sat 160 000 kr out of balance and misrepresented what generateTrialBalance returns. Latent, because today's consumers read class 3-8 only, but a shared fixture that does not balance is a trap for the next consumer. Both legs now go, and a new test asserts all three views sum to zero. CodeRabbit, INK2 totals: renamed totals.resultAfterFinancial to aretsResultat. It holds the result after bokslutsdispositioner AND skatt, which is årets resultat, not resultat efter finansiella poster, and build-data.ts uses the old name correctly for the different subtotal. The UI already labelled the value "Årets resultat", so the name was simply wrong. CodeRabbit, statement-reconciliation: the statutory branch called a generator and caught any throw as "wrong entity type", mapping genuine failures to a null figure that the comparison then skipped, so a real bug in a declaration generator made the function report isReconciled: true. That is the opposite of its purpose. It now dispatches on entity_type and surfaces a generation failure as a named disagreement. CodeRabbit, enable-banking (Emil's call to include): fetchClaimedIbans returned an empty Set on a cash_accounts read failure, which is indistinguishable from "nothing is claimed" and made every IBAN in the session offerable, including accounts another company already books to. Its own comment said it failed closed and its log said "offering nothing"; it failed open. Returns null now, and findReusableSessions offers nothing when the claimed set is unavailable. The test that pinned the fail-open asserted toHaveLength(1) under the name "offers nothing"; it now asserts []. Also removed an em dash per CLAUDE.md. The remaining enable-banking finding (consent-expiry cooldown stamped only on the selected connection, so it leaks one duplicate mail per sibling company) is deliberately left to Emil: it changes email-sending behaviour in his feature rather than fixing a stated contract. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reports): resolve second-round review findings on PR #1293 pg-real, two NEW signatures (the closed-period one from cycle 1 is gone): kpi-report-aggregates-rpc.pg.test.ts asserted the exact contract migration 20260730090000 deliberately changes. Its comment read "year_end entries are NOT excluded from monthly" and expected December expenses 1250. That fixture's December holds only year-end-chain entries, so with the fix the month drops out of the chart entirely, which is the correct operational view: a month whose only activity is bokslut has no operating result. Assertion and file docstring updated to the new contract rather than the test being removed. vat-totals-closing-entry.pg.test.ts passed the wrong account arrays. p_net_ accounts is VAT_SETTLEMENT_NET_ACCOUNTS (2650/1650, the momsredovisning settlement pair), not the output-VAT accounts. Putting 2611 there made the extra year_end entry match the settlement-SHAPE detector, so an ordinary sale-with-VAT was classified a momsredovisning and dropped, and the test read 0 instead of 10 000. The RPC was right; the fixture was not. CodeRabbit, statement-reconciliation: resolveEntityType checked neither query's error, so a genuine DB failure (RLS, permissions, connectivity) returned null indistinguishably from "no entity type set", fell into the unsupported-form branch and reported isReconciled: true. That is the same silent-false-reconciled bug the cycle-1 refactor closed, one level down. The companies error now throws; a missing company_settings ROW stays tolerated, because .single() errors on zero rows and many companies have none. Mirrors the pattern the INK2 and NE engines already use. Still open by Emil's explicit choice: the consent-expiry cooldown is stamped only on the connection it was handed, so it leaks one duplicate mail per sibling company on the shared session. That changes email-sending behaviour in his feature rather than fixing a stated contract, so it stays his. feat(categorize): dimension bags end-to-end + runtime template learning (#1273)
* feat(categorize): dimension bags end-to-end + runtime template learning The categorize path could not tag: categorize-core accepted a dimensions bag but no route or UI ever passed one, and runtime template learning dropped the bag entirely (only SIE import produced dimension-carrying patterns). - CategorizeTransactionSchema gains dimensions; the dashboard route, v1 single and v1 batch-categorize apply it to the mapping result's business lines (explicit bag wins over a learned counterparty bag). - categorization_templates.default_dimensions (migration 20260728091000) records the bag of the latest tagged booking; latest-explicit-wins, an untagged booking never erases it. Applied on the legacy single-line template path and the mirrored-refund path; multi-line SIE patterns keep their authoritative per-entry bags. - QuickReviewDialog gets a LineDimensionFields picker (dimensions_enabled gate, same as BulkBookDialog), prefilled from the counterparty suggestion's learned bag; hidden for multi-line patterns whose per-line bags would ignore an edit. feat(webhooks): dispatch on emit instead of waiting for the next cron tick (#1256)
* feat(webhooks): dispatch on emit instead of waiting for the next cron tick The webhook dispatcher ran only on a per-minute cron, so the floor on delivery latency was up to 60 seconds plus the request. An external consumer that wanted to react as a transaction landed had only one alternative: polling /api/events, which the 100 rpm per-key limit makes expensive and which still cannot beat the tick interval. Schedules one dispatch cycle as soon as deliveries are enqueued. The cron is unchanged and remains the retry and sweep path; this only moves the first attempt forward. Wired into the event-bus fanout plus the two routes that enqueue a delivery directly: the :test verb, whose entire purpose is telling someone whether their receiver works, and the manual delivery retry. Three properties are load-bearing and covered by tests. The kick is never awaited, because eventBus.emit is awaited at ~99 call sites including journal_entry.committed and each delivery can burn a 10 s receiver timeout. It coalesces per function instance, so a bulk booking that emits once per row does not schedule one claim round trip per row. It claims 5 rows rather than the cron's 50, because it runs on the tail of a user-facing request. Double delivery is not a risk: claim_due_webhook_deliveries already claims FOR UPDATE SKIP LOCKED and flips rows to in_flight in the same statement, so a kick racing the cron sees disjoint rows. Does not close #1201, which asks for a realtime stream for API consumers. This is the cheap half. Refs #1201 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(webhooks): stop claiming the kick makes double delivery impossible Adversarial review of the previous commit caught an overstatement in its own comments. SKIP LOCKED keeps a kick and the cron from claiming the same row at the same moment, but claim_due_webhook_deliveries autocommits before any POST is issued, so from then on ownership is only status='in_flight' and a later cycle's recoverStuckInFlight sweep can re-arm a row still queued behind an earlier cycle's serial loop. Delivery is at-least-once, which is what the public docs already tell receivers ("the same delivery id may arrive more than once ... idempotency is on you"). The comments contradicted that. No behaviour change. The kick does not create this window: the cron claims 50 rows serially against the same 20 s stuck threshold, which is wider than what a batch of 5 can open. fix(supplier-invoices): freeze verifikat-critical fields once the registration entry is posted (#1249)
* fix(supplier-invoices): freeze verifikat-critical fields once the registration entry is posted invoice_date becomes the registration verifikat's entry_date and supplier_invoice_number goes into its description, but both stayed freely writable through the shared UpdateSupplierInvoiceSchema. Editing either on a booked invoice moved the invoice row while the posted entry kept its original values: the two disagreed silently, nothing landed in journal_entry_rattelse_log, and the change bypassed both sanctioned rättelse paths (BFL 5 kap 5-7 §). Adds findLockedVerifikatFields() next to the other supplier-invoice lifecycle predicates and calls it from both writers (dashboard PUT and v1 PATCH, which also covers the API-key/MCP path). Only a differing value is refused, so a full-form resend of the stored value still succeeds, and due_date, payment_reference and notes stay editable for the aged-invoice flow (#1206). Fixes #1230 * fix(supplier-invoices): make the verifikat-field lock atomic with the write Review follow-up on #1230: the lock check read the row a moment before the update ran, so a registration entry posted in between let exactly the drift the guard exists to prevent slip through. When an update moves a verifikat-critical field on a row that read as unbooked, the write is now pinned with `registration_journal_entry_id is null`. A concurrent posting therefore matches zero rows: the dashboard route returns its existing SI_EDIT_CONFLICT ("reload and try again", and the retry hits the lock with the right message), and the v1 route re-reads to answer with SI_EDIT_VERIFIKAT_LOCKED plus reason=race rather than a guess. The pin is conditional on the update actually moving one of those fields, so metadata-only edits and full-form resends of unchanged values on a booked invoice keep working (#1206). |

fix(documents): anchor floating supplier-invoice underlag instead of nagging (#1248)
A verifikat booked from a supplier invoice showed the invoice PDF when opened while the list kept warning "Underlag saknas" on the same row. Both surfaces behaved as written: every missing-underlag surface only accepts a referenced supplier-invoice document when it is ANCHORED to a journal entry (only anchored docs sit behind block_document_deletion), while the verifikat view's reference resolver displayed the document regardless. The document was floating because delete_last_voucher clears journal_entry_id on everything attached to the voucher it tears down (the FK is ON DELETE RESTRICT, so it must). Deleting a rättelse the invoice PDF had been relinked onto therefore orphaned it while the payment verifikat stayed posted, and nothing ever anchored it again: the warning was unresolvable by design. Same class one surface over: v1 mark-paid never linked the document at all, dashboard mark-paid only did so for the cash entry, and both match-supplier-invoice routes propagated the transaction's document but not the invoice's own. Four of the five affected prod rows come from those paths, not from a deleted voucher. - lib/core/documents/supplier-invoice-underlag.ts: anchor a floating document to the invoice's own posted verifikat (registration, then payment, then partial payments; open unlocked periods only). Never moves an anchored doc, never throws. - Called after delete_last_voucher and from all four payment paths. - getJournalEntryUnderlagReferences withholds an unanchored document so the verifikat view and the warning can no longer contradict each other. - Migration 20260727180000 backfills the rows already in this state. fix(supplier-invoices): make the 'overdue' label two-way and stop it locking an invoice (#1227)
* fix(supplier-invoices): make the 'overdue' label two-way and stop it locking an invoice The daily cron flips unbooked payables past their due date to 'overdue' but nothing ever flipped them back, so aging alone pushed an invoice out of every workflow that gated on 'registered': it could not be edited (not even to extend the due date that made it overdue) and it could not be attested. Deletion was already unblocked in #1204; this closes the rest of #1206. - update_overdue_supplier_invoices() gains the inverse branch: a payable whose due date is no longer in the past returns to its resting status. Because the flip collapses 'registered' and 'approved', the un-flip needs a separate attest marker: new supplier_invoices.approved_at, backfilled from updated_at for rows currently sitting in 'approved'. - PUT /api/supplier-invoices/[id] accepts every unsettled status and recomputes the label from the due date it writes, in both directions, instead of leaving it up to a day stale. The update body carries metadata only (numbers, dates, reference, notes), never amounts or accounts, so a posted registration verifikat cannot be desynced by money. - Approve (web route, v1 API, MCP staging tool, staged commit executor) keys off approved_at instead of status === 'registered', so an aged invoice can still be attested. A still-late invoice keeps the 'overdue' label after attest: approving is not a reason to hide that the money is late. - One shared predicate in lib/supplier-invoices/lifecycle.ts for all five call sites, mirroring the SQL; new SI_EDIT_INVALID_STATUS replaces the raw Swedish string the edit gate used to return. Tests: 12 pg-real cases on the cron (5 new, covering both directions and the credit-note/fully-paid boundaries), plus route tests asserting the exact written payload for PUT and approve, and unit tests pinning the shared predicate against the SQL. npm test (11385), lint, check:guards clean. Closes #1206 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(migration): mark backfilled approved_at values as derived, not audit facts Compliance review on #1227 flagged that approved_at = updated_at could later be mistaken for an observed attestation moment (BFNAR 2013:2 kap 8 behandlingshistorik). The column comment and the migration now state plainly that pre-migration values are derived and that audit_log, written by the audit_supplier_invoices trigger, remains the record of what happened. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(supplier-invoices): guard the derived status writes with compare-and-swap Review findings on #1227. The status these paths write is derived from facts read a moment earlier, so an unconditional write could overwrite a concurrent cron flip, edit or approval with a label computed from what those changed. - PUT pins status, due_date and approved_at when (and only when) it derives a new status; zero matched rows is now a retryable 409 SI_EDIT_CONFLICT instead of a silently stale label. Metadata-only updates keep writing unconditionally: they never touch status, so they cannot clobber it. - The web approve route and the staged-commit executor gain the same pre-approval guard the v1 route already had (status in registered/overdue, approved_at IS NULL) plus a !data race check, so two concurrent approvals can no longer both stamp approved_at and both emit supplier_invoice.approved. - The v1 guard additionally pins due_date, since nextStatus is derived from it. - The list page no longer invents status/approved_at when the approve response is incomplete: it re-reads instead. An operator about to pay must not be shown a fabricated lifecycle state. - route.overdue.test.ts clears the module-level event bus like its sibling. Tests: new conflict cases for both paths (409 on PUT, refusal without an event emission on approve). npm test 11387 passed, lint 0 errors, check:guards clean, 12 pg-real cases green. Fix/articles (#1216)
* fix(security): gate replace_sie_import behind owner/admin membership The RPC was SECURITY DEFINER with EXECUTE granted to PUBLIC and anon, no company_members lookup, no auth.uid() reference and no unauthorized raise, while setting gnubok.allow_delete to disarm the BFL immutability and retention triggers. Any caller holding a company_id and an import id could hard delete another tenant's verifikationer. Confirmed live in production. Applies the same fail closed owner/admin guard that undo_sie_import already carries (migration 20260624120000), resolving the actor from COALESCE(p_user_id, auth.uid()) so it denies when the role is NULL, then revokes EXECUTE from PUBLIC and anon. search_path and the raised statement_timeout are restated, since CREATE OR REPLACE drops settings that are not repeated. userId is a required parameter on replaceSIEImport: the service client has a NULL auth.uid(), so a caller without an explicit actor now fails to compile rather than hitting the closed gate at runtime. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): validate arcim OAuth callback state server side The callback route is skipAuth and decoded the state parameter as plain base64url JSON, trusting consentId and provider from it. A one time code was minted at flow start and never read. An unauthenticated attacker who learned a consent id could run an OAuth flow on their own provider account and post the callback with a forged state, landing their tokens on another tenant's consent, so the victim's next migration imported the attacker's ledger. State is now an opaque randomBytes(32) pointer to a provider_otc row, consumed by a single atomic UPDATE guarded on used_at IS NULL and expires_at, so a replay loses the row lock race and updates nothing. provider is read from provider_consents rather than trusted from the client. provider_otc already existed for exactly this purpose and was never wired up. Also scopes getConsent to an owning company, closing a cross tenant status oracle where the preview and migrate paths echoed a consent's status before the scoped check ran. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): scope documents storage to company_id (phase A) The documents bucket policies matched on auth.uid(), and upload keys were documents/{userId}/..., so company membership was never consulted. Removing a member revoked nothing: their session still authenticated and they kept direct Storage read access to every receipt, supplier invoice and bank statement they had uploaded. The same bug was fixed for sie-files in 20260416120000; this bucket was left behind. Phase A is additive. Company scoped policies are added alongside the uploader scoped ones, uploads move to documents/{companyId}/{userId}/..., and reads accept either layout so nothing breaks mid migration. Phase C, which drops the old policies, is gated on the backfill reporting zero remaining legacy prefix objects. The policy compares the company segment as text rather than casting to uuid the way sie-files does: this bucket holds keys whose second segment is not a uuid (MCP audit packages), and Postgres does not guarantee the bucket prefix qual runs before the cast, so a planner reordering would raise 22P02 and fail the whole query instead of filtering the row out. deleteDocument now removes both candidate keys. Removing only the stored pointer would leave a readable orphan copy of a document the user asked to erase. The backfill script is included but has never been run. It defaults to dry run, refuses .env.local by name, and verifies each copy is readable and SHA-256 identical before repointing the row. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): enforce events:read scope and membership on /api/events This was the only one of the three validateApiKey call sites with no downstream guard: v1 and the MCP server both check scope and re-verify company membership, this route did neither. An events:read scope existed and was documented as gating the endpoint but was never called, so a legacy key falling back to DEFAULT_SCOPES read the full log. The bound company id went straight from the api_keys row into a service role query, so a key whose user had been removed from the company kept reading. Adds the scope check before any database access, re-verifies company_members with archived_at IS NULL, honours test mode by stamping X-Gnubok-Mode instead of ignoring it, applies minimisePayload so the pull surface can never return a wider payload than the push surface, and replaces the three flat error strings with the canonical envelope. Test key reads are served rather than blocked: TEST_KEY_WRITE_BLOCKED is gated on mutations in with-api-v1, so a read gets the same treatment as every other v1 read endpoint. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(bookkeeping): sweep remaining journal_entries!inner embeds A previous refactor removed this pattern from lib/reports and introduced fetchEntryLines, but the class was never swept. Seventeen sites remained and had become the top application consumer of production database time: measured across the resulting query shapes, 32,694 calls and 25,848 seconds of execution, mean 790ms, with shapes averaging 2.6s and 3.0s and maxing at 7,962ms against the 8s statement_timeout, which surfaced to users as 500s on the booking path. PostgREST compiles an embed with filters on the embedded side into a correlated INNER JOIN LATERAL with a parameterized LIMIT, which stops Postgres reordering the join, so each query walked the whole journal_entry_lines table across all tenants. Driving from the entries side instead turns that into two indexed round trips. Converted sites keep their existing shape: the helper reattaches the parent entry under the same key the embed produced. Several conversions also remove a latent silent truncation where an unpaginated query was capped at PostgREST's 1000 row ceiling. Two deliberate exceptions. The free text ilike legs of the MCP display query stay on the embed, because each is capped at legLimit and that cap drives the truncation contract the tool reports, while the helper is unbounded. The accounts route moves to the existing get_account_usage_counts RPC instead, since its embed was a head count and the helper returns rows. commitEntry's write path is untouched: the change there is confined to the read query of the pre-commit dimension rule check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): anchor v1 list cursors on created_at Page two returned page one, forever, while still advertising a fresh next_cursor. The three routes sorted by and encoded a Postgres date column, which serializes as YYYY-MM-DD, but decodeDefaultCursor validates the cursor timestamp as full ISO-8601 and returned null, so the keyset filter was never applied and has_more never went false. An integrator syncing verifikat looped on the newest rows indefinitely. The transactions route already solved this and its comment names the trap; the fix was never ported. All three now order and encode on created_at with an id tie break, matching the transactions keyset predicate exactly. ISO_TIMESTAMP is deliberately left alone: relaxing it would silently change sort semantics on the route that currently works. Default ordering therefore moves from business date to insert order. Every business date is still on the row, and the invoices list gains date_from and date_to filters so a date range is still reachable; the other two already had them. The tests use an in-memory PostgREST that actually evaluates the filters, because the repo's pass-through mock cannot catch this class of bug: the bug is that the filter is never sent. They walk to exhaustion with a hard iteration cap, so an unterminated walk fails instead of hanging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): separate dry run from commit in the idempotency hash The request hash was built from url.pathname, which excludes the query string, so a dry run and its commit hashed identically. Following the flow documented in dry-run.ts, re-issuing the request with the same Idempotency-Key returned the cached preview with Idempotent-Replayed set and wrote nothing, while reporting 200. An agent or integrator saw success for a write that never happened. dry_run is folded into the hash only when true, not as an unconditional boolean. Including it as false would change the hash of every ordinary write, and with a 24h idempotency TTL any key in flight across the deploy would fail the request_hash comparison and 409 on a legitimate retry. Both hash call sites now go through one shared helper so they cannot drift into a permanent cache miss, and dry run responses are no longer stored at all. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * ci: install the Bedrock SDK out of tree in the compliance review The Swedish accounting compliance gate had failed ten consecutive runs and so was posting nothing. With --no-package-lock npm discarded the lockfile and re-resolved the whole tree from package.json, floating @hookform/resolvers to 5.4.3, whose valibot ^1 peer conflicts with the pinned valibot 0.39.0. Installing into the parent of the checkout resolves only that one package, so an unrelated peer conflict can never take the gate down again. Node still finds it because ESM bare specifiers walk up parent node_modules; NODE_PATH would not have worked, as it is CommonJS only. --legacy-peer-deps was rejected because it masks future genuine peer conflicts and still reifies the full tree. The same step's SDK version is aligned from 0.31.0 back to the 0.29.1 that package.json and check:guards enforce after the streaming outage. That drift went unnoticed because the pin guard only inspects package.json and the lockfile, never workflow files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * build(docker): generate crontabs from vercel.json vercel.json defines 16 cron jobs; both Docker crontabs carried 9, and were byte identical to each other. Self hosted deployments therefore never sent recurring invoices, never dispatched webhooks and never cleaned up idempotency keys. tax-deadlines also ran once a year on 2 January instead of daily, and documents/verify weekly instead of daily. Extension crons are included rather than excluded. The Dockerfile copies the whole tree before building, so every extension cron route is compiled into the image regardless of the enabled preset, and each returns 200 when its extension is unconfigured, so curl -sf logs no failure. Two such entries were already present in the crontab for extensions absent from the preset, which settles the intent. documents/verify is treated as drift rather than a self hosted concession: the weekly cadence was present in the hosted crontab too, and the run is capped at 200 documents walking a nulls-first queue, so weekly drains the integrity queue seven times slower on a check that exists for BFL retention. webhooks/dispatch keeps its per minute cadence, adding 1,440 requests a day on self hosted. A gentler tick would silently stretch the first retry, since the retry ladder opens at 60 seconds. SCHEDULE_OVERRIDES is the one line place to change that. A parity test asserts the path sets match minus a documented exclusion list, and ratchets three cron routes that are currently scheduled nowhere so they are named rather than silently rotting. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(observability): add a provider agnostic error sink There is no error tracking in this codebase: logs go to console and Vercel retention and nowhere else, nothing alerts on the 16 cron jobs, and seven code comments across lib, app, components and extensions asserted that Sentry captures errors when Sentry is not a dependency. The two most recent bug fixes on this repo were both discovered by customer email. This adds the sink, not a vendor. No dependency is taken: the interface has a no-op default and a registration point, so behaviour is unchanged until an adapter is registered. Releases are tagged from the build id already inlined by next.config.ts. Redaction moved out of lib/logger.ts into a leaf module that both the logger and the sink import, so there is one denylist and no path from application data to a third party can skip the personnummer regex, including direct sink calls that bypass the logger. That matters here because these logs carry personnummer and financial data. verifyCronSecret now reports its own 401s, which covers all 16 jobs without touching a route file and catches the case where CRON_SECRET is rotated without updating the scheduler and every job silently 401s forever. The threshold is one failure rather than the backup alert's three: suppressing the first occurrence is precisely how an outage stays invisible. The seven misleading comments are corrected to describe what the code actually does, including the two cases that still are not covered: the client side one, since the sink is server side, and a warn level call that is not forwarded. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: remediate the 2026-07-26 similar-sweep findings across all surfaces Resolves the ~150-finding sweep (dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26.md) with one agent per finding; every behavioural fix carries a regression test proven to fail at HEAD. Full status, corrections to the sweep, refusals and open decisions in dev_docs/similar-sweep-2026-07-26-remediation-status.md. Structural roots closed: - resolveSekAmountOrNull(): honest SEK resolution refuses instead of booking 1:1; four duplicated toSek closures now refuse via INVOICE_FX_RATE_MISSING - ledger-line-amount.ts: journal_entry_lines.currency labels the document, not the amount; SQL pre-filter decoy proven and fixed - sparse-patch.ts: .partial() does not strip .default() in Zod 4.4.3; the exploitable salary payslip-line PATCH and KPI preferences sinks fixed - tests/schema: migration-replay phantom-column guard (13k+ refs, closed CHECK sets, onConflict targets); found 28 real defects, all fixed, all four baselines now empty - three new ratchet guards: sek-labelled-amount, cross-extension-import, ungated-extension-route Highlights: lawful VAT-rate set on all seven invoice surfaces (ML 6 kap), RC input VAT mismatch wired on web + both MCP callers, missing-underlag resource delegates to the shared RPC predicate, push-notifications consent polarity fail-closed, deadlines undo honours requested state, silent-failure and read-side-fabrication classes fixed across settings/KPI/inbox/Stripe/ Arcim/kassaflodesanalys, error-envelope stringification fixed at 10+ sites with isSwedishUserMessage extended. Also includes the parallel session's MCP invoice tools (update_invoice, recurring schedules, invoice deliveries) which share files with the sweep work and are verified green together. 13 new migrations are NOT applied anywhere; they apply via branch merge. 20260726120000 backfills 1247 supplier-invoice rows. pg tests for new DDL are written but unrun (no local Postgres). Verified: 11088 tests / 881 files green, tsc 0 non-test errors, lint 0 errors, check:guards passing, MCP payload 57475/57500. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(migrations): rename replace_sie_import migration off main's 20260726090000 version origin/main shipped 20260726090000_agent_quota_rpc_caller_guard.sql; keeping our replace_sie_import migration on the same version would abort the Supabase apply with a schema_migrations_pkey duplicate at merge time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): remediate pre-publish deep-review findings across all slices A 13-agent review of the full branch diff surfaced 1 critical, 5 high and ~45 further findings; this commit resolves them in one pass: - replace_sie_import / undo_sie_import: p_user_id honored only for service_role callers; any other caller is pinned to auth.uid() (impersonation gate bypass), authz raise errcode 42501 mapped to a Swedish 403 in the route, new caller-guard migration for undo - bulk_book_transactions refuses homogeneous non-SEK batches instead of writing foreign magnitudes into SEK ledger columns - credit-note cap trigger: company-match on credited_invoice_id, no cross-tenant figures in exception text - link_voucher RPCs resolve NULL invoice currency as SEK end to end - personal-number ciphertext CHECK split into NOT VALID + VALIDATE - same-currency foreign settlements clear 1510 at booking rate and book realized diff to 3960/7960; rate-less foreign write paths refuse - receivables revaluation covers partially_paid and outstanding amounts - period lock guard paginates candidates past the PostgREST 1000 cap - documents: service-client storage removals after authz, dual-layout reads in integrity cron and archive export, backfill delete-source sweep actually deletes with hash verification and shared-key grouping - invoice matching normalizes NULL/lowercase currencies (regression), duplicate candidates stop claiming amount matches they never ran - match-invoice aborts on any booking failure (no paid-without-verifikat) - refresh-exchange-rate reverts on concurrent booking (TOCTOU window) - KPI preferences upsert arbiter aligned to the company-scoped constraint - personnummer_last4 stripped from all salary responses incl. MCP tools - worked-hours batch restores destroyed rows on conflict and error paths - MCP: shared duplicate-claim builder (no more 'null kr'), short-circuit on tag_journal_lines overflow, auto_send schedules stage as high risk - observability sink redacts emails/IBANs/API keys and keeps redacted stacks in prod; assorted small guards (safe-return-to /@, dry_run=True, cursor helper off-by-one, OAuth state TTL 10 min, arcim saveMappings call removed) Full dispositions, deferred items and hand-verified accounting numbers are documented in the PR body and DECISIONS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(personnummer): implement masking and encryption for personal numbers with tests * fix(review): address CI and compliance-bot findings for PR #1215 pg-real: the CI image's auth shim reads the legacy request.jwt.claim.role GUC, so both service-role simulations (runAsServiceRole and the invoice-delivery test's local helper) never satisfied auth.role() = 'service_role' and every legitimate p_user_id path failed closed; the shared helper now sets both GUC shapes plus SET LOCAL ROLE with a fail-loud sanity check, and the delivery test reuses it. The link-voucher migration had recreated both RPCs from pre-rewrite file text, reintroducing the NULL-unsafe membership pattern the null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet bans; both guards now use public.caller_is_company_member() with all currency changes preserved. Compliance bots: the customers export now emits the standard masked form instead of raw AES-256-GCM ciphertext in the Org-/personnummer column, and maskCustomerRow returns a non-round-trippable placeholder on decrypt failure instead of 500ing the list. MCP parity: gnubok_lock_period's staging pre-check now runs the exact countUnbookedInPeriod the commit path enforces (exported from period-service; local mirror deleted), and gnubok_agi_status resolves AGI state run-scoped so a correction run no longer renders as already filed. Declined with evidence: PR-Agent's opening-balances null-zeroing concern (all mergeable columns are NOT NULL with defaults per 20260713101000). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): address codex review findings on PR #1215 - restore 20260726140000 to its preview-recorded content and restate the NULL-safe tenant guard under 20260727130000: a recorded migration version never re-runs, so the in-place edit could not reach the preview branch - replace toFixed() with sv-SE two-decimal formatting in the ROT/RUT cap warning texts and update the pinned test expectations - drop the em dash in the fiscal-periods route comment - strip trailing whitespace in import-existing.test.ts Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): raise timeout on real PDF render tests renderToBuffer does real @react-pdf layout work and exceeds the 5s default when the full suite saturates the CPU; tests pass in isolation. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): remediate the 2026-07-27 compliance and security review findings - ROT/RUT deduction base is arbetskostnaden INKLUSIVE moms (HUSFL 2009:194 6-9 par.): computeDeduction takes the line vat_rate, all five call sites pass it, and tests pin Skatteverkets worked example (18 000 kr excl = 22 500 incl, ROT 6 750). - Momsdeklaration: new SALES_OUTPUT_VAT_SHORTFALL warning catches output VAT short of the reported sales base (one-directional, never filing-blocking). - SIE import: #RAR records validated for every year index (dates, ordering, 18-month BFL cap as warn-and-keep). - build-invoice-write: SEK invoices populate the *_sek twin columns (rate 1) so both creation paths produce the same row shape. - CI: daily Trivy SCA scan of the npm lockfile (replaces removed Dependabot); compliance review fails loudly on empty review.md. - arcim migration FX logging routed through the redacting structured logger. - docs/security/: authorization policy for the SIE bulk-delete RPC pair and the observability redaction contract. - Rewrote the swedish-payroll ob-overtime reference (was a byte-identical copy of sick-pay.md); skills:generate emitted the atom-body seed migration. Bug/resend and invoices (#1192)
* fix(invoices): anchor the PDF logo to the top-left of its header cell The logo box is always the full 240x80pt reserved area (any larger logo is clamped to exactly that), so objectFit: 'contain' placed the image inside it with the default 50% 50% centering. A wide banner logo fills the width and lands on the left margin, but a near-square logo scaled down to the 80pt height cap is only ~117pt wide and got pushed ~60pt in from the margin, which reads as a misaligned logo and forced companies to reshape their artwork. Anchor the image top-left so every aspect ratio starts at the margin. Covered by a test that renders the real PDF and reads the image placement matrix out of the content stream, for both a wide and a near-square logo. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): show the real delivery outcome in the send history "Skickad" only meant the email provider accepted the message, so a bounced invoice looked identical to one that arrived. Resend reports the outcome asynchronously; that report now lands on the delivery row and drives the history: green is reserved for a confirmed delivery, bounce/blocked reads red, delayed and spam-marked read amber, and an accepted-but-unconfirmed send is neutral instead of falsely green. The report arrives on a signed webhook and may only touch the three new provider status columns of an already sent, unredacted row: the WORM trigger proves nothing else changed, and a lower ranked or older report can never downgrade an observed failure. The provider reason text can quote the failing address, so it is masked on read and cleared by the daily PII redaction job. Timestamps also formatted in Europe/Stockholm instead of falling back to the runtime zone, which rendered a 14:05 send as 12:05 on Vercel. Delivery reports are per message, never per recipient: Resend sends one event for the whole message, so splitting a send per recipient would be the only way to get finer granularity, at the cost of CC. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(stripe): make the integration feed-only Stripe sync now only imports balance transactions into the transactions inbox, like any bank feed; nothing auto-books. The event/settlement sync (lib/sync.ts, lib/payouts.ts) stays in the repo but is no longer wired to any route or cron: the 15-min sync cron is removed from vercel.json. Payment links on invoice send are unchanged; their payments arrive as feed rows and are matched manually. - /sync runs only syncStripeBalanceTransactions; response is { success, transactions } - connecting via OAuth enables the nightly feed by default (toggle stays as opt-out) - panel: needs-review section and plumbing removed, copy rewritten to transactions-first (sv + en), toast reports fetched/imported/linked and calls out an empty result instead of silent all-zeros Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(api): return the article currency from the v1 article list The dashboard, importer, export and MCP article surfaces all learned to carry a non-SEK article price (#1166, #1183, #1184), but the v1 projection still omitted currency. An API or agent caller therefore read price_excl_vat with nothing marking it as EUR and would copy the number straight onto a SEK invoice line, at a nine-to-one error. Adds currency to the projection, the response shape and the example, plus a pitfall stating the price is not always SEK and that this endpoint does no FX conversion. Additive field only; no migration (articles.currency already exists). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(settings): replace the settings modal with a routed panel sheet Settings now renders as a sheet that fills the main panel, sliding up over the page the user came from and back down on close, with the sidebar and frame left visible and usable. Behind it sits one shared master-detail surface: underline search across every section and subsection, the grouped section rail, and the active section as a direct-editing accordion. All 11 sections are decomposed into subsections, and the legacy *SettingsContent components compose the same pieces so the stacked and accordion layouts cannot drift. The sheet is the only presentation, on every entry path. The intercepting route handles in-app navigation and closes by popping the history entry, landing back on the page underneath. @settingsModal/default.tsx handles cold loads (refresh, deep link, new tab), where interception never fires; nothing is mounted underneath there, so it closes to the dashboard. Both branch on one shared predicate, isSheetSection, together with the settings layout, which must render nothing for those sections or the surface would stack twice behind the sheet and run every section's fetches twice. Closing is deliberate rather than incidental: the X, Esc, or navigating away. The dialog is non-modal so the sidebar's account popover and company switcher keep working with settings up, and an outside click no longer dismisses it. Sections land fully collapsed, and the scroll position of the page behind survives opening and closing the sheet. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: enhance article management and settings UI - Add PATCH test for toggling article active state without other fields. - Remove unused MessageCircle icon from DashboardContent. - Refactor AccountingFrameworkForm to use SettingsFieldRow for better help text display. - Update CompanyInfoForm, DimensionsToggle, and various settings forms to replace description with help text. - Remove redundant headings and intros in several settings components to streamline UI. - Improve help text for various settings in English and Swedish translations. - Update structured error messages for better clarity on article deletion. * refactor(ArticleDetailPage): remove unused imports and duplicate state variable * fix(settings): own deep-linked settings routes by route list, not nav visibility Review fixes from the settings panel sheet work: * isSheetSection reads the full settings route list so a hidden-but-deep-linked section (assistant before BankID, banking in sandbox, api without MCP) is claimed by the sheet instead of rendering the legacy shell around an empty panel * keep 503 on the Resend delivery webhook when the signing secret is unset, with a test pinning the behaviour * stripe callback route test coverage Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor: update salary, tax, and templates settings components - Refactored SalarySettingsContent to use a form wrapper and improved payment settings UI. - Enhanced TaxSettingsContent with new signals for EU sales, KU obligations, and ROT/RUT deductions. - Updated TemplatesSettingsContent to remove legacy comments and improve readability. - Simplified navigation items by removing unnecessary constants and directly using hrefs. - Cleaned up translation files by removing deprecated keys and adding new descriptions for clarity. --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Bug/invalid imports (#1146)
* feat: add Accounted MCP namespace * fix(bookkeeping): stop flagging verifikat whose underlag lives on a referenced supplier invoice The missing-underlag surfaces only accepted a document directly linked to the entry, so payment verifikat for supplier invoices (doc on the registration entry per design) and entries whose doc was pinned to the bank transaction before matching were falsely flagged; opening the entry showed the referenced doc and cleared the warning client-side, and it came back on reload. - verifikat_without_documents + transactions_without_documents now treat an entry as covered when a supplier invoice referencing it (registration or payment FK, or a supplier_invoice_payments row) carries a document anchored to a journal entry (BFL 5 kap 7 paragraf hänvisning till underlag; anchoring required because the WORM deletion guards key on document_attachments.journal_entry_id) - match-supplier-invoice routes (dashboard + v1) propagate the transaction's pinned document onto the payment verifikat, mirroring the categorize route; migration backfills rows already written (open unlocked periods, company-guarded, never steals a linked doc) - /api/documents/counts, the transactions-page badges, the bulk "Inget underlag krävs" count and the push-notification scheduler share the same reference-aware predicate, so every surface agrees with the RPC - counts route validates journal_entry_ids as UUIDs (they are interpolated into a PostgREST or-filter) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(transactions): align table columns flush with page edges Collapse the checkbox gutter column to zero width and hang the hover-revealed checkbox/expand chevron in the page margins, drop the outer padding so DATUM sits flush left and STATUS flush right, and tuck the overflow-menu dots under the middle of the STATUS header. Applied to both the inbox and history tables so they stay identical. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(arsredovisning): tie anlaggningstillgangar note to booked depreciation The ARL 5:8 roll-forward note recomputed depreciation from its own day-based linear formula (365.25/12 month length, non-inclusive day count, linear only), drifting ~20 kr per year per asset from the ledger-driven resultat- and balansrakning and misstating non-linear methods entirely. Note figures now come from posted depreciation_schedules rows (the same source disposeAsset reverses), falling back to the engine's computeAnnualDepreciation when nothing is posted; pre-onboarding opening balances iterate prior years through the engine. Adds a note-vs-trial-balance tie-out warning (accounts 1000-1299, over 1 kr) surfaced before download. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(stripe): move connect and sync surface from settings to import page Stripe's transaction feed is a continuous import source in the same category as the PSD2 bank connection, so its connect/sync surface now lives on the import page as a source card (mode=stripe), gated "kommer snart" on hosted like before; self-hosted keeps the full panel. - Import page: Stripe card after Koppla bank, renders the existing StripeSettingsPanel via the settings-panel registry - OAuth callback and panel cleanup return to /import?mode=stripe - Settings > Betalningar retired: nav item removed, route redirects, PaymentsSettingsContent deleted, legacy ?tab=payments mapped - New import.stripe_* strings in sv+en; dead settings_nav.payments removed Crons and sync logic unchanged; payment-link settings stay in the invoicing section. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(underlag): paginate missing-underlag cron and harden doc-surface queries Resolve PR review findings on bug/invalid-imports: - notification-scheduler: fetchAllRows on all 5 global reads; past 1000 rows the capped reads produced false "saknade underlag" notifications - bulk-missing: LOOKUP_CHUNK 300->150 so the twice-embedded .or() id list stays under the PostgREST URL limit - bulk-missing + transactions page: UUID-guard the .or()-interpolated id lists, matching documents/counts - match-supplier-invoice (dashboard + v1): log documentId/journalEntryId on the non-fatal doc-link warning - well-known/oauth-protected-resource: document the tool_namespace allow-list - messages/en: reword stripe_description - DECISIONS.md: record the asset ibAck tie-out and Tailwind !important calls Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tic): convert registrationDate from Unix seconds to millisecond epoch in lookup and profile tests --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Fix/fdb fr usrs (#1125)
* fix(invoices): return attachment filename in delivery history summaries The 20260723003000 hardening dropped attachment_filename from list_invoice_delivery_summaries, so the delivery history UI always fell back to the generic "faktura.pdf" label. Recreate the RPC with the filename included: it is derived from company name, customer name, invoice number, and date, all already visible to every company member, so the minimization boundary is unchanged. Addresses stay masked and message content, BCC, and checksums stay server-side. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(reconciliation): surface own-account transfer legs in match-to-voucher by default The second (incoming) leg of a transfer between two of the company's own bank accounts was hidden in the 'Matcha mot befintlig verifikation' dialog because the voucher counted as 'already matched' once its outgoing leg was linked, even though the incoming account's line had no settling transaction. Users read the empty default list as 'the app won't let me link this'. get_account_gl_lines_for_matching now counts links per settlement account: a transaction provably on another cash account no longer marks the voucher as matched for the requested account, so the unsettled transfer leg surfaces by default (and auto-selects on an exact match). Same-account N:1 stays behind the 'Visa aven matchade verifikationer' opt-in, and transactions without a resolvable cash account conservatively keep counting everywhere. get_unlinked_gl_lines is deliberately untouched (feeds auto-reconcile). Companion guard: mark_entry_as_opening_balance now refuses entries with linked bank transactions, since half-settled transfer vouchers became reachable in the reconciliation view's unmatched table where 'Mark som IB' renders; re-tagging one would strand its transaction against a movement- excluded entry. getReconciliationStatus counts unmatched GL lines with the account-scoped RPC so the status card agrees with the table. Fixes #1026 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf(api): cut prod p95 latency via local JWT auth, single-RT company resolution, and report aggregate RPCs Baseline 2026-07-23 (487 prod samples): p50 160ms, p95 480ms, 13% of requests over 300ms. Target: p95 under 300ms. - requireAuth: verify JWTs locally via getClaims (ES256/JWKS) instead of a second network getUser per request; getUser fallback keeps HS256 self-hosted and existing test mocks working; middleware still revocation-checks every /api request - resolve_active_company RPC (20260723161000): one round trip replaces 2-3 queries in getActiveCompanyId and middleware; PGRST202/42501 fall back to the legacy query path - arsredovisning build-data: ~33 sequential round trips down to ~7, output byte-identical (snapshot-proven) - currency rate route: stop bypassing the exchange_rates cache (missing supabase arg caused an external Riksbanken call on every request) - document.get: parallelize row fetch, signed URL and audit event - list_company_accounts RPC (20260723170000): accounts list in one round trip instead of paging past PostgREST's 1000-row cap - vat-declaration route: drop a dead sequential company_settings query - get_kpi_report_aggregates RPC (20260723180000): KPI report's three full-period line scans collapsed into one aggregate call; dimension- filtered path unchanged - lint: fix 9 baseline errors, downgrade 4 react-hooks compiler rules to warn, zero the eslint baseline ratchet All four gates green: lint 0 errors, 9163 tests, check:guards, build. Migrations applied idempotently to staging only; prod receives them via Supabase branching on merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(review): resolve PR review findings across auth, VAT declaration, and IB retag - requireAuth getClaims fast path: pin iss (project URL) and aud ('authenticated'), log every fallback to getUser (ASVS V9.1 finding) - remove the ignored accountingMethod parameter from calculateVatDeclaration and the dead company_settings.accounting_method reads in xlsx/pdf/eskd routes; v1 API keeps accepting the query param but documents it as a no-op - close the mark_entry_as_opening_balance TOCTOU race with a transactions trigger (20260723190000, FOR KEY SHARE on journal_entries) + pg tests; applied to staging and smoke-verified both directions - re-add the 42501 tenant guard to branch-local migration 20260723160000 (function body had silently reverted to the pre-20260619130100 definition) - document the buildK3Noter tbFullRows full-TB contract (uppskjuten skatt opening balance per BFNAR 2012:1 ch.29) - add KPI VAT-liability test covering reduced-rate output accounts 2621/2631 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(db): use NULL-safe caller_is_company_member in opening-balance retag guard The re-added tenant guard carried the pre-20260703180000 raw NOT IN (SELECT user_company_ids()) pattern, which the null-safe-tenant-guards ratchet blocks. fix(vat): enforce decimal vat_rate on supplier invoice items and normalize MCP percent extraction (#1049)
Supplier invoice items store vat_rate as a decimal fraction (0.25) while customer invoices use integer percent (25). The shared Zod schema accepted 0-100, so a percent-shaped vat_rate silently booked 2500 % VAT via line_total * vat_rate, and the MCP inbox-conversion path staged the AI extraction's percent-integer vatRate straight into the decimal column with per-line vat_amount 0. Part of #310. - CreateSupplierInvoiceItemSchema.vat_rate is now a literal union of the statutory decimal set (0, 0.06, 0.12, 0.25) with a unit-hint error, covering the cookie route, the invoice-inbox convert route, and /api/v1 (whose runtime ALLOWED_SV_VAT_RATES guard stays as defense in depth). - New shared normalizeVatRateToDecimal() in lib/vat: percent-shaped values (25, 12, 6) divide by 100, results snap to the legal Swedish set, and anything else (foreign 19/20, non-finite) maps to 0. - gnubok_create_supplier_invoice_from_inbox normalizes vatRate at the extraction boundary and derives per-line vat_amount when the extraction carries none, so the staged header vat_amount is honest. - The pending-operation executor normalizes staged vat_rate on insert, so rows staged before this fix cannot book percent-scaled VAT. fix(bookkeeping): editable verifikationstext on andringsverifikation (#1035)
The correction header was always built server-side as "Rattelse: <original description>". When the original entry was labelled after the wrong account, the correction kept echoing that stale label even after the user switched to the correct account (follow-up to the line-description fix in #1029). - CorrectJournalEntrySchema gains an optional trimmed description - correctEntry() accepts options.description; blank or absent falls back to the canonical "Rattelse: <original>" auto text - both correct routes (dashboard + v1, which share the schema) thread the description through - CorrectionEntryDialog surfaces an editable verifikationstext field, pre-filled with the auto text; an untouched or cleared prefill is NOT sent, so the server-side fallback stays the source of truth (same only-overwrite-auto-filled principle as #1029) Forward-only: already-posted corrections are immutable per BFL. fix(v1): thread resolved settlement account through FX and cash-method supplier-payment branches (#1033)
* fix(v1): thread resolved settlement account through FX and cash-method supplier-payment branches The v1 (MCP-facing) match-supplier-invoice route resolved paymentAccount via resolveSettlementAccount but only passed it to createSupplierInvoicePaymentEntry for pure-SEK matches (gated on isPureSek) and never to createSupplierInvoiceCashEntry at all. A foreign-currency match, or a kontantmetoden match, settling from a bank/cash account other than the primary 1930 (e.g. a EUR account on 1940) was still misbooked to 1930: the same class of bug PR #985/#986 fixed for the pure-SEK accrual path. Pass the resolved account through both branches unconditionally (the generators' internal 1930 default remains the documented no-link fallback, reached via resolveSettlementAccount's own fallback for transactions without a cash_account_id), and widen the findUnresolvableAccounts chart pre-validation from the pure-SEK accrual path to every non-customLines branch, since all of them now consume the resolved account. The dashboard route needed no code change: its FX/cash-method branches were already threaded inside PR #985 itself. Added branch-level regression tests on both routes (linked non-1930 account books to that account; no cash_account_id falls back to 1930; deactivated resolved account rejects with ACCOUNTS_NOT_IN_CHART before booking). Fixes #1000 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(v1): validate settlement account against the chart before the conflicting-JE storno The widened findUnresolvableAccounts pre-validation ran after the conflicting-categorization storno, so a request rejected with ACCOUNTS_NOT_IN_CHART could first reverse the transaction's posted categorization entry: an irreversible side effect on a failed request. Move the paymentAccount resolution and the chart validation ahead of the storno block (same !customLines guard, same error shape) and add a regression test asserting reverseEntry is never called when the chart validation fails. The dashboard route has no storno block and no chart pre-validation on this path, so it is unaffected. feat(import): add Wise (TransferWise) CSV import format (#1018)
* feat(import): add Wise (TransferWise) CSV import format Wise exports a single multi-currency transaction history (one row per balance movement). Add it as a bank-file format plugin so it flows through the existing upload -> preview -> confirm -> execute wizard. - lib/import/bank-file/formats/wise.ts: quote-aware parse (dates contain a space), Direction IN/OUT drives the sign, booked on the moved side (target for IN, source for OUT). Native currency preserved; SEK conversion is left to the downstream FX/booking pipeline (Riksbanken). - Non-zero Wise fees become their own negative "Wise avgift" row (source and target), so the fee books separately and the balance ties out. - Only COMPLETED rows import. external_id keys on the stable Wise ID (TRANSFER-/PLAN_ORDER-, -fee suffix for fee rows) via a new 'wise' branch in generateExternalId, so re-imports dedup exactly. - Register the format (types, parser list), add it to the manual-format picker and the v1 /imports/bank format enum. Tests cover detection, IN/OUT signing + currency, fee splitting, stable external_id, and COMPLETED-only filtering. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Alexander Reinthal <email@reinthal.me> * fix(import): harden Wise parser against malformed rows (CodeRabbit #1018) - Strict amount parsing: reject "12abc"/"1,234" instead of parseFloat coercing them to 12/1 and silently corrupting the imported amount. - Require Status to be exactly COMPLETED: a blank/missing status no longer slips through the completed-only filter. - Fail hard on an unsupported Direction: a blank or non-IN/OUT value (e.g. NEUTRAL for a balance conversion) throws instead of being guessed as income; the parse route surfaces it as BANK_FILE_PARSE_FAILED. Proper conversion support is tracked in #1019. - Never invent currencies: a missing movement currency skips the row with a warning (no SEK default), and a fee with no currency of its own is dropped with a warning rather than inheriting the movement currency. Fix/skv connection flow (#1015)
* feat(salary): one-click AGI submission with filing state machine and success feedback The AGI panel required users to know that "Ladda ner AGI-fil" was the generate step, then click submit, signing link, and kvittens manually. A nollkorning filing stalled on "AGI-XML saknas" pointing at a UI path that does not exist. - New primary button "Lamna in till Skatteverket" chains the existing endpoints client-side: generate XML if missing, POST underlag, poll kontrollresultat, create signing link, open Mina Sidor in a tab opened synchronously at click (popup-blocker safe). Inline stepper shows each step; the four old buttons become collapsed advanced/recovery actions, auto-expanded in stale-draft and rejected states. XML download stays visible and free for manual filing. - deriveAgiFilingState() + useAgiSubmission() lift the per-period submission record to the run page: the progress rail and salary hero now render the real state machine (generated, underlag inskickat, vantar pa BankID-signatur, inlamnad med kvittensnummer) instead of telling users to "lamna in" an already-submitted declaration. - Success card with kvittensnummer and signature metadata once signed, plus a toast when a poll flips the state while the page is open. - AGI kvittens cron every 15 min instead of every 2 h so filings signed on another device get stamped and emailed promptly. - Advanced submit also auto-generates, and the stale "Lon -> AGI -> Generera" error text now points at the real buttons. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(enable-banking): instant OAuth callback feedback and dead-attempt cleanup The bank redirect landed on a blank page for the several seconds the callback spent exchanging the PSD2 session and mirroring accounts, and every failed connect attempt left a status='error' row that rendered forever as an "Atgard kravs" card next to a successful retry, showing duplicate connections to the same bank. - Stream a branded "Slutfor bankanslutningen" progress page from the callback: the shell flushes before the session exchange starts and a script/meta redirect follows when the work completes, with a 30s slow-work escape hatch. Fast outcomes (denial, bad params, unknown state) keep their plain redirects. - Delete never-activated connection rows (no session_id, no accounts_data) on denial or exchange failure, and sweep leftovers for the same bank on the next connect. Established connections keep their "Atgard krävs" card via the accounts_data guard; FKs are ON DELETE SET NULL so deletion has no dependents. - Show "Banken ar ansluten: hamtar dina konton" while the settings panel loads after the callback instead of an anonymous spinner. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): reject re-send of issued invoices and gate bookkeeping on the sent flip A direct POST to /api/invoices/[id]/send against an already-issued invoice re-emailed the customer and posted a second revenue verifikat (createInvoiceJournalEntry has no dedup), overwriting journal_entry_id and orphaning the first entry. Only the UI hid the button; the v1 route and the MCP commit executor already rejected non-drafts. - Non-draft invoices now return 409 INVOICE_ALREADY_SENT. - The draft to sent status flip is an optimistic lock (status guard plus row-count check); journal entry, accrual schedules, PDF archival and the invoice.sent event only run for the request that won the flip. - On a flip failure the journal entry is deferred: the row stays draft and a retry re-runs the pipeline, ending with exactly one verifikat. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): payment links, failure visibility and sandbox guard for recurring auto-send - sendInvoiceFromSchedule now auto-creates an online payment link via applyPaymentLinkToInvoice before rendering and passes the payment link QR to the PDF: parity with the dashboard and v1 send routes, which recurring invoices silently lacked. - The recurring cron persists last_run_warning both when a claimed run throws (hourly retries stay visible on the schedule) and when a stale schedule is rolled forward, so a deterministic failure can no longer skip a month silently. - Auto-send is blocked for sandbox companies at the email chokepoint (freeze-and-retain: the invoice is still generated as a draft), covering both the cron and the run-now route with one guard. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): close the Fortnox payroll API gaps (phases 1-4) Payroll now runs end-to-end through the open API, including onboarding a client from another payroll system, with every write staged for approval. - v1: per-employee payslips (list/detail/PDF), payslip line writes, run roster attach/remove, absence ranges (per-day storage), jamkning fields, cutover opening balances (single + atomic bulk PUT), vacation balance + vacation-year-close. PUT added to the wrapper's idempotency/ test-key set (test keys could otherwise write through PUT). - MCP: 10 new tools (get_employee/get_payslip/list_absence/ get_vacation_balance reads + staged update_payslip_line, register_absence, create_employee, update_employee, set_employee_opening_balances, close_vacation_year), executors, risk tiers, op-type CHECK expansions. create_employee encrypts personnummer at staging: pending_operations never holds plaintext. - Scope-map audit retrofit: 11 formerly unmapped tools now scoped; BREAKING for keys that relied on the 4 default-allow writes. - Cutover: employee_opening_balances (derived lock trigger, self-unlocks on run correction), engine YTD/karens/liability integration, Ingaende saldon section in the employee editor. - Arbetsschema-lite: employees.hours_per_week/workdays_per_week drive the hourly/daily divisors; legacy 173/21 preserved exactly at defaults so existing pay math is byte-identical. - Vacation ledger + semesterberedning/arsavslut: recomputed per-year day balances (synced on book/correct, non-fatal), year-close with the min-20 floor, 5-year sparade-dagar expiry to forced payout, and a 2920/2940 drift adjustment via the bookkeeping engine; Semester dashboard card with preview-then-confirm dialog. - Fix: Zod 4 defaults leak through .partial(), which made every sparse employee PATCH fail validation and reset defaulted columns. Migrations 20260713100000/101000/110000/121000/122000 (applied to staging with version rows; prod via merge). vacation_ledger renamed from 20260713120000 to avoid colliding with vat_declaration_totals_rpc. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * perf: cut dashboard page-load latency (region, round trips, caching, VAT RPC) The dominant cost was infrastructure: Vercel functions ran in iad1 (Washington D.C.) while Supabase (DB + auth) lives in eu-north-1 (Stockholm), so every request paid 4-5 transatlantic round trips of auth + company resolution before doing any real work (measured 530-1900ms for single-query GETs in prod logs). Pin functions to arn1 and cut the redundant work on top: - vercel.json: functions to arn1, same city as the database - getActiveCompanyId: preference + first-membership queries run in parallel; the fallback result doubles as validation in the common single-company case (one round trip instead of two sequential) - withRouteContext: Server-Timing header and authMs/companyMs/handlerMs in the op-completed log, so latency is attributable per phase - dashboard layout: nav badge counts off the critical path; DashboardNav loads them client-side via the new use-worklist-badges SWR hook with debounced realtime revalidation - swr (new dependency, approved): global provider; useCompanySettings shares one cache entry across consumers and renders from cache on back-navigation instead of re-showing skeletons - /pending: realtime refetch debounced; bulk operations previously fired 4 requests per row-change event - VAT declaration: new get_vat_declaration_totals RPC returns per-account totals, settlement-shape detection (#984) and source_type counts in ONE round trip instead of paging every entry+line through PostgREST. Account lists stay TS-side parameters so ACCOUNT_RUTA remains the single source of truth. Shape-exclusion coverage moved to tests/pg/vat-declaration-totals-rpc.pg.test.ts; DDL already applied to staging. - bundle: CommandPalette lazy-mounts on first Ctrl/Cmd+K, AgentChat dynamic-imports the markdown parser, @vercel/speed-insights (new dependency, approved) added for real-user timings The /salary fetch-waterfall fix from the same effort already landed inside 2084a756. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): settle öre-rounded payments from the mark-paid flow An invoice with öresavrundning shows a rounded "Att betala" on the PDF; the customer pays that amount (up to 50 öre off the stored öre total) and the invoice-page mark-paid flow rejected it with MATCH_AMOUNT_EXCEEDS_REMAINING: a dead end, while the bank-transaction match flow already absorbed the residual to 3740. - PaymentBookingDialog now proposes the rounded bank leg plus the 3740 residual line (credit when rounded up, debit when rounded down), resolved via getDisplayTotal from the per-invoice override and company_settings.ore_rounding. - settleInvoicePayment and the v1 mark-paid route absorb the sub-krona residual, gated by planInvoicePaymentForLines: absorption applies ONLY when the caller lines carry the exact residual on 3740; otherwise the strict plan applies (sub-krona partials stay partial, no-3740 overshoots keep the 400), so the GL can never diverge from the AR sub-ledger. - planInvoicePayment absorb-band boundary tightened to >= 1 kr: an exactly-1-kr overshoot used to slip past both the guard and the absorb branch and silently over-record paid_amount (pre-existing on the bank-match path). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): resolve all 7 PR compliance findings - ASVS V3.3: per-request CSP nonce on the enable-banking finalize page (mirrors the mcp-oauth consent page); inline scripts are nonce-bound - ASVS V16: decouple callback finalize work from the response stream (eager promise + next/server after()) so a client disconnect cannot drop session persistence or the consent_granted audit emit - ISO 27001 A.8.15: failed audit-event emits log through the structured logger with a stable message for log-based alerting - ASVS V2.3: recurring-invoice cron and run-now routes resolve isSandboxCompany themselves and pass an explicit suppressAutoSend flag (defence in depth around the email chokepoint, freeze-and-retain kept) - ISO 27001 A.8.11: stagePendingOperation rejects plaintext personnummer-bearing keys in params/preview_data (key-based guard; EF org numbers make value-matching unsafe) - ASVS V4.5: employee PATCH body is truly sparse; cleared number fields are omitted instead of resetting DB values to hardcoded fallbacks - ASVS V8.2.1: route-level tests pin the v1 cross-company deny (404 by convention, not 403) on the payslip PDF endpoint Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat: implement vacation-year basis change validation and error handling - Added tests to block vacation-year basis changes when open balances exist. - Implemented error handling for open-balances guard query failures in the settings route. - Enhanced absence route to reject reversed date ranges with a validation error. - Updated absence handling to use atomic upserts instead of delete+insert for better performance and reliability. - Refactored salary calculation logic to correctly handle age-based avgifter rates according to Skatteverket's rules. - Improved error messaging for vacation year closure adjustments. - Adjusted employee opening balances handling to preserve audit information during upserts. * feat(settings): add validation to block vacation-year basis change with open balances feat(absence): reject reversed date ranges in absence queries fix(absence): update absence handling to use atomic upserts instead of delete+insert fix(employee): improve validation for jamkning dates in employee updates fix(opening-balances): ensure created_by field is preserved during upserts test(absence): enhance tests for absence range and date validations test(calculation): add tests for age-based avgifter rates and edge cases test(semesterberedning): validate vacation year closure adjustments and error handling test(employee-opening-balances): update tests to reflect changes in salary_run_employees schema * fix(migrations): implement NOT VALID constraints for pending_operations and add validation migration --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(transactions): resolve customer-invoice payment account from cash_account_id (#987)
* refactor(transactions): add shared settlement-account resolution helper Cherry-picked from fork/worktree-starry-waddling-wirth (PR #985) commit 34d5d35 — pulling in just the new lib/bookkeeping/settlement-account.ts helper and its test, without the match-supplier-invoice route changes from that PR (those depend on 8bfc31d, not yet on main, and are out of scope here). Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Jonas Flodén <jonas@floden.nu> * fix(transactions): resolve customer-invoice payment account from cash_account_id Customer-invoice payment matching never resolved the bank leg from the matched transaction's own cash_account_id: it was unconditionally hardcoded to 1930 in buildInvoicePaymentClearingLines, createInvoicePaymentJournalEntry, and createInvoiceCashEntry, with no override parameter at all. Any bank receipt landing in a non-primary cash/bank account (a secondary SEK account, or a foreign-currency account like 1940 for EUR) was silently misbooked to 1930 -- the same class of bug PR #985 fixed on the supplier-invoice side, except unconditional there (no stale-setting trigger needed). Adds an optional paymentAccount parameter (default '1930', preserving behavior for every caller that doesn't pass one) to the three lib functions, and threads resolveSettlementAccount(cash_account_id) through every real bank-transaction-matching call site: the dashboard match-invoice route (POST + preview), its v1/MCP-facing counterpart, and the agent/MCP match_transaction_invoice commit path. Deliberately left on default 1930: mark-paid (dashboard + v1, no bank transaction in scope), fix-cash-mismatch (narrow historical repair tool for a different bug), and the agent mark_invoice_paid commit path. Brings in lib/bookkeeping/settlement-account.ts (cherry-picked from fork/worktree-starry-waddling-wirth commit 34d5d35) so this PR is mergeable independently of #985's merge order. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Jonas Flodén <jonas@floden.nu> * test(invoice-entries): cover ROT/RUT 1513 line stays fixed under a non-default paymentAccount Compliance-bot finding on PR #987: createInvoiceCashEntry's paymentAccount override was only tested against a plain standard_25 invoice, never combined with a ROT/RUT deduction_type item. The 1513 receivable line was already correctly untouched by paymentAccount (it's never the bank leg), this just closes the test-coverage gap. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Jonas Flodén <jonas@floden.nu> * fix(bookkeeping): abort instead of silently defaulting to 1930 when settlement-account lookup errors Same shared-helper fix as PR #985/#986: resolveSettlementAccount now throws BookkeepingDatabaseError on a genuine cash_accounts query error instead of warning and falling back to 1930. An explicit cash_account_id almost certainly resolves to a non-1930 account, so a transient failure masking it risked the same class of misbooking this whole PR series exists to fix, just via infra flakiness instead of a stale setting. No route/commit.ts changes needed: match-invoice (POST + preview) run under withRouteContext's existing catch-all, and commitPendingOperation already has identical generic bookkeeping-error handling for every other engine failure. Added regression tests for all three call sites (dashboard POST, preview, and the agent/MCP commit path) confirming the abort rather than assuming the shared infrastructure handles it silently. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Jonas Flodén <jonas@floden.nu> * fix(v1): guard resolved settlement account against chart of accounts Closes the two remaining gaps from jakobwennberg's triage on #987 (after rebasing onto main and picking up the already-pushed resolveSettlementAccount abort-on-error fix): - Added the v1 match-invoice route-level test coverage that was missing (cash-account threading, BOOKKEEPING_DATABASE_ERROR abort, ACCOUNTS_NOT_IN_CHART), mirroring the dashboard route's existing settlement-account-resolution tests. - Added the same findUnresolvableAccounts pre-validation guard against chart_of_accounts that 32c07c4 added to #986's match-supplier-invoice route, gated on !customLines since that is the only branch here that consumes the resolved paymentAccount. Signed-off-by: Jonas Flodén Signed-off-by: Jonas Flodén <jonas@floden.nu> * test(bookkeeping): align settlement-account error assertion with #985 Use .rejects.toBeInstanceOf(BookkeepingDatabaseError) instead of toMatchObject({ constructor: ... }), matching #985's edef79d follow-up (the assertion was correct either way, but this is the more idiomatic check and now makes the shared helper's test file byte-identical across #985/#986/#987, removing the add/add merge conflict between them noted in the merge-order validation. Signed-off-by: Jonas Flodén Signed-off-by: Jonas Flodén <jonas@floden.nu> * test(invoice-payment-lines): add missing 3740 coverage for non-1930 paymentAccount CodeRabbit nitpick on #987: the test named "...does not affect the FX-diff or öresavrundning lines" only exercised the 3960 FX-diff branch, never the pure-SEK 3740 öresavrundning branch it also claimed to cover. Split into two tests: the existing one renamed to describe only its FX-diff coverage, plus a new pure-SEK sub-krona-short case with a resolved non-1930 paymentAccount asserting the 3740 line books correctly and the bank leg lands on the resolved account, not 1930. Signed-off-by: Jonas Flodén Signed-off-by: Jonas Flodén <jonas@floden.nu> * fix(ci): quote compliance-pr.yml name to fix invalid YAML The unquoted colon in `name: compliance: review (advisory)` (introduced by #890's em-dash removal, which swapped an em dash for a colon in-place) makes YAML read it as a nested mapping key, so GitHub can't parse the workflow at all - every run fails with 0 jobs scheduled. fix(v1): resolve supplier-payment/categorize settlement account from cash_account_id (#986)
* refactor(transactions): extract shared settlement-account resolution helper Dedupe the identical cash_account_id -> ledger_account lookup across match-supplier-invoice (POST + preview) and categorize into resolveSettlementAccount, per CodeRabbit's nitpick on PR #985. Pure extraction, no behavior change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Jonas Flodén <jonas@floden.nu> * fix(v1): resolve supplier-payment/categorize settlement account from cash_account_id Closes the v1/MCP-facing half of the settlement-account gap left open by PR #985 (which only fixed the dashboard routes): - match-supplier-invoice: the pure-SEK accrual path always called createSupplierInvoicePaymentEntry with no paymentAccount at all (hardcoded internal default 1930), never reading the transaction's cash_account_id. Now resolves it via resolveSettlementAccount, same as the dashboard route post-#985. - categorize: never called applySettlementAccount after building the mapping result, so every categorization booked the bank leg to 1930 regardless of which cash account the transaction was linked to. Left the FX/foreign-currency branch (createSupplierInvoicePaymentEntry) and the cash-method branch (createSupplierInvoiceCashEntry) on their pre-existing internal 1930 default, matching #985's own scope decision on the equivalent dashboard route. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Jonas Flodén <jonas@floden.nu> * fix(bookkeeping): abort instead of silently defaulting to 1930 when settlement-account lookup errors Same shared-helper fix as PR #985: resolveSettlementAccount now throws BookkeepingDatabaseError on a genuine cash_accounts query error instead of warning and falling back to 1930. An explicit cash_account_id almost certainly resolves to a non-1930 account, so a transient failure masking it risked the same class of misbooking this whole PR series exists to fix, just via infra flakiness instead of a stale setting. No route changes needed: both v1 call sites (match-supplier-invoice, categorize) already run under withApiV1, whose existing catch-all converts any isBookkeepingError() throw into the correct structured 500. Added regression tests confirming the abort for both. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Jonas Flodén <jonas@floden.nu> * fix(v1): guard resolved settlement account against chart of accounts CodeRabbit and jakobwennberg's triage on #986 both flagged that resolveSettlementAccount() returns cash_accounts.ledger_account unvalidated, so an inactive/removed account surfaced as the generic MATCH_SI_RECORD_PAYMENT_FAILED instead of an actionable error. Add the same findUnresolvableAccounts pre-check and AccountsNotInChartError race-guard the categorize routes already use. Signed-off-by: Jonas Flodén <jonas@floden.nu> * test(bookkeeping): align settlement-account error assertion with #985 Use .rejects.toBeInstanceOf(BookkeepingDatabaseError) instead of toMatchObject({ constructor: ... }), matching #985's edef79d follow-up (the assertion was correct either way, but this is the more idiomatic check and now makes the shared helper's test file byte-identical across #985/#986/#987, removing the add/add merge conflict between them noted in the merge-order validation. Add/stripe skv (#1004)
* fix(salary): align pain.001 salary file with the Swedish domestic bank dialect Verified against the Swedish Common Interpretation of ISO 20022 (Bankforeningen, Common Payment Types in Sweden, Appendix 1 Example 4: Salaries) and Nordea Corporate Access pain.001 examples v2.6 (2026-06-22), and XSD-validated against the official pain.001.001.03 schema: - drop SvcLvl SEPA (SEPA credit transfers are EUR-only; omitting SvcLvl gets the domestic NURG default) - drop RmtInf (not allowed for SALA salary payments; the beneficiary statement text comes from the Dataclearing LON code) - address employees domestically: clearing as CdtrAgt ClrSysMmbId SESBA, account WITHOUT clearing as CdtrAcct Othr with SchmeNm BBAN - share the clearing/account split (Swedbank 5-digit shift, Nordea personkonto prefix dedup) between the LB and pain.001 generators via splitDomesticBankAccount, fixing pain.001 duplicating the personkonto clearing - clamp MsgId/PmtInfId/InstrId/EndToEndId to Max35Text with the per-tx counter surviving truncation; carry the org number on Dbtr - return 400 from the pain001 route on an invalid clearing instead of emitting a broken file Also includes two unrelated decision-log lines from the parallel revisor-review session (DECISIONS.md is a shared append-only log). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(nav): surface the year-end chain in the sidebar Add Periodiseringar, Arsredovisning (aktiebolag only) and Inkomstdeklaration (INK2 for AB, NE-bilaga for EF) to the Skatt & bokslut group, in workflow order. Entity gating via a new entityOnly flag on NavItem; isActive carve-outs extended so exactly one row lights up for the new routes. Driven by an external revisor review that concluded these features did not exist because none of them were reachable from the nav. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(stripe): Stripe Connect integration behind config gate Connect OAuth per company (only the acct_ id is stored), automatic single-use Payment Links on invoice send, deterministic payment settlement against 1686 (BAS moved acquirer receivables 1580 -> 1686), payout booking with reverse-charge fees (6570 + 4535/4598 + 2645/2614), and a 15-minute sync cron. Non-deterministic events land as needs_review, never guessed at. Fully dark without STRIPE_CONNECT_CLIENT_ID: connect returns 503, the send hook and cron no-op, and the settings page shows 'Kommer snart' (hosted) until the Connect platform is verified. Self-hosted keeps the honest not-configured message. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(deadlines): add shared completeTaxDeadline and fix dead AGI deadline auto-complete generate-declaration.ts has updated non-existent columns (type/period/ status) since inception, so the arbetsgivardeklaration deadline was never auto-completed. Replace with a shared helper targeting the real schema (tax_deadline_type/tax_period/is_completed), also used by the kvittens crons and moms handlers in the follow-up commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(rot-rut): import Skatteverket beslutsfil and record decisions on payout requests Parse the beslutsfil JSON from Skatteverkets rot/rut e-tjanst and record godkant belopp on the matching begaran: matched by stored skv_referensnummer first, then exact name among active undecided requests; arenden by fakturanummer then personnummer, exactly-one or the beslut errors (all-or-nothing). Never auto-settles: recording the beslut and booking the payout are separate acts. Exposed as an API route and the gnubok_import_rot_rut_beslut MCP tool. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(skatteverket): system auth for background reads, one-click VAT submit, kvittens notifications Hybrid auth program: system CCG (org certificate) for background reads while personal BankID stays for interactive submissions, since SKV per-flow refresh tokens live 65 min and crons structurally cannot run on them. All system-auth code sits behind SKATTEVERKET_SYSTEM_AUTH_MODE (default off) with a stub transport until the Expisoft cert and CCG avtal land; auth resolution is centralized in resolve-auth.ts. Also in this change: - One-click VAT submit chaining kontrollera -> utkast -> las server-side with a stage discriminator; step-by-step buttons demoted to the overflow menu. - Kvittens crons (AGI + new VAT schedule) with email-only notifications, deduped in notification_log under the new skv_kvittens type. - Ombud grant probe + verification UI in the connect panel, and a dashboard promo card for unconnected companies. - skatteverket_company_connections table with pg-real coverage. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(salary): auto-settle AGI tax payment from skattekonto and surface SKV reconnect on the tax card The "Skatt att betala" card only cleared via the manual mark-paid button on the run detail page; the promised automatic flip from the Skattekonto sync was never implemented, so paid periods stayed red. - settleAgiTaxPayments: during every skattekonto sync, a booked "Arbetsgivardeklaration YYYYMM" debit row settles the matching agi_declarations.tax_paid_at, but only when the amount equals the declared total to the ore and the account is not in deficit (deterministic; drift or deficit falls back to manual). - Salary overview card: reconnect hint when the SKV token needs re-consent (link to /settings/tax, silent when the extension is off), plus an inline "Markera som betald" button reusing the existing endpoint and salary_payments strings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * Add cloud backup scheduling and alerting features - Implement unit tests for scheduling logic in `schedule.test.ts`, covering various scenarios for determining if a backup schedule is due. - Create a new module `backup-alert.ts` to handle failure alerts for cloud backup auto-sync, including email notifications for reauthentication and repeated failures. - Introduce `schedule.ts` to manage scheduling logic, including handling local time zones and converting between local and UTC hours. - Add CSV report generation functions in `archive-csv.ts` for trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, and general ledger, ensuring compatibility with Swedish Excel formats. - Create a README generator for the archive structure in `archive-readme.ts`, providing clear documentation for users accessing backup files. - Implement tests for CSV report generation in `archive-csv.test.ts`, ensuring correct formatting and content. - Establish a full-archive coverage contract test in `full-archive-coverage.pg.test.ts` to ensure all company-scoped tables are properly classified for backup. * fix(stripe): correct invoice clearing reference and improve type safety in sync logic * fix(invoices): narrow accountingMethod before resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType settleInvoicePayment takes accountingMethod as a raw settings string, but resolveInvoicePaymentSourceType requires the 'accrual' | 'cash' union. Normalize at the call site (anything but 'cash' books as accrual), matching the existing useCashEntry semantics. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: address CodeRabbit review findings and nitpicks on PR #1004 Review findings: - backup settings redirect: always force view=export over incoming params - AGI/VAT kvittens crons: isolate best-effort post-submit calls, check the signed-state persist error, guard recovery calls in catch blocks so one company cannot abort the rest; surface grant_revoked in the run summary - kvittens notifications: atomic claim-first dedup with a partial unique index; map non-uuid reference keys to deterministic uuids - grant probe: record the actual 2xx status; mTLS transport: handle response-stream errors - stripe: amount-aware idempotency keys for payment links; emit stripe.disconnected on upstream revocations - ROT/RUT beslut import: mutate in-memory request state after apply, move item + header writes into an atomic apply_rot_rut_beslut RPC, add rot_rut_payout to JournalEntrySourceTypeSchema - migrations: use NOT VALID + VALIDATE CONSTRAINT for CHECK constraints on journal_entries, notification_log and rot_rut_payout_requests - cloud backup: hour_utc-only schedule updates clear stale hour_local Nitpicks: - stripe sync: enforce the cron time budget inside per-connection event processing with idempotent cursor progress; maybeSingle for settings; honest partial-customer DTO shared with the settlement boundary - shared applyPaymentLinkToInvoice helper for both invoice send routes, v1 docblock documents step 6b and PAYMENT_LINK_FAILED - settings panel: drop redundant decodeURIComponent - cloud backup: document worst-case archive memory headroom Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

docs(api): correct /docs/api against the v1 implementation (#999)
Audited every endpoint, param, header, request/response field, error code, and webhook event in the public API docs against the v1 implementation and fixed the drift; addressed two rounds of CodeRabbit review. - Error envelope, idempotency, dry-run, and reversal-field corrections. - Registered the missing articles/dimensions/inbox-items reference resources. - Cookbook fixes: removed nonexistent endpoints, corrected params/fields, fixed the test-key vs live-key quickstart flow and the year-end lock/close sequence. - Webhooks/changelog: retry window ~87h (incl. route metadata), shipped-vs- coming-soon, counts, API-key format, previous_attributes. - export-docs-to-website.mts absolutises app-served links for the website. The gnubok-website side is on branch docs/api-correctness (already deployed). 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) |

Add/stripe invoice link (#998)
* feat(supplier-invoices): show registered invoices under "Att betala" with inline approve Registered supplier invoices are already booked as debt (2440) but were hidden from the "Att betala" tab until approved, which confused users. The tab now shows registered invoices too, marked "Ej godkand" with a compact inline approve button. Approval remains the gate for payment, not visibility; status model and approve API untouched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(reports): add date range filter to huvudbok (kontoanalys) Mounts the existing ReportDateRange control on /reports/huvudbok so the ledger can be narrowed to any date range within the fiscal year, matching Fortnox kontoanalys. Lines before the range roll into each account's opening balance so running balances stay correct at the range start; lines after the range are dropped. Applies to the XLSX export too. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(invoices): add optional payment link on invoices (paste-link MVP) The user pastes a payment link created in their PSP dashboard (e.g. a Stripe Payment Link) onto an invoice. The recipient gets a "Betala online" button in the invoice email and a QR code + clickable link in the PDF payment box. No PSP integration server-side: this is the demand probe; a future Stripe Connect integration would auto-fill the same column. - invoices.payment_link_url (migration 20260709090000), https-only + 2048-char cap enforced in CreateInvoiceSchema; empty string normalises to undefined and build-invoice-write always writes a concrete value so clearing the field on a draft edit NULLs the column - editor field (real invoices only) with one-link-per-invoice hint; strings in sv+en (messages landed via e0e11066) - email button (customer.language, hidden for credit notes/proforma/ delivery notes, URL escaped for the href attribute) + URL in the plain-text part - PDF QR + link row following the Swish QR pattern; wired into send, download and preview routes - derived documents (credit note, proforma convert, recurring) do NOT copy the link: it encodes one amount for one specific invoice - MCP gnubok_create_invoice accepts payment_link_url (validated at staging and re-checked in the commit executor); v1 API exposes the column; tools/list token ceiling bumped 45K -> 45.5K (ledger entry in payload-size.bench.test.ts, headroom was <10 tokens) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): show oresavrundning on editor/form totals, supplier list and invoice email The rounding logic (getDisplayTotal) was correct but only applied on the PDF, invoice list/detail and review dialog. The invoice editor summary, the supplier invoice form totals and the supplier invoice list showed the raw ore total right next to the toggle, and the invoice email said "Att betala" with the unrounded invoice.total while the attached PDF showed the rounded amount (and the email also ignored the ROT/RUT deduction). Extract the PDF's Att betala block into getAmountToPay (lib/invoices/rounding.ts) and point PDF + email at it so they cannot drift; behavior-identical refactor for the PDF. Booked amounts stay ore-exact; display-only as designed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(reports): adapt huvudbok date-range tests to the two-step entry-lines fetch The date-range tests (0969168f) mocked the old single-query shape with the parent entry embedded on each line; main's refactor (fetchEntryLines) queries journal_entries first and reattaches. Queue entry rows like the other tests so the merge of the two features is actually exercised. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(invoices): fetch full invoice projection in v1 send so ROT/RUT deduction and payment link reach the PDF and email The v1 send route's hand-rolled column list omitted deduction_total, deduction_personnummer_last4, payment_link_url and the item-level ROT/RUT fields, so invoices sent via the public API overstated 'Att betala' and dropped the deduction box. Reuse the shared INVOICE_FULL_COLUMNS/INVOICE_ITEM_FULL_COLUMNS so the send row can never drift from the GET shape again. Also harden the supplier-invoice inline approve: a thrown fetch left the button stuck spinning; failures now refetch the true server state. fix(bookkeeping): revive counterparty template learning (dead since the multi-tenant refactor) (#989)
* fix(bookkeeping): revive counterparty template learning, dead since the multi-tenant refactor (#865) The learning half of counterparty templates has written nothing since 2026-03-30 (prod: 750 SIE imports, zero new templates). Two stacked bugs: - The multi-tenant refactor re-scoped categorization_templates to company_id and the lib stopped writing user_id, but user_id kept its NOT NULL: every insert failed with a null violation that supabase-js returns rather than throws, so nothing was ever logged. Migration 20260711100000 drops the NOT NULL and the dead user_id indexes. - Four of six learning call sites (both categorize routes, categorize-core, the MCP server) passed the auth user id as companyId, so even with the column fixed the writes would fail FK/RLS and corrections could never find the template they were correcting. Hardening while in here: - insertOrUpdateTemplate now checks every write result, logs failures, and returns whether a row was written; populateTemplatesFromSieVouchers reports only templates actually persisted. - Sign-mismatched matches (an incoming refund matching an expense-learned template) previously booked backwards: debit expense / credit bank for money coming IN. They are now mirrored into the correct refund shape (VAT leg reversed for deductible input VAT), flagged requires_review, and excluded from template/rule learning so a refund can never flip a learned template. - Template amounts are computed from the SEK-resolved amount, so foreign-currency transactions no longer produce unbalanced multi-line entries (or VAT computed on foreign units). - SIE extraction no longer hardcodes 25% for 2641 (rate-agnostic in BAS): the rate is inferred from voucher amounts and snapped to 25/12/6%, and reverse-charge counterparties learn vat_treatment='reverse_charge' instead of losing the RC legs (which also no longer poison the ratio base). - New pg-real test locks the exact insert column set against the real schema, so a schema/code drift like this can't ship green again. Closes #865 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): mirror fiktiv-moms legs on RC credit notes, exclude import VAT accounts from ratio base Compliance-review follow-ups on #989: - REVERSE_CHARGE_VAT_ACCOUNTS gains the import output-VAT accounts (2615/2625/2635), which pair with 2645 in import vouchers exactly like the RC pairs and must not shrink the business ratio base. - A sign-mismatched match against a reverse_charge template (an RC supplier's credit note) now mirrors both fiktiv legs (credit 2645 / debit 2614) instead of booking gross, so Ruta 30/48 net back to zero. The income line-builder nets VAT credits against debit legs to keep the mirrored pair balance-neutral (identical result for all existing credit-only output-VAT paths). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(types): CategorizationTemplate.user_id is nullable since 20260711100000 (CodeRabbit) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): use roundOre for the VAT netting, keep the ore-round ratchet at baseline Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(bookkeeping): review-gate stale 12% templates across the livsmedel transition, pattern-aware direction guard Compliance-review round 2 on #989: - Livsmedel VAT dropped 12% -> 6% on 2026-04-01 (Prop. 2025/26:55) while restaurang/hotell stay at 12%. A reduced_12 template whose last_seen_date predates the transition can no longer be trusted unreviewed: its match is flagged requires_review until a post-transition approval refreshes it (re-approval keeps 12%, a correction relearns 6%). Actively-confirmed 12% counterparties flow without friction. - The opposite-direction correction guard now falls back to the line pattern's business sides when the legacy fields are both settlement-ish and cannot classify a multi-line template. - Documented the accepted import-RC mirroring limitation (2614 vs 2615 ruta attribution) and the netted-vatCredit precondition. feat(customers): let users set a customer number shown on the invoice (#957)
Implements #914 (kundnummer on customers, printed on the invoice PDF). - Migration: nullable text column customers.customer_number, no unique constraint in v1 so existing rows and imports keep working. - API: CreateCustomerSchema/UpdateCustomerSchema accept an optional customer_number (trimmed, max 32 chars, nullable-then-optional so the OpenAPI registry sees it as not required); create/update routes persist it and normalize empty string to null so it can be cleared. - v1 public API: customers create/detail/update round-trip the field (insert and update field lists, response projections, response schemas), and the invoices :send route fetches customer_number in its explicit customer join so the emailed PDF matches the downloaded one (the pdf route already selects customers(*)). - UI: optional Kundnummer field in CustomerForm (next-intl keys in both sv and en), wired into the edit dialog's initialData; read-only Kundnummer row on the customer detail page's business-details card. - Invoice PDF: renders "Kundnr:" / "Customer no.:" in the customer box when set; the PDF reads the live customers join, so no snapshot column is needed. - Tests: route tests cover 400 validation, trimming, clearing with null/empty, and omit-leaves-untouched on POST and PATCH; v1 tests cover the create/update round-trip (insert/update payload + response projection) and the :send customer-join projection. fix(import): company-scope the bank_file_imports dedup key (#925)
* fix(import): company-scope the bank_file_imports dedup key The bank_file_imports unique constraint was (user_id, file_hash), predating multi-tenancy: a user importing the same statement file into a second company hit an upsert that resolved onto the first company's row, which RLS rejected (42501). Widen it to (company_id, file_hash) - the swap 20260330130000 made for sie_imports but missed here - and drop the now-obsolete BANK_IMPORT_DUPLICATE_OTHER_COMPANY cross-company pre-check from the v1 route (the structured-error code stays for API compat). The migration was already applied to prod; committing it reconciles the orphan (prod schema_migrations had 20260707130000 with no matching repo file). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(import): fix stale unique-constraint comment (CodeRabbit) The completion-update comment still described the old (user_id, file_hash) constraint; it is (company_id, file_hash) since 20260707130000.
